My time did not feel valuable and the finance process wasn't very good. The salesman who helped initially did not have the vehicle i was interested in after telling me they had it on the phone. Trade in process was a disaster they had told me they would not take my vehicle on Trade and that it was my responsibility to keep or sell it privately knowing I would not be able to afford to vehicle loans and that if I sold my vehicle I'd have to use it to pay off the loan not give it to them. I would recommend not going to this place at all.

The dealership told me that there was a mechanical issue with the vehicle. He explained it very well and told me it wouldn't be available at this time.

This dealer did not divulge known issues with this make and model. Only upon my own due diligence did I discover this make and model has known issues with oil consumption and other mechanical components.I did not buy this vehicle. I am seeking a dealership that will be transparent when asked if a make/model /year has reported issues. I am not sure if this exact vehicle has or will show these issues in the future but with this investment I want a vehicle that is known to be reliable.

There were a few things cosmetically that I didn't see on the pictures that we noticed when we got there. We pointed them out and all they said was " is that a deal breaker". In past experience with other dealerships they would take a few dollars off and these guys didn't do anything. We had to drive 4 hours to view it and test drive it and they didn't even want to fill the gas tank, we had to ask them and they acted like it was a huge deal. Also, we are in a mask mandatory state and no one was wearing a mask except for us. Kind of saddening. I don't think we will be going back.

They responded by email right away. Shortly after that Cory the Sales contact provided me with contact info, via email, to get a hold of a him at my convivence. I contacted him and he was very helpful and took a good deal of time going over the vehicle with me. Very friendly and service oriented. I have not made any decisions on purchasing a vehicle yet. Brandl is still being considered. The only thing holding me back is the distance from my location. If this dealership was within 100 miles of my residence I probably would have made the purchase already.

Talked to salesman Mike, he was very polite I had questions about the car he went and checked what was all done to the car got back to me right away, even offered to haul the car to with in 100 from me, as Brandl is 250 miles from me, didn't get together only because I couldn't get away with my busy job.

scheduled a test drive, when I got there waited around for 20 minutes before anyone even approached me, truck was rusted around wheel wells, never test drove it, seemed like they were not even interested in me
