Overall experience was great. There was an issue with on-line on the price for the vehicle. Danial Greer was
the person that helped me with buying the car. One of the main reasons I bought the vehicle was due to
Danial's exceptional customer service skills. Justin Guo who is the sales manager also receives kudos of the

Really awful. We asked for a CarFax. This car had been wrecked 2 times. Front end and down passenger side, same area on both. The salesman was nice but told us they didn't know and they were sending it to auction. Because of our question it was no longer for sake. Hey Audi, how about you do your jobs?!

I contacted this group to buy my wife her
next vehicle. They had a 2019 LandRover
Discovery she wanted. The right color with
the right options. When I asked for pricing,
they changed the published Cargurus price
by $3000.00 and planned on charging me
for âwindow tintâ that was already on the
truck! I asked them if I could have it
inspected at a Land Rover dealership. I
scheduled myself for thenext day and gave
them the address and time. They missed the
appointment!. We then rescheduled; the
second time, within (3) hours of them
dropping it off, they went back to pick it up!
ârudelyâ (according to the Land Rover
service manager). And all of this without
informing me! Later, I found out someone
else wanted the vehicle. They interrupted
the inspection I was paying for! My first
inquiry was on a Monday. I worked on
trying to buy this for (4) days! I assume
someone else bought the truck. I couldnât
deal with them any longer and took my
business elsewhere.

The dealer promptly responded to my inquiry via Car Gurus and we setup a time for me to test drive the vehicle on the following late afternoon. I drove to the dealership and the car was parked out front. When I went into the building a sales rep greeted me matter-of-factly. After telling her what I was there for she left to get someone. About 5 min later the rep I had corresponded with came up. She said the first sales rep would help me out, but couldn't remember her name which the first sales rep called her out on right in front of me. The first sales rep walked me to her desk. She left me there for 15 min while she located the keys. When she did return it was with another sales rep who said he'd sold the car an hour and a half ago. It seemed like no one there was happy, they literally didn't know each other, and they didn't communicate with one another. That's 100% on the leadership there at Grapevine Audi. A quick call to let me know the car sold would've save me the trip.

The mileage listed on the vehicle was 15k but the actual mileage was 105k. The salesperson was upfront about the incorrect information when they called me back to let me know but I had already taken the time to fill out a financing request and sent in a copy of my drivers license. They then tried to sell me on a similar vehicle with 25k miles that was listed for $6,000 more than the vehicle I was originally interested in. Not a great experience.

Dealer is VERY UNWILLING to negotiate prices on any cars. This particular 2018 Honda Accord Touring 2.0 the have listed at $26k is OVERPRICED with high mileage and the car has damage listed on the Carfax Report, and the dealership is UNWILLING to lower the price or fix the repairs. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Gave it one cause it wouldn’t let me give it a zero.
Manager tried to lowball my wife on a 2017 for explore trade in with 70k miles. Offered 12k when going trade value is 17-18k. Then told her this car wouldn’t be here on Saturday. It’s almost Tuesday and it’s been just sitting there. Don’t recommend this location at all. Manager is very well aware of this review because I told them I would write one about them. Stay away from this location. Keep searching.

They did contact me. But then I realized which dealership they were. I’d been there before. They don’t listen to your needs and when I brought in a discount from Costco they just took that money off what they were offering on the trade. And don’t give them your keys, you will have to be very assertive to get them back.

They were very up front about the history of the vehicle which is good (structural damage), but when asking about the exterior condition (are there any dents,etc) the salesman became annoyed
and just shouted "just come in and look at it." Not very easy to come in and look at it when I am 1500 miles away.

I didn't feel as much welcomed as the other dealerships.
No one in the front desk asked us what we were looking for. Waited a while until someone showed up to talk to us. And when he came, wasn't very interested.
I rarely write bad review but in this dealership, I really didn't feel good. Maybe that was one reason I didn't like the car.

Spoke with a Salesman. Set up a time for myself and the wife to make a hour drive to look at the vehicle on Saturday. We make the hour drive and a salesman told us it sold the day before, a simple call would have been nice to save us a wasted drive.

Poor communication, set up an appointment for a Saturday. As we are on our way to appointment, received an email from Car Gurus that car sold, which happens however I would expect a call from the sales person who set up the appointment letting us know.

I Called and negotiated a price and we verbally agreed on it. I reserved the time that afternoon for the deal signing and pick up of the vehicle and a few hours later they called me and informed me that they had just sold it to a buyer who had just walked in. In my opinion horrible customer service and a complete waste of my time.

The shopping experience was not pleasant- we had confirmed the exact vehicle and price over the e-mail and phone but when I arrived the same day for the test drive they said they did not have this car and tried to sell me an other car with identical equipment for almost USD 3000 more. I did get the same car and same
equipment from an other Audi dealer.

