Tyler and Sam the receptionist, the lady in the fiance department were great. In fact everyone I came in contact with in the dealership was helpful and attentive. The best dealership I have ever been to. This is my second time there . I will recommend this dealership to any and everyone.

Although I like the vehicle I saw, I opted not to drive 115 miles to go see it at dealership because the price was out of my budget range. Spoke to some of the Sales reps who were cordial/ professional but it’s unfortunate the price of the vehicle did not have any flexibility. Would be great if price can be a little flexible.

It’s a gimmicks they don’t have the car they advertised. They want to sell you another car. Stay away from Audi of brooklin.

This dealer advertised a lower price online, but when I arrived the actual price was much higher. Classic bait-and-switch. Wasted my time and very disappointing.

Bad dealer, do not go there! I saw two cars online at car gurus .com from this dealer. I confirmed they had the cars before driving 4.5 hours (one way) to the showroom, from upstate through the NYC traffic on a rainy day. I did that because I was promised a 'VIP appointment with the sales manager, Ali Mohammed' by Michelle. When I arrived and was looking around in the showroom , a guy yelled from about 50 feet away and directed me to see a lower-level sales guy. I assumed he was Ali because he didn't bother to introduce himself. After I sat down, the sales guy told me that one of the cars had been sold and the other one was being prepped. He would be able to show me that car in 30 minutes. I waited over an hour. He came back and told me that they could not find the car in the shop. So much for the 'VIP' service. I remember a quote that goes like this, "wasting other people's time is murder, wasting your own time is suicide". They just wasted more than 10 hours of my life.

Well. This is a tough call. The dealer (Michelle) quickly responded to setup a test drive. She was polite and friendly. I detailed I didn’t need a test drive but needed to know my trades value. She passed my info off to a salesman. He quickly appaisef my car at $56,000 and said the car, listed at $60,995, would cost me $8000 plus taxes and tags. I inquired if new math was being used. He said that the listed price was actually $2,000 and the price shown on CarGurus reflected a $2,000 down payment. This is NOT shown. I then said well $62,900 less $56 trade still isn’t $8000 and this all seemed shady as could be. the convo ended. The next day Michelle called to follow up on things. Again she was quite polite and professional. I explained what happened and she said it seemed off and would chat with her manager and call me back. Michelle gets 5 stars. The dealer 0 stars. She never called back. The price of the car dropped $1000 the next day . My overall rating is 2

They reached out to me immediately, and were very accomadating. Although, I didn't buy a car from there facility, because I found another car that was closer to my residence, I would still recommend them, just from my overall experience with their hospitality.

Deceptive Business practices. We made an appointment to look at a vehicle. It was not on that lot when we got there. Next they said it was under contract but we could make an offer on it. And THEN, they raised the price by $4k. These people are crooks!!!

I called up the dealer because I was interested in a car that I saw online. I spoke to Miguel and asked him about purchasing an extended warranty. I am from out of state and did not want to have to return to them (1.5 hour drive each way) if there were any issues. I never heard back from him and the next day the price went up $2,400. I called twice since and every time I’m told he was with a customer. I have not dealt with this dealer before this, but it was not a great first impression / experience.

Lousy experience. Was contacted to confirm availability of the vehicle an hour before arriving. Got there to be told that it had sold, after waiting over 20 mins for a sales rep to come speak with us. Salesperson also didn’t have any understanding of basics of Audi tech (e.g. wasn’t familiar with “ultra” tech system, which is standard in post 2016 Audis). Really disappointing experience. Anyways, went with a BMW in the end and feeling confident it was the better choice.

Moe was a great salesperson and he provided all the information in a timely and professional manner. Also the sales manager Calvin was truly helpful and intervened whenever his help was needed in making this transaction work. Bought a 2017 GMC Yukon from them and am very satisfied with the overall experience. A truly five-star and Audi standard experience with Audi Brooklyn. Highly recommended.

They did reach out to me, however, they expected me to make a three hour trip in order to have my vehicle appraised. Too far to travel from Western Massachusetts to Brooklyn, NY for an appraisal of my trade. I ended up finding a similar car closer to home.

Audi of Brooklyn was over a 2 hr ride from Connecticut but worth the ride. Everyone was friendly my saleswoman had the car ready for test drive. I purchased it the same day.

The vehicle was worth every penny. With that out the way, let me extend a big thanks to Diego (salesperson) and Mr. Chan (General Manager) for exerting just pure professionalism in the way they handled the entire financing process. I leave in Philly, I choose a car 2011 bmw 535i x drive, with audi brooklyn, I came from philly to test drive it,and I did. I spoke to them about the price and we agreed on 15300$ financing. I asked to my friend to be my cosigner and I gave them all info driver licence,social security cards, bills of our addresses. yesterday noon they told me that i got approved, and evening time they are saying that car did not went inspection that they are going to take it down to make inspection and bla bla bla. today 08/10/18 Im calling them and they are saying that it got sold !!!!!!! i was running back and force from philly to brooklyn, my and my friends credit score got hart, I spend two days!!!! this is audi Brooklyn!!!!!!!

