Expressed interest in an Audi and received three canned messages (all the same) from three people.....all of
which could not pick up the phone and call me even though I listed a phone number. Thru text finally arrived at
a mutually agreeable purchase price and time to pick up Audi. Asked what all I could email in advance to make
pickup as quick and painless as possible. The day before our time to pick up I receive a TEXT stating vehicle
had been sold at auction (why was car at auction with an agreed upon price to purchase?). Two hours after
text the price is lowered on CarGurus.com by $1,800! I have made SIX phone calls (and left voice mails) to the
General Manager and have not had the courtesy of a return call. Only one star because negative not available.
