Dealing with Duval Acura was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I contacted them on a Friday
night, and by Saturday morning, I was a new car owner. And it was all done online and over the phone,
because I'm in Tallahassee and they're in Jacksonville. They even delivered the vehicle to me that Sunday
morning (which also happened to be the 4th of July!!), free of charge!! Every single person I spoke to and
dealt with at the dealership was extremely helpful in meeting MY needs; not demanding that I meet theirs. I
just can't say enough about how happy I have been with Duval Acura. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone
looking to buy an Acura!

I felt so blessed to finally pull this beauty into my driveway yesterday after visiting Duval Acura on Atlantic Blvd. I became so determined to find my dream ride that I widened my search on Car Gurus to 500 + miles...only to realize what I had been dreaming of was practically right here in my own backyard! It was Anthony Lewis and Will who helped me to make it over the finish line! My experience at Duval Acura was very positive. The dealer contacted me immediately and
helped schedule an appointment to see the car. When I arrived, the car was up front, detailed,
and ready for my inspection. The car was exactly as described and fairly priced. The young
sales associate, Jake, was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure nor was I
uncomfortable at any time. Ultimately, however, I decided to purchase an 4x4 pickup vs. the
Honda Accord I was originally looking at. That said, I would definitely recommend this dealership
and will go back in a few years when my daughter turns driving age.

We did purchase the vehicle from Duval Acura. Their sales contact, Will Isom, was very professional and
responsive. There were a couple of issues after the sale that they were a little slow in responding. However,
Mr. Isom maintained contact with us through the process and Duval Acura addressed all issues appropriately.
We would buy another vehicle from them.

The GPS ON the used vehicle is not operable;it's been 2&1/2weeks
since I purchased the vehicle from them and they have not taken
care of the issue and expects me to pay for it. The only reason I went
ahead with the purchase was because they promised to get it taken
care of.
