Awesome with follow up!
Terrible experience here. classic bait and switch: Dealership showed us a more expensive new
Q7, then gave us a $4k cheaper one and hid that fact by removing the Monroney Sticker on the
actual car sold to us. Sam Johnson, the salesperson, was initially responsive when we started to
have questions, promised to do something but couldn’t/didn’t. The case was transferred to the
GM John Gomes who denied any problem. It’s been over 10 days and we still haven’t received
the primary car key (we only got the spare key when picking up the car), license plates and
registration that were supposedly sent to us via Fedex Next Day. Only sensible explanation is
payback for complaining. They did offer to call/meet after long silence but refused to
communicate via email that the customers that they supposedly care about prefer and refused to
acknowledge any problem or do anything to make things right.

Car was listed as an automatic, but when I arrived at the dealership i
discovered it was a manually shifted car. I was then told that there was a
mistake in the listing. I had driven a bit of a distance to learn this and I was
not pleased.

I spoke with Tony he is very helpful & patient . He answered all my concern questions & ensured me I'll get the monthly payment I need, once I do my interest loan approval. I had alot of others things going on as well & he made sure if I needed to take my time then that's fine, no pressure. I really love the car that I'm interested in but I need to save just a little more money for my down payment. Even though I'm in Washington DC going to New Jersey for this vehicle will be worth the ride. I appreciate Tony, even though I haven't purchase the car yet, hopefully it will still be there by time I get the rest of my money. If not what's for me is meant to be & if not then I'll move on. I will definitely recommend Tony at Audi Of Bridgewater to anyone and that's just from my phone experience with him Thanks Tony

-they do not include the most important data in their
advertisement, i e
price.It's annoying at the
very least and in my way of thinking annoying potential
customers is not a
good marketing strategy --I bought my car elsewhere

The manager asked me if the reason I wasn't buying a car from him
that day was because I didn't have enough money. I just didn't like
the price I was seeing for a car with burn holes in it. Just sayin.
