Outstanding experience from start to finish. The salesperson, Ben Garci, was exemplary, the vehicle was spotless and the dealership was up-front and completely transparent in all aspects of the transaction. Although we did not buy this vehicle because we chose to continue looking for a 4-whell drive, it was a wonderful experience.

The dealer was prompt and substantive in reply to each of my questions. The car was just as described in their original listing. They brought in the appropriate personnel regarding each topic, enabling me to make a fully informed purchase decision. Each member of their sales team was knowledgeable and friendly - I recommend them highly to any interested in good value in a high quality car.

Pretty easy to work with. Car was not detailed prior to my arrival to pick it up so a lot of waiting around was done.

We had an exceptional experience at Audi Fort Worth, Ben Garcia was very helpful through our buying experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to visit this dealership. Ben was quick at the initial inquiry and even went above and beyond by sending us a video he recorded personally about the vehicle we were considering to test drive. Upon arrival the vehicle was clean and ready for us to drive. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful but dealing with team members like Ben was quite the opposite, he was really genuine and cared for our interest which made a big difference in our experience.

Fantastic experience! We dropped in to this dealership without an appointment shortly after finding this truck on CarGurus. Our salesman, Tony Maloku, was welcoming, friendly and helpful..made time for us even on short notice. The truck wasn’t on the lot and had to be retrieved from their warehouse nearby. It was clean and ready regardless, better condition than described. They appraised our trade in fairly even though we weren’t quite prepared, lots of dog hair we would’ve cleaned up had we known we’d be moving that fast. Payment process was efficient & flexible, we were able to make a partial payment with credit (for miles, yay!) and the remainder with debit card. We drove home with our new truck in less than 3 hours from arrival. Highly recommend. Thanks again, Tony, and Audi FW!

BLUF: not a bad dealership to deal with. FYI THEY DO NOT DO CONTACTLESS CAR SALES. I have the email and texts to prove it. Jonathan Top was who I dealt with and he was pretty good at answering most questions. I'm currently deployed to the middle east, and Jonathan's manager was unwilling to sell me the car despite trying to put down over 10,000$ in cash for a 25,000$ car due to "increasing amounts of fraud." It's understandable I suppose, but disappointing that they weren't willing to work with a deployed military member in getting them their dream car. However great price, quick responses, and thorough help. No surprise add-ons. Will look them up when I return from this deployment if they have a car like this in stock.

Johnathon Top was a very courteous person and very well mannered. He is not your typical pushy salesman. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his clients. He is very helpful and patient. I ended up purchasing a truck from Audi because of the hard work and time he put in on helping us. I would give Audi Fort Worth a 0. I made an appointment to test drive a car and got the run around when I arrived telling me they would pull it up to the front. After about 20 minutes of waiting the salesman says to to me that the car had sold and simply turned around and walked away!

made appointment to see car told them that I would like to buy the car cash, list price was $17,990 the contact I was to meet was not there he referred me to another salesman and when I got there the price was more than $20,000 could have told me before I wasted my time how could a cash price go up over $2,000 dollars, if you are trying to buy with cash, don't waste your time with this dealer, I see the list price has changed

Salesman wasn’t willing to work a deal or even try. Told him to run the deal by his mgr/finance dept. in which he replied “ I been here 5 yrs and knows that’s not gonna work”. vehicle has literally been sitting on lot for over serval months. At least lie to me and say Sure I’ll try. Horrible costumer service skills. Can’t and won’t try to make a deal on a vehicle that’s probably due to go to auction anytime over less than 2k.. not even try to meet in the middle. I will gladly take my money and go elsewhere.

Yes they were very helpful, but I've had to deal with some medical issues & haven't had a chance to get with them in person about the vehicle.

I have called every phone number I can find for the dealership probably a dozen times nobody has ever answered the phone. If this is how you’re treated before they get your money imagine how you’re treated after they have your money...

The two salesmen were exceptional. Anthony and Hugo were attentive and helpful. I was buying a used Land Rover at a Audi dealer. They treated me as if I was buying a new Audi. I would definitely recommend buying from them especially if Hugo and Anthony were there.

Car is not ready. Issues with the convertible top. They will call when ready.

Response to my offer was not as prompt as hoped, but that may be due to the holidays. They declined the offer but were courteous. I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

The salesman that I made an appointment with never materialized, however another salesman took the time to show me the vehicle that l was interested in and we closed the deal.

This Audi has ripped leather seat on the passenger front and back seat. Manager is allow $350 to fix only the front seat. JOKE!!

Tony would not answer a simple question, I asked "if the 2014 Ram was a 4x4 " . This went on for 2 days, he is more concerned about me coming in and getting my info then answering my question. Note I have a emails between us, finally I got irritated and just called , talked to another salesperson and he went and physically looked and the truck was a 4x2 of which I did not want.

I was contacted soon after my inquiry, the salesman was very nice and had the vehicle ready for my test drive as soon as I got there. I ended up choosing a Lexus RX 350 and didn't buy from this dealer only because they didn't have one available.

Rep responded to my questions about the car within hours.

I was able to get to the dealership a day earlier than I had told him, so unfortunately he hadn't had time to let me know the pre-owned Santa Fe I was interested in was gone. He was extremely helpful in assisting me in trying to find another similar vehicle. I greatly appreciated his help and being treated with as much respect as if I were looking for a new vehicle. That doesn't always happen, especially with a "more mature" female customer. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