Beware hidden fees and typical salesman. I was told over email that the only fee besides tax and title, registration, etc is a $398 doc fee. A little high but not the worst. Then, after test driving the car and negotiating a price I was told the salesman forgot to add the $500 prep fee. On top of that they wanted to charge $300 dmv fee for a title and registration that costs $75. First the manager said he would waive the prep fee since it was their error only to reneg on that. Complete scumbags, buy elsewhere.

Was interested In a car they had on the internet. Tell me the car is available. Call the day of my visit. They tell me the car is available still. I have a hour 30min drive to go see the car. Get to the dealership ask to see car, all of a sudden the car is sold. Terrible. I Would not buy a car from here regardless how good the deal is. Tell someone the car is available and then just say car is sold. Stay away.

Diego was excellent to work with, very professional and delivered the car to us in NJ. The only problem was that after we signed the paperwork for the car we were told that it only had one key. We were offered a second key at dealer cost but now we have to go back to Brooklyn to get the key programmed if we want the programming fee waived. Just wish the issue with the second key was taken care of before the car was delivered because it's very difficult for us to get out to Brooklyn. Ultimately this car had the mileage I wanted so I'm happy I was able to purchase it but I feel the issue with the second key should have been addressed before the car was delivered and the paperwork was signed.

Very positive. Sales individual and finance have been friendly and responsive. Nick and Miguel were great to work with. They handled all necessary paper work and the car was ready for me to drive back. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. I attempted to contact this dealer to find more information about the car after a deal fell through with another dealership whose internet pictures didn't reflect the cars current condition. At first they, contacted me However no one called or emailed me back after requesting further information. So I ultimately ended up buying another car.

Absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Took my deposit and then could not sell me the car because it has problems. The car is still offered for sale on their website though. Could not get a call back. Called numerous times trying to buy a car. Briefly spoke with GM, sales manager and sales staff after me calling numerous times. They all would never follow up on contacting me or send the emails I requested. Horrible way to do business! I have never worked so hard to give someone my money. Please stay away from this dealership and save yourself a headache. I have never had a worse experience trying to buy a car. I will happily give their competitors my money. Thanks for leaving me with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth Audi of Brooklyn.

They emailed me at least 7 times and called about 5 to set up and confirm an appointment, which was excessive and annoying. When I arrived, no one was actually available and then I found out 10 minutes later they had sold the car the previous day, and no one bothered to then contact me and save me the trip there. What's more, they had actually called to confirm the appointment the final time after the car had already been sold.

Although I did not purchase this vehicle because it had indicated it had been in an accident. I am thankful because the dealer was very upfront and the disclosures on the Carfax was honest. The dealing with very professional and demonstrated great follow through.

Wanted to purchase the car but they raised the price when I told them I didn't want to finance. Then was told by the sales manager that he wouldn't sell me the car because he was losing too much money if he sold to me. Then the general manager sent me an email saying he was saddened by my experience so I called him and emailed him and no response. Not a good place to deal with

One of the worst care dealership experiences. Arrived their early as the woman Monae said that she had another customer at 3pm looking at the same car. Arrived, waited for 30 minutes to be told the car went to auction after she said it was right on the lot. The two people one being the manager Ali said he would follow and make this right. Never heard from him. Received generic emails. I'm a CEO of a large company and this dealership is the worst. Don't go here for any any reason.

At first this dealer was very good. They contacted both through the phone and through my email. Once I told them I would make the drive up to see the car, they stopped contacting me. As I was driving up to see the car, I get a phone call saying the car has been sold. Totally unacceptable.

Going to this dealership was an amazing experience. Even though I bought a Scion FR- S trade and not an Audi from them the service was still top notch. My car specialist Miguel Reyes was very down to earth and a great guy in general. He helped me every step along the way to make sure it was a smooth process. I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

This is an organization that lacks serious communication skill among its staff. Your inquiry about a specific car might result in being contacted by three to four different sales people giving you three or four different answers regarding the vehicle availability! It seems no one in that dealership knows whether or not if the vehicle is sold. Extensive sales and communication training is a MUSt for this high end dealership.

Worst experience ever had trying to buy a car. We settle on the price of the vehicle. They took all my information for financing. Stated everything was a go, Just waiting for the best rate. Financing manage told me will get back to me in 10 minutes, never did. Call the next day to my sales lady to see what is going on. She stated that she would look into it and once again never heard back from them. I looked on the web sight only to fined out that they sold the vehicle. The most UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT dealership i have ever dealt with. BUYER BEWARE.

Not a good dealer. They didn't do a great job trying to sell the car. The car was dead when I went to test drive it and they had to stop to put gas because it was empty. They knew I was coming so that is unacceptable.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am from Quebec Canada and it's probably the first time that they have sold a car to a non resident. This made more work for them, helping me get through all the paper work by phone and email. They were always pleasant and obliging. It was easy to deal with them.