My salesman (Luis) was very helpful and did a great job.
Even though we ran into issues the total experience was great. My salesman, Daniel, was sure chill and never tried to upsell me. He got me exactly what I asked for. If you go, ask for Daniel and get the car you want for the price you believe in. I buy a lot of cars so when I come upon a great experience I have to rate.

Too pushy. And wouldn't have come to the dealership if hang lied about having 2 S5 sport backs in the particular color an interior I was interested in. Tried to pull the old bait and switch on me on a car they had available which was white. In earlier phone conversations before coming to the dealership I had advised the sales Repr that I wanted a dark grey car or possibly silver

Considering the short time frame the dealership did a great job in that respect. The trade in value and sale price negotiation could have been more customer favored which left me wanting.

I purchased online. The phone experience was good. In general, the car was a represented. For an Audi dealership,the car could have been detailed more thoroughly. Upon arriving to finalize the purchase, the process was slow. I am waiting for tags and registration to arrive. I have not heard from the dealership since purchasing.

Bill, Tony and April were all excellent to work with. Everything went smoothly. We made the deal over the phone. The car was detailed and ready for my inspection and test drive when I arrived. I made an 8 hour trip to buy it. It was worth it.
Spoke to Chris over the phone, who was very nice and accommodating and
I said I would hopefully be in that day. We ended up going very late and he
had already left when I called to say we were on our way, but he said he
would call and have another sales person help us. We dealt with John Paul
who we couldn't have been happier with and made the purchase. He was
extremely knowledgeable and so personable. We had a great experience.

This dealership contacted me immediately when I first started
researching for a specific vehicle via the internet. After a week, I
contacted them again to see how much they would work with us before
us making a 3+ hour drive to the dealership. Our internet sales person,
Alex, worked with my husband over the phone, and they came to an
acceptable agreement. We made the drive and met with another
salesman, Shaun. The sale was completed. Both Alex and Shaun were
outstanding, very friendly and courteous. They both walked us out to see
us on our way, even though our departure was after closing hours.
Shaun even told me to call or text him when we got home, to let him
know we made the drive safely. I didn't though because it was about one
AM when we got home--- So Shaun if you're seeing this, we did get
home safe and we are loving our new SUV! Thank you guys for
everything. 5+ stars definitely!

Hard to get ahold of a salesman. I had to
be put through to several deferent people
only to be told the price that they had
listed on CarGurus was wrong. It ended
up being about $4000 more with the
dealership. They said they'd call me back
in 15 minutes and didn't call me for two
hours, which I missed because I was at
work then. When I called back the next
day they never answered or contacted
me ever again. We just bought a 2015
Chrysler 200 and we love it. Never going
to deal with this dealership again.

Benjamin Partleton ~ best sales ever!!!In the past, my husband and I have always done business with a different dealership and got what I thought was good customer service until compared to yours. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle I proceeded to do some research and pick the “best” car for me. Audi was our first stop. Benjamin met us with a smile and was extremely patient when I asked the ton of questions that I had. And, didn’t even complain about my test driving the vehicle and again the barrage of questions. So, my husband was ready to purchase on the spot, but, I wanted to be sure so we went on to drive a few other vehicles. Benjamin was very understanding and even encouraged me to drive the others and said we would be back…. And he was right. So after being basically ignored at BMW and disappointed in the Infiniti vehicles, we headed back to purchase my favorite car I have ever owned. We were in a rush to get back to Abilene that evening for kid stuff and again Benjamin went completely out of his way. His customer service is exceptional but we were again surprised at every person at the dealership had such great customer service. We were always greeted and offered a drink.
During the check out process we purchased the tinting option. And, there were a couple of dings on the car that you were going to touch up. This probably would normally such an ordeal but we are 150+ miles away. Benjamin kept in contact with me to schedule the tint and the paint touch up. We finally worked it out of when we could be there and scheduled it. Benjamin assured me we would have a loaner and could just spend our day in the metroplex. He asked us to have the vehicle at the dealership by 8:30 on Saturday morning. On Thursday he called me and asked if it would be a problem to have it there by 7:30 instead. We were not planning on coming until Saturday morning, but decided to come on down Friday night. I told Benjamin we would get it there Saturday morning. So, this is where I was blown away. Benjamin said, let me just come by the hotel and bring you a loaner on Friday night and take your vehicle so that we would not have to get up and around early. And, true to his word, he met us in downtown Fort Worth with a loaner. Now, I know he was already off work and should have been home with his family. But, not only did he bring us a car but also answered some questions that I had about operations of the car. When we picked up our car that afternoon he again asked if there was anything he could do or questions that we had.
I expected good customer service when he was trying to sell me something, but, anticipated it to end there. Wow, was I wrong. You have made a lifetime customer of us. I just wanted you to know what exceptional customer service we received and that we think Benjamin is FANTASTIC!
