advertised price of the car on their webpage and CarGurus was orginally $5000 less than the price two days later (it went UP). I was told they had "2" cars and that this was the higher priced auto, yet "both" autos had the same mileage and serial number. Did not garner much confidence, especially for a $125,000+ automobile

I confirmed an appointment for a sales person to call me. Never got a call. Found out after I reached out that he was “busy” with someone else. Would have been nice for him to let me know after the fact and offer to find another time. Bad first impression so I found another dealership to spend my money.

Great people who cared about my interests.
I did not buy from this dealership. I asked three questions, 4 times and never got the answer to one. When I asked for an out the door price on the car, I was told I was not a "good fit" for the car. I felt that was rude and said we should part ways. They texted or called me 5 times after that. One time almost begging me to return their calls.... which I had asked them repeatedly not to do. I'd stay clear of them.

The overall experience was excellent. I have dealt with at least ten other auto dealers while purchasing a car, and they did none of the usual annoying tactics of bait and switch, artificial markups unnecessary options, etc. My car sales person, David Tyler, was strictly professional and answered my questions in an honest and transparent manner. The financial person was also exceptional, and he worked hard to get my financing at the best possible rate. I would definitely do business with them again.
I would give even 0 rating if there is an option.
They gave me appointment without even knowing that vehicle 2023 Range Rover available. I had to drive 2 hours and after reaching simply said vehicle is not available. Even I callled them when I was on my way. They don’t have ethics. I strongly recommend buy from else where if possible from authorized dealers

Purchased a Rolls Royce Ghost at Atlanta Autos Couple Weeks ago and received great service. Chauncey was very helpful. I flew in from houston so it was very important we do a good deal and have the car shipped safely. Chauncey also help with shipping the car as I was already on the plane headed back to Houston. The vehicle is in great condition like new and I haven’t found any hidden issues.

They tried getting me financed and ask for IRS, statements, bank statements, paystubs for several months and still could not close the deal.
However another dealership in Sandy Springs GA went to the same finance company, same down payment with a vehicle a few thousand
higher and got the deal done in 2 hours.

Very nice sales people and very clean car when I arrived to pick it up. They work well
with out of state customers and there were no problems at all. There was a bad muffler
that had not been replaced when I arrived from 350 miles away so they promised me
that they will pay for the new muffler when I take it to a local muffler seller. They treated
me so well that I believe them. So I definitely recommend this dealer. Hint though, my
vehicle was a beautiful but one off sell, most cars and trucks are very high end products
so keep searching their listings if you are like me and can't afford a $100,000 vehicle! Do
note that they treated me like the sale was the most important one ever!

Followed up and tried to help get a deal done, wish they were in California
TERRIBLE!!!! I was working with Julio for 2weeks bcuz they had just got the car. Told him I would buy it they ran my credit had my down payment. Said my name was on it. I didn’t hear from him for 5 days I called him NA text no reply. I called the main line everyone was giving me the run around and rude. I text Julio again, the replied back. They sold the car to someone else!!

Really didn’t have good communication at all. It goes dead and there is patience what’s so ever. I was told certain number and what was sent on official paper work different with no explanation. I had to reach out multiple times to be told my car doesn’t worth that much. Really bad effort to deal with the sale team. Then there is a price difference and no honesty upfront. Here you see the price 169.999 but the sale person was telling me their price is actually 173K and sone change. Along all these mess ups I decided to let go of it. If the level of transparency is this little then I won’t trust the car at all.

Dane is the best!! I was a little nervous w with shipping and receiving part of buying a car from 600 miles away, but let me tell you…every step of the process, Dane was available, answered all of my questions, was thorough on every detail of the car and process, and always checked in with me. He would video chat to examine the car, and even introduced me to the finance manager! I truly felt the personal care he extended. This dealer is TOP NOTCH. The staff, the inventory of cars (don’t get me started on the inventory of cars, one word—WOW!!) and the entire process was better than I ever could have hoped. I will be back to see Dane and the crew at Atlanta Auto to purchase my next vehicle. I would 100000% recommend them to my family and friends. I would give them way over 5 stars if I could. You have to check them out if your looking for an awesome car!!

