Horrible. They knew I was driving over 2 hours for a specific vehicle and I was repeatedly told the vehicle was available. Then, as soon as I arrived I was told the vehicle had been sold. Total scam.

Staff is very unprofessional and do not to answer your questions with honesty if I could give less then 1 star I would if contacted they already know where they messed up with me btw when looking at one of there vehicles on CarGurus make sure the mileage on the ad matches the odometer in the photos don’t be fooled like I almost was.

Started off great, has ended up a
nightmare. Started transaction Feb
15th, Vehicle delivered Feb 23rd -
Temp Registration good till April 1.
Contacted them on March 29 asking
about Registration status/Temp
registration extension. April 10th
they informed me they
miscalculated T,T&L and I needed to
pay an additional $420. Paid on April
10th. They were supposed to issue a
new Temp registration, it's now April
23rd - still no temp registration.
Local title office it will take 6 to 7
weeks to receive perm registration
when submitted. Have reached out
to this company numerous times
since April 10th via numerous
contact methods to no avail. Today is April 24th, still no
response

We discussed the car and doing its mobile inspection, as am out of city buyer. She even suggested someone they use/recommend for the
inspection. I agreed to schedule asap and also asked for OTD price and they had no idea for some reason. Everytime it was - 'let me get back
to you'. More than a day later, they say it was sold. Glad I didn't schedule and waste my money on the inspection. Don't have any issue with
car being sold, if it really was, But why isnt replying back with price something that takes 10 minutes max!!?

Great communication and buying experience.
The young lady try to help me get his finances I wasn't ready yet but she kept me informed on what was going to including when they actually sold the car when I'm ready I probably will look for them first cuz it look like they have a nice inventory that I would love to get a car from now just by talking with her and the way she responded to all the questions and actually sent me a video of the car

I contacted got a call from someone to ask about a walk around because I am in a different state. They said no problem,
never called me back. Now I get constant text messages from a robot. If you don't help out of town people don't
advertise shipping on your ads and don't promise people a call back if you aren't interested.
Literally the worst car dealership Ive dealt with.
Their AI text messaging monstrosity is annoying and lies to you to get you to drive in.
"Yes the vehicle is available, would you like to come in for a test drive?"
When you get there, no one comes out.. you walk in and some long haired dude is sitting behind the desk.
" YEah, that car has a deposit on it "
mmm ok.. I dont even see it on the lot.. well .. ok. I guess I'll go now

Yes, the dealer did initally reach out to me via text. Once speaking to a salesman and explaining my personal situation, I was told that I would
be contacted by the manager who failed to call. When I called to follow up, no one was able to provide any information as to the status of my
loan application and I was asked to provide more financial information. Overall, the lack of communication and the failure to display an
interest in meeting my needs forced me to conclude any further business transactions with this dealership and, consequently, would not
recommend anyone else do so either.
After a week of negotiations. I decided to drive all away to dealership 3hrs and half with my family no trade just buying a vehicle. So my dad can drive back with my mom and my kids. When I got there vehicle wasn’t there it was at the clean up. Staff very professional nice area for a small dealership very busy not enough sales staff. Waiting for about 40 minutes vehicle came back test drive vehicle liked it very much some blemishes but that okay outside cosmetics no a big deal. Waited for finance for another 40 or so minutes get see finance manager. Salesperson came in and show me numbers around and the price what I wanted what have been told didn’t work out because of the finance kept changing my monthly payment. When I told saleswoman what happened she kept quiet like all other salespeople do. I am going to mention names and probably you guys by know. I drove back from Atlanta to Tennessee. Very disappointed at this dealership. Thanks for reading this.

This dealer is unprofessional, unethical and was a waste of our time.
We had a verbal offer and written offer last night and the next day
when I was ready to purchase the vehicle they went back on their
word. The general manager was copied on everything and only
offered an apology. So, if you want someone who is an honest
business person this is not the place. Their sales lady was a gem, and
probably the best thing about this dealer but management did what
they wanted and pulled the written offer. SHADY!!

Started a line of communication with my interest in the car, but once I asked if the Doc fees were included in the price as required by Georgia State Law , they dropped communications with me.

Great experience and nice staff!
Our salesman Sal was great. His manager, however, not so much. DEALER FEES MUST BY GA LAW BE INCLUDED IN THE LIST PRICE (not even in the disclaimer). That’s how dealers get “good” or “great price” on CarGurus, then hike the price after. Got the same car at Subaru for $2k less.
