Audi Gainesville

They definitely responded about the car which was nice. But I changed my mind about wanting that particular one. Now I am spammed with emails daily from the dealership.

My experience at Audi of Gainesville was great. They responded immediately and set an appointment for us to come see the car. The salesman was very friendly and relatable. I never felt pressured into a sale. The car was freshly washed and sitting out front for us when we arrived. The ad was accurate in every way, no hidden pricing or dealer fees. Overall it was a great experience at Audi of Gainesville and this won’t be my last time buying a car from them.

The dealer quickly responded but, the car was listed as a P100D on the website and dealer said it was P90D. I asked for pictures but have yet to receive them. He also stated that the car would arrive at his dealership the following day.

Great response. Dealer sent me the window sticker immediately after I requested it. Great deal, but price a little higher than I can afford. Wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them.

Took to long for contact after first contact was find but follow up took to long would bought car if contacted one day earlier with new price. I had bought different car by the time I was sent update.

Did not buy the car there, but they gave me fast, honesty responses. Unfortunately the price wasn’t so good!

Responded with only a Robo message, not personal, they didn’t answer any questions. I had to find out from cargurus that the vehicle sold 2 days later.

All questions were answered and additional information provided upon request. Cleanliness and standards at Gainesville Audi is typical of what is expected of the automobile franchise. Great job.

I called the dealership. General Manager was friendly, but he did not take the time to tell me what the warranty covers on a Q7. I would have to call the service department. I felt like he should have been able to explain what is covered and what is not.

Quick response on a Sunday to tell me that I would get full response Monday am and I did. Got a great e-mail with brochure, msrp sticker, and letter. Eager to negotiate, pleasant and willing to ship. Price was great! I only chose another pathway because I was concerned about buying sight unseen although I am sure from their other communications that they would have made sure to make me as comfortable as possible.

They were horrible. Total scam. This is my THIRD attempt at a review. So after contacting Audi of Gainesville about a $6000 car that clearly stated it had financing, my credit was ran SEVEN times. I then received an email stating that while the $6000 car could not be financed, they had a $16,000 car they would love to finance for me. My information was given to 7 agencies and that was not my understanding of what the case would be. Ridiculous and unethical

Audi Gainesville is a fantastic dealer. They treated me and family great and did everything to get the deal we wanted. Jorge and the General Manger are awesome

Worst dealership ever!! The receptionist was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me talk to a sales rep. When the sales rep called me back they told the car I wanted to buy was due to go to auction the next morning and if I wanted them to hold it till I could get there the next day then I needed to put 1000 down on a car I’ve never seen. I told them I wanted to buy the car but was not comfortable putting 1000 down over the phone on a car I’ve never seen in person so they shipped it out. Plus when they were giving me price information they tacked on a bunch of hidden fees. The car was 16700 and they told me it was going to be 19999 after taxes and fees, which is crazy. I bought the exact same car for the same price 16700 and it was only 18312 after taxes and fees. This dealership is awful!!! I would never do business with them again!!! The worst!!!

Very responsive to my questions and very helpful and easy to interact with, despite doing business via long distance. Handled my transaction ver professionally and made the entire process as easy as it could have been. Looking forward to meeting the team who assisted me with my purchase when I come down to pick up my vehicle soon.

Salesman was new but eager to work out a deal with me, drove 200 miles to test drive it only to find the bed has a rather large scratch in it and the fenders were very scratched up the pinstripe decal was chipped and scratched on both sides of the truck and the bed would need to be repainted as the scratch was down to bare metal and into the taillight. Went to lunch and called my local ford dealer and a third party body shop to get estimates on fixing this damage and it was well into 4,000 and if I bought the truck it would be in the body shop for up to two weeks. Very unhappy I drove that distance and spent my time to find out the truck had damage only once I got there and looked at it, truck drove great and had a clean interior with minimal wear but I think Dealership should disclose information like this!!!

I test drove car. Car was great. Salesman was new and could of been more educated on inventory and features. I ended up purchasing a different make car.