Got there to purchase a vehicle after been speaking with Sally rep for 2 days, at the day of purchase to be told the vehicle was in pending sale status after just hung up with the rep and wasn't told about it til my 1.5 hr drive to them. Then once i got there to be avoided by that rep,not even an apologize afyer watching her i think her name is Venetta sent me to voicemail on 3 occasions. Finally came and apologize once i made another sale rep awate of the matter and he talking to her about it. So at the point my fiance was over it, and glad i didn't to take my business somewhere where i got what i was looking for eith better customer service. So thanks to them for not being able to met my needs.

There was a huge price ($2,000) and mileage (900) discrepancy. I was sent an email with a price of $17,999 but my paperwork had $19,999 but the manager wanted to meet in between. I had to take my car back to get brakes and tire sensor fixed which took several days to complete although I was told to bring it in the next day to get fixed. But they did accommodate me by giving me a loaner car. I’m giving 3 stars for lack of communication, slow turn around time but mainly when I go to pick up my car, I was told it wasn’t there and that it was being “test driven” to ensure the breaks were fine. When the guy comes back with my car, he pulls out his bagged lunch that he went to go pick up from a restaurant! They have nice luxury cars and my sales person, Kevin was personable.

No-pressure, didn't feel rushed, they listened to me process quick and painless.
They called quickly and were friendly on the phone and the pictures of the car looked great…at one time I’m sure it was a really great car…it was a 2018 GMC Yukon with 25,000 miles….you would think for almost 50k it would be in great shape…when I got to the dealership they were friendly at first….I went to look at the car and immediately noticed that the console latch was broken so it wouldn’t close…then there was a rip in the drivers side leather seat….we all know that’ll only get worse quickly since its the drivers side….they seemed unconcerned…there were a lot of minor dings and scuffs that could be rubbed out not a huge deal but then there was a dent in the back bumper from what appeared to be from backing into something and someone trying to fix it with glue and white paint and missing/falling off sensors ….their response at least 6 times “it’s a used car it isn’t going to be perfect” they did offer to fix the console but what about those sensors those are kindof important…
Responded with another loan at a 25% interest rate after seeing there was and open loan but did nothing to contact the prequalified lender.

The specific salesperson I spoke to was helpful . The car with approx 20,000 Mike's had no warranty ( offered non Mercedes warranty for $9 k additional) if it was offered by an authorized Mercedes dealer it would have had a comprehensive 50,000 mile warranty and was already priced above market from this seller Most unsettling was a series of derogatory reviews for multiple reasons . About misrepresentation and unscrupulous sales tactics .
Tom C. Is the bad saleman ever I have experience with. He doesn’t want to answer the question I have about car I looking to buy. I’m a buying from out of state and I can’t even ask questions before buy the car ? He hang up the phone when I ask to speak to his manager. This is terrible and I don’t recommend him at all. Very bad customer service
If there is zero star I would give them I am have signed search for rolls Royce ghost I saw the add came up at 104995 I sent them inquiry the following day they have changed the price to 116995 and they denied the price that they have advertised to me I have an email with price at 104995 that’s bad business I had the money to wire them and the didn’t want to owner price

my needs. Most importantly, I am not from Atlanta and was there just for a visit. Over the next 4 days we spoke daily to plan our next steps so

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I tried buying contactless in the midst of this pandemic and that experience was hell driven. I wired them 13k down, then
financing fell through so when I asked for my down payment to be returned the dealership didn't want to return it. I live 800 miles from the dealership and was told in order for
me to get my funds returned I would have to go down to the dealership to get it back. Which was unorthodox seeing how I didn't have to go down there to give them the
money. They were doing everything in their power to make it difficult to give me back my down payment. So I went down to the dealership only to be told that they were going
to wire me back the money after I wasted my time and money going down there. This experience took over a month a finally after contacting the owner via email I got my
money back.

The advisor called me and said the manager wouldn’t accept my trade. I actually had a title to my vehicle! It was paid fir! I was very disappointed.

