I tried to negotiate but they got petty and funky for
no apparent reason. Strange. They ignored the
information I gave to them and kept responding as if
it was the beginning and they had no prior
knowledge of our discussions. They made the
process unnecessarily complex.

When I went to purchase the truck we agreed on a price for my trade in and at the time of signing everything they wanted to give me almost 2,000 less for my trade in and make up for it with a tax break. That tax break everyone that has a trade in gets. So they lied about my trade in just to make the sell. They were also very rude. Be careful they will lie to your face to get a sell then get mad wen you figure them out!!

asking if the car had navigation but never got an answer either from the
