My experience was great everything was made super easy most of the work was done online and little in person, and even in person all was done very fast, great communication, transparency, I would for sure recommend them, I found a great deal !

Every aspect of the experience at Audi Fremont was professional. From our salesman, to the sales manager, to the finance manager who took our check... We drove 122 miles one-way to purchase this car and both my wife and I felt it was absolutely worth the drive.

Good experience overall, although the car I wanted to test drive was already sold when I arrived at the dealership. They at least had me test drive a similar car but not the color I wanted. Friendly staff.

They emailed me that this listing was a mistake. Instead of a Porsche Turbo, it was an Audi Q7.

Very pleasant experience with a minimum of pressure to buy. Staff was courteous and professional. I was comfortable since everyone wore a mask and hand sanitizer was every where. Jay Jacinto helped me buy the car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership.

They were talking with the banks and got all of our information. Then sold the car while doing all of that I kept following up with them but they say the finance manager was off when he got back the car was gone.

No overly happy with this dealership. I appreciate a more direct approach to purchasing a car. Their approach was to woo me in with talk of how close we were on a price and that they would make the whole experience just super wonderful and that I would leave the dealership with a gold plated car that ran of unicorn farts . While the asking price was not bad it was higher than similar vehicles that were of equal distance from my home. I was hoping to get to an agreed price prior to traveling so far. After much back and forth, finally received a response that they were unwilling to deal. At the end of the day, its not about the quality of the coffee they serve or the condition of the leather upholstery in the sales office, but the quality of car I drive off the lot and the amount of $ remaining in my pocket. I will keep my eye on this vehicle. If the dealership decides to drop the price in the near future, I will consider purchasing from them.

Quick response for my inquiry. They had just acquired the vehicle and it was being detailed and a minor problem being fixed. So it was a couple of days before I got pictures and all details. They did stay in touch daily. Car wasn't equipped with what I am looking for, leather seats-tow package so I had to pass on it.