They will rip you off if you are gullible enough. I placed a $3k hold on the 2016 Lexus GX 460. I then had the Lexus dealership in Smyrna inspect it. It had frame damage, rust, cosmetic issues and too many issues to count. Total damages were over $5900 nearing 6k. I backed out of the deal and am still waiting for the full refund. Very shady dealer. I highly advise against using them!

This is THE Most Arrogant dealership in town!!!
We went there on a Sunday just to check out the place. We walked inside the show room. There were 5 guys sitting at desks talking to eachother. But no one would have bothered to greet us or tried to assist us...
We turned on our heals and left shaking our heads in disbelief...and so did an elderly couple, also trying to get help. The elderly gentleman said: "Apparently they don't want to sell cars..."

Experience was not good. Salesperson was not to informative on contract information or sales and ran credit and agreed to deal and sold vehicle same day to someone else without regards of conversation and loan approval and another sale contract pending. Definitely would not recommend anyone doing business there especially if your credit rating is important. Take your business somewhere else!!!

Sleazy, scheistery car salesman. I called about an Audi. They tell me it was sold. 5 days later THEY call me and tell me the other guys financing fell through and it’s for sale. I immediately give them my credit card to put $500 on it and we start discussing shipping cost. I’m waiting for the buyers docs to pass to my bank. Nothing. An hour later I get a call from the sales guy saying 2 people walked in and his boss said to let them see if they want it AFTER I GAVE THEM A CC!!! One buys it. I told them not to bother calling me if that falls through I don’t deal with sleezebags. They were adding multiple fees that you DONT HAVE TO PAY onto the car as well. Do yourself a favor. Don’t even call this place.

wrong my wife and I enjoy the 2012 Ford Explorer we
bought but it hasn’t even been 7 days and we
experiencing issues with our back up camera. We are
hoping that the dealership can accommodate us with
fixing that issue. For the amount of money we got the
car for they should do that for FREE, but we will find
out. We just want to be treated fairly and 100%
satisfied with this purchase, NOT SPEND MONEY
ON THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN
DEALT WITH BEFORE THE PURCHASE. We stay 3

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely the worst communication and dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. I am personally in sales
and know how it works. I had to contact the dealership 7 times before simply getting an appraisal on my trade in vehicle. I'm in shock that I
literally had to hunt down this dealership to make an easy, $50k quick sale. I wish that happened in my world.....
On top of all that, I was told on 5 different occasions that I would receive a call back and information within 20 min. Never happened, not even
one time. Every salesperson there acts like they are the best and on top it. They all stink, they have bad attitudes and zero respect or regard

Not interested at all in the customer experience. In my initial correspondence I asked for answers to several questions
such as whether they would finance a car that old, if they sold an extended warranty for it, etc. I only got an answer to one
question after three emails. All I got was badgering to come and see the car. Finally I told them I would not come to look
at the car unless they answered my questions, which they never did. I will never go to a dealer whose sales people do not
listen to their customers. What else are they ignoring in their over zealous to sell the car this very instant?

Purchased a Mini Cooper for my son from the Gravity/Atlanta Autos team. Second car purchase from this group. Both buys have been a very positive experience. Blake at the Roswell location was great!!
Horrible experience. I agreed to pay full price in cash and leave a deposit but would finalize sale upon return from vacation in 9 days. they said deposit had to be 20k which I had no way of getting before I left the for vacation the next day out of country. The sales manager then refused to accept a reasonable deposit. joke’s on them since they dropped the price another $1000 while I was out of town before they sold it to someone else.

Very long story cut short. I agreed to buy a 2017 S 550 on Monday. Wired the money on Tuesday with a commitment to have it delivered on Thursday. That didn’t happen. Then another commitment to deliver on Friday. That didn’t happen. After numerous calls and messaging from me I received a call from the dealer who said he had just discovered that Atlanta Autos did not have clear title to the car I was buying so he was cancelling the deal but would refund my money by Saturday. That didn’t happen. Finance office said I should get it Monday.

