This was a fanatic buying experience. I loved being treated so well by everyone working there that date. This is a luxurious facility with a lot of amenities. I drove far and Albert so generously bought and went and picked up lunch for me. Peter in finance was extremely knowledgeable. Everyone works so hard, is so professional, and very experienced and knowledgeable. I will buy from here again.

We were not able to come to a deal on the vehicle I was interested in, however, the dealership never stopped, trying to earn my business. Very professional, and very straightforward.

The day of experience was great. Everything went smoothly and the people were nice. On the way home, I noticed that the heater wasn’t working, so I emailed them and asked if I could get it checked out. No problem they said. Things stared going south when I needed something fixed on the purchase order so my credit union would fund the loan. It took 3 days, seven phone calls, and a couple of texts before someone called me back. I understand that people go on off days, but when you leave multiple messages for others in finance, they should call you back. I was then told I could bring the car in on Saturday to get it looked at and that the salesman would meet me there. He didn’t. Not only that, they needed to keep the car until Monday because there are no used car mechanics on site. They offered a courtesy car, but it only came with 100 miles per day. The problem is that I drove 100 miles one way to get there. They wouldn’t increase the allowance at all, so I left and won’t be going back.

This is a legit and very professional and beautiful auto dealership in Costa Mesa. We made an appointment to see a particular used 2014 BMW X3 I found online on Cargurus. They were very accommodating and our guy Alex was already at the front desk awaiting our arrival to welcomed us. He already had the car ready for us to inspect and test drive. The vibe was relaxing so you didn't feel any pressure. My mom and aunt who came with me were just as impressed not just with the dealership but with the car I test drove. I've been in search of a specific used older X3 with certain options and was so relieved to have found a GREAT used car here at Audi Fletcher Jones. This car is like BRAND SPANKING NEW for a 2014 and for an unmatched price!! Thank you Universe and thank you to the staff of Audi Fletcher Jones for all their help, hospitality, accommodations, and great ethics! Far and away the best dealership I have dealt with, and I have bought many cars over the years. I was just in the market for a preowned Audi, and I reached out 1/2 dozen or more dealerships. I knew what I wanted, and Audi Fletcher Jones in Costa Mesa was the only dealership that was both responsive and not pressuring. Helpful, friendly, polite, transparent and cooperative. If only all dealerships could be like this!

After receiving several emails confirming my appointment with the salesman, when I arrived I was told he was not there. Another salesman assisted. When I told him I was not going to buy the car “today” his demeanor changed and asked , “well then, what are you here for?” I told him, I wanted to test drive the car.

Contacted the dealer and received answers almost immediately. Soon a rep let me know the best price they could do. Next day I was on my way to pick up my new car. Cameron, pick me up from the near by train station, I test drove the car, signed contracts, dropped off my check and on my way I was 2hrs later back home. I am happy with my purchase and satisfied with the customer service Cameron and his staff provided.

1st contact was fine. Then I was asked,"how do you want to pay, cash or finance?" I hadn't even seen the car yet because there were no pictures up and they said it's still being serviced. They told me they would send pics and let me know when the car is done being reconditioned. Next thing I see is that the Audi was sold! Gave me no email,pics or call that the car was ready . I emailed to see if it was truly sold and Phillip said let me check. Still no reply back from anyone.I thought a dealership like this would be very reputable but I was so wrong. Many GM friends of mine know about this unprofessional service.

I just contacted the dealer, to find out about the 2018 Q60 3.0t Coupe. I talked with the dealer and unfortunately it was not the color I'm looking for. He asked me did I want to make an appointment to test drive and sent me a Carfax and a full lineup information on the car. I was very pleased with his respond.

Typical car dealer. Absolutely unwilling to negotiate (or haggle as they so kindly put it). However they kept calling to try and sell me other vehicles. The only winner in ‘no haggle pricing’ is the dealer.

Took a long drive to go test drive a car my family and I wanted. We all fell in love with the car and wanted to move forward with purchasing the car cash when the sales man had told us another party was also interested to see and drive the car. Just before that he spoke about first come first serve and how CA law states that no dealer can hold any vehicle for a party. Short story is that they allowed that gentleman to buy the car after we had been there and test drove it. Completely disregarding what they had just told us. Unbelievable. No loyalty no respect. Waste of time. Never again

worst customer service I have ever experienced shopping for car at Audi Fletcher Jones Could be because I was looking for purchasing a Lexus from an Audi dealer but the salesperson and staff were terrible assisting and were not eager to sell the car never followed up assigned a brand new salesperson to us who did not know anything talked to Philip on the phone and showed interest for the car drove all the way from LA to orange county on saturday around 7 pm they were closing at 8 pm no one wanted to help us cause they were closing and when they found out we were looking for the lexus even had us wait more Came back the next day on sunday and purchased the car eventhough the customer service sucked if it was not cause of the lexus i would never give my business to that dealer terrible terrible and terrible When all the paper work was done we found out that car has only 1 key which we were not told before and the Emergency kit was missing No one even came to help or say bye

Dealer reps weren't forthcoming with knowledge on the car that I test drove. They were very nice and respectful but wouldn't budge on pricing despite the paint chips that needed repair on the hood of the car.

They emailed me a few days after I submitted my Cargurus inquiry. They wouldn't respond to my request for an out the door pricing so I could compare them. They are far from me so I didn't want to make the trip without knowing what their markup is like. The pricing seems good on the car I was interested in.

All in all my experience at Audi Fletcher was excellent, Professional reception Good explanation for questions asked Staffs are cooperative and made car purchasing process as easy as possible.

I received a phone call the evening I sent interest in one of their cars. Was suppossed to receive an email with some of my questions answered....never heard back from them. 1 week later the salesperson called, left me a vm saying the car I was interested in just sold. No offer to find another one, not nothing, was surprised at the poor service.

This was good buying experience. Don the salesperson was very knowledgeable. He gave me a history on the car before I made the 2 hour drive. Went I got there the vehicle was parked out in front sales room. Don pointed out a few things about the car, and we took for test drive. For an Audi dealership he made it seem like I was at a Mercedes Benz’s dealership. I got to Audi Fletcher Jones dealership around 6 and by 8-8:30p I was on my way home in my Benz. Very Happy about the services!!!

This review is from a new buyer perspective: I’ve been eyeing the RS5 since its re-release in the US in 2018 and as the end of my lease approach, I look around for a deal on the RS5 that I would be comfortable with. I found a few with the exact specs I was looking for on CarGurus.com, my search set for a 500 mile radius. I sent my proposal to a few dealerships of varying distances.