The salesman was rude act like he didn’t want me to test drive the car. It took him forever just to get the keys. His attitude towards me was like I couldn’t afford to buy it without even pulling my credit!!!
am writing this review while just leaving their establishment with the experience still fresh in mind. Quite frankly and to be as honest and straightforward as possible, this wast worst experience I've ever dealt with dealing with a dealership. With the inventory that is on their lot, I find it astonishing that they are clueless when it comes to simple details with a vehicle in question. I'm very familiar with the car buying process and I STRONGLY ADVISE if you are not, to bring someone with you who is or to avoid this place altogether. If not, without asking proper questions for doing any form of research on your car that you're interested in the staff will literally tell you and sell you anything. This past Saturday Aug 10th, My GF and I went to see a Mercedes CLS 550. We made an appointment to go see the vehicle and test drive it at 7 p.m. Upon arriving, the vehicle was not available to be test driven and this was not figured out until 45 minute into the process. Serv light was on

Stay away from Shane, unless you are willing to pay whatever price they are asking. I thought he was rude and unprofessional. His sale's pitch started off "He's not ready to pull, you're not ready to pull the trigger". I was told a couple of things could be done to the vehicle prior to numbers being discussed, once numbers were discussed the things offer were no longer an option. In Shane's words "You trying to low ball me and you want me to have these things fixed", well I wasn't told those things were predicated on the price of the vehicle (Buff the headlights, check the brakes and charge the AC). Keep in mind Shane also told me safety was first when we first talked about the brakes, however, that safety comes with a price I guess. Shane commence to ask me "Why didn't you buy new", with a look of frustration, I assume because of the way the sell was going. I thought that was rude. The question was asked as if didn't know I was purchase a 2014 vehicle with 80k+ milles.
The car was not sold as advertised. When I went to buy the car they increased the price and the car also had almost 2k more miles on it
than shown on their site. The car also had many mechanical issues with it. After going back and forth with them on fixing the car they finally
took it back.

I had an appointment, was 15 minutes late, devaughn was on a test drive and another sales lady said to have a seat. Well we waited over an hour and he never came (we saw him around after we found out who he was). So we left and came back about an hour later and finally got him. He said no one told him we were there.

It was an ok experience the car had a rebuilt title that was not listed on the website. The rep said that it was new and it had not been updated yet, ok but it had been on the website for 77 days. Maybe I am just expecting too much
Test drove a car, change oil light was on, asked them if we purchased the car would they change the oil, sales person said I’ll see if we can. I feel like if the car went through inspection this should have already been done before put out on the lot. The whole experience was strange, I have bought a handful of cars from dealerships and this was by far the worst I have experienced. When trying to make a deal on the final price they told lies and we’re very shady. I will not return to this dealership.

Mileage was misquoted. What was shown on CarGurus was not what the actual mileage was (it was caught
by me prior to the sale but I still went forward). Shipped the car with not enough gas to even make it to the
gas station. Ran out of gas on a busy bridge in NYC (less than 1 mile from my garage), which resulted in the
sensor going off which cost me $1,000 in repair. Dealer did offer to split the cost with me, still waiting on the
check.

The salesman was great he was truthful. The manager promised a few things and then went back on them. We had come in on the last day if the month and they wgete trying to close the deal. We could not close the deal that day came back the following day and things changed completely because as we where told it was a lot the last day of the month anymore. We still made a deal and the salesperson was very helpful but Again we were told several times that it was a lot the end of the month so we were not going to get some of the things they had originally agreed to the day before.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Atlanta Autos in December. We understand that used vehicles aren't going to come without some wear-and-tear but trying to add-on fees for "paint protection" when half of the SUV’s roof clear coat is gone, is deceitful. This dealership got us unfortunately. I would never recommend this dealership for a general purchase - they're pretty focused on selling high-end vehicles. They also haven't ordered our title and it's been 30 days. I would stay away.

I was trying to get a ballpark figure for a trade in allowance prior to driving over 150 miles to see a vehicle. However, the dealer claimed the VIN number I provided for my
vehicle was not valid. I verified the VIN by both sending pictures and in writing 4 different times. Eventually, I quit hearing from the dealer so I never got a ballpark trade in
value to even make an assessment on the deal. I explained to them that I knew they could not give an actual assessment without seeing the vehicle and I also cannot
make an assessment on the vehicle I was interested in without seeing it as well. However, without some estimate I was not willing to drive the 150+ miles to look at the
vehicle.
Rude salesman. Listing was misrepresented. Horrible experience. Listing stated personal use one owner. Upon further back and forth and due diligence of my own. The listing was without merit, false. When in fact was 1st owner commercial use and 2nd owner was business owners

I contacted the sales rep and informed him on my arrival. It was raining cats and dogs that Saturday. On my arrival I txt him that I was there no response, I asked someone to locate him. It took about 15 mins before he got to me and when he did he attempted to pass me off to two other salesman who weren’t interested in helping me. On said no he a someone coming in later and the other just pointed at his computer like he was IT or something. I told the salesman that it was ok that I didn’t want to buy the car now. I walked to my vehicle and then I decided that upper management should be made aware so I went back in and asked for the GM. I explain the situation, l told him that every customer that walks through the door should be treated the same regardless of their attire. I had sweats on because it was cold and rainy. He offered to help me and I told him that I would never purchase vehicle from anyone who treats their customers like that I read bad reviews but still gave them a try.

Terrible. Was told the car was for sale. My father went to look at it for over an hour and said he would be back the next day to have it inspected . When he returned the next morning, he was told that it was sold. I called and they told me it was still for sale. I told them my husband was on his way from SC to buy it. The next day, driving by the lot, the car is gone. I called and stated that my husband had driven from SC to buy the car and they couldn’t figure out if it was sold or not. Either these people don’t have their crap together or they didn’t want my dad to find something wrong with it upon inspection. Either way, terrible business

Most shady people I've worked with yet. I closed and put a down payment on this Honda Fit being
promised by multiple salemen that it would be fixed up according to my requests.
When it came time to make those repairs they were not helpful, didn't keep me updated, and
refused to make fixes promised to the car's body. After deciding that they simply weren't going to
make the fixes, they tried strong-arming me into taking the car without the promised fixes. After I
refused, the sales manager gave me an ultimatum of either performing a cheap, non-professional
touch-up to the fixes or refunding my deposit and scrapping the deal altogether since "the deal
wasn't moving fast enough, and wasn't worth it anyways." I ended up taking the refund and walking
away from the car.
Came away from this feeling frustrated, discouraged, and without a car. Customer service after I
signed over my deposit SUDDENLY became nonexistent and I have yet to receive an apology or
confirmation of my refund.

Very poor and unprofessional. they insisted I wire the entire amount for the car in order to hold it until I could get my trade in to Georgia from Florida. Further, they would not send current pictures or take a deposit or send a purchase order to sign.

Really wanted to buy the M235i from them, was prepared to pay cash. But then - as many others have stated - they started tacking on all the "extra fees", adding up to nearly $1500 over listed price! Including the ridiculous mandatory VIN etching, because as the salesman told me, "a car gets stolen in Atlanta every 5 minutes". Never mind that the car was going to be used in Ukraine - not Atlanta - still couldn't take that fee off. Went from good deal to a bad deal, but more than that, just get a very scammy feel from them.
As previous reviewer said, they perpetuate the ridiculous, bad stereotype of the "used car salesman" from 30 years ago. C'mon, guys, it's almost 2019, get with the program. Just put an honest price on your listings witout the deception and ridiculous added fees, and you'll have many more (and happier) customers.

I found a Hummer H3 for sale on CarGurus that I liked. I called about the
price. I was assured the price was no haggle. The advertised price plus
tax, tags and license. I drove over an hour and when shown the car, i was
told that they add theft and upholstery protection packages as well as a
dealer fee.
I told the salesman to tell the manager that these items needed to be
removed. The salesman was gone to speak to him for 1 minute. He said
and I quote," The manager has rejected your offer with no counter. Have a
nice day."
I was lied to and treated like a dead beat.
Avoid giving this dealer any of your hard earned cash. I found another H3
a week later in better shape, less money and the price on the window was
what I paid.

I am a very busy individual. The salesman contacted me immediately by phone when I expressed an interest in a certain vehicle. He followed up with an email with his personal phone #. I just could not make the time to get to visit the dealer's location prior to another individual purchasing the vehicle. I was called by the company to determine if I was still interested in the car, so I suspected it was about to be sold. My loss, but no harm and no fouls on either side.

Unbelievable, the dealer has a $1900 dealer fee (salesman, Frank, said they waived $1300, and it was still $600). Description states there are third row seats, there are none. I offered them close to full price, they just needed to provide the seats, and offer was rejected. The dealer fee is a total scam. Beware!!!!!!!! The price is not the price.

Spoke with Jon (Salesman) on Thursday and made an appointment to look
a a vehicle that Saturday. I texted Jon the morning of the appointment to
confirm (which he did). I drove 45 minutes and received a phone call from
Jon when I was 10 minutes away letting me know the vehicle had been
sold the night before.
Would have been nice to make sure the vehicle was still available before
confirming and me having to drive 45 minutes.
I would NEVER buy anything from this dealership and would give them a
negative rating.
Because I live in Maryland I contacted the dealer about the car and had my
brother to go by and check it out. The car running and my brother said it
shut down. The sales rep lied to him and said that this happens when the
car sits too long and will shut down automatically. When they tried to
restart it he finally figured out that it was out of gas. After waiting for the
sales rep to get some gas my brother test drove the car. He stated that the
car had to different types of tires. T The car was not clean. and should
have been detailed. The sales rep said they don't detail or repair until the
car is purchased. The car had a lot of hesitation when trying to accelerate.
Upon return from the test drive the car warning lights came on. This car
seem to need more work than it was worth. This dealership seems like
more flash than trying to sale a good quality vehicle. Try another dealer

I inquired about a 2011 Mercedes-Benz S-550. The salesperson called me
and set we set up an appointment to see vehicle. When I arrived on
schedule, I was told this vehicle was loaned out. So I ended up purchasing
another vehicle. My overall impression of dealership is that is they more
interested in detailing a vehicle to make it look good while not enough
attention given to service. The vehicle I bought had 4 bad tires, which
could have been discovered with a road test. I made salesman aware of
tire noise, and they agreed to check. I got appointment to bring vehicle in,
and spent 6 hours waiting. They only replaced 2 tires, the other 2 is still on
vehicle generating noise. Also, they didn't even check tires for proper tire
pressure. Whereas salesman was professional, it was obviously that he
lacked competence in knowledge of vehicles. Due to my observations and
experience, regrettably, I cannot in good conscience say I would purchase
another vehicle from this dealership, nor can I recommend them to a
friend.

America's worst customer service! First of all, they kept me waiting from 11am till 6pm to sell just 1 car! During which time a sales man Dwayne convinced me to buy their Range Rover Evoque promising they'll fix the squeaking rear brakes, turn off the TPM light showing on the dashboard, replace the missing carpets and the broken gas tank lid. Haven waited for so long, when I finished the paperwork at 6pm and was told the car was ready, i was ready to go! I did a quick look around and they have replaced every PHYSICAL items listed above but the TPM light was still showing. I mentioned this to Dwayne who said their technician said it's because of the changing weather and that it should go away after driving for 40miles and above. I took his words and drove off. About 2mins into my trip I checked the compartment of the car and noticed the owners manual was missing, I called Dwayne's cell phone and he did not answer so I texted him and got no response... This was under 5mins after we exchanged numbers. The next day was Saturday March 31, I noticed that the brake was still squeaky and the TPM light still won't go off so I waited till Monday and took the car to them, Dwayne claimed he was busy and couldn't take my call or respond to my text and then called his manager Kai or Kyle not sure which is correct. Well Kai made me understand that they did not have it in writing that they'll fix anything on the car, I told him that's correct, but that I took his sale's man words based on trust considering how big their dealership is. He then confirmed from Dwayne if he made the promise which he said yes. He collected my car key and said they'll fix the brakes and light within 2 hours and call me to come take the car... That was it! They never call me back that day, I called back next day which was a Tuesday, no one wants to talk to me, I called on Wednesday, I got the manager who said the brakes are done but light would be done within the hour and they'll call me, they never did. I called them twice on Thursday morning (4th day) and they dropped the calls twice on me, so I went there with my wife now very upset, we got there and my car sits outside on the lot, and of course the light was still not done! After a few exchanged words between me and my wife and Kai the manager, he apologized for not returning my calls and said I'll have to take the car to Range Rover in Alpharetta and they'll do the light for free, well, I got there and they charged me $82 for the light... Terrible experience!

Jay was going to get back to me “immediately” with some information I request on the auto and guess what? Never heard from him again. HORRIBLE what a waste of time, after text messages , phone calls, I was told by one of their experienced sales person that he verified the car in the lot but that it was "raining" therefore he could not provide further pictures I asked for a formal contract to purchase the vehicle in question and asked if they needed me to put a deposit to hold it, ( car shows that it has been at the dealer for over 30 days)

I even talked with the General manager directly, asking him to deal straight with me as I was buying site unseen, 3000 miles away, and their first proposal finally appeared (after 3 days of asking) with a $699 Dealer Service fee, a $245 Titling fee and a $499 fee with no description. $1443 in fees on a $10,600 used car purchase! I objected to the fees and never heard back. 3 days later, I gave up and I bought elsewhere.
Took four days to respond. After responding wouldn't work with me on the price. They stated that the price was firm no haggle no coming down ect. Horrible episode! I have been looking for an 08 white 650i coupe with decent mileage for 6 month's. I finally found one on "Cargurs". Made an appointment for Saturday after discussing car via email with" Travis" on Friday most of the day . Emailed Travis Saturday morning. to let him know i was on the way. Drove an hour away to dealership. Travis was busy with another customer but someone was kind enough to get me the keys. (Mind you its the only white 650i hardtop on the lot. ) I Started the car, to check it out & was about to take it for a drive when another salesman comes up and starts staring at me ?,
I say to him" I'm already being helped" and he says" this car is sold and the buyer is here!?" I asked supposed buyer when he bought the car? he said on Tuesday of that week!!
Without a word , He and the alleged buyer jump in the car and drive off privately!! No one comes back outside to speak with me or acknowledge my presents..... after going back in the building, finding the person who brought me the keys. He said nobody knew the car had been sold and it was still listed in system as available... ( fyi.on my "Guru alert "the price had dropped from $13,9 to $12,9 from Thursday night to Friday evening?) He didn't know what was going on and neither did anyone else?! Suggested I look around around and see if I saw anything else I liked....and he would see if it was really sold or not!! I told him I came to ready to buy that car! & My banker was ready, just waiting on my approval & confirmation! He finally apologizes and gives me a card and tells me he will try to find me another white coupe then asked how money I could get approved for ?? Still no call from anyone ! It was complete waste of my time on my only day off. Horrible customer service, salesmanship and professionalism ... sloppy and rude!
We had a wonderful experience with Atlanta Autos! I called and talked to
Jay after inquiring online about a 2015 Range Rover Sport. Jay became
our salesman and answered all of my questions about the car. After
deciding that this was a very close match to the car I was looking for, we
planned a trip from Tallahassee FL to Atlanta. Once at the dealership we
met the manager, who was very personable and worked with Jay to
accommadate us with several requests that we had. They sent the car to
have a tire replaced, did an oil and lube job, sent it back to the detail shop
to work on a couple of areas of concern, and addressed a sensor light that
came on during the test drive. At the end of the day the sensor light
needed to be addressed by the Land Rover dealership. It was decided,
after talking it out, that we would go home, they would take the car to the
Land Rover dealership, get it the car hooked up to the proper diagnostic
machines, and have it delivered to us in Tallahassee on a hauler. They
communicated with us with updates throughout the entire process. All in
all it was a very good experience, handled in a very professional way! We
would definitely recommend this dealership!

I called on a Saturday to inquire about the vehicle , said it was available and we set up a time on Sunday to see it , when we called on Sunday to confirm our appointment the sales rep we were supposed to meet now wasn't going to be there but we could meet someone else , when I told this guy on the phone about the vehicle we were coming to look at he tells me they sold it on Friday the day before I called to inquire about it . I have a feeling they were trying to use a bait and switch tactic on me once I had gotten there , so I'm glad we called ahead of time so we didn't have my time and gas wasted

This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever experienced. I was interested in purchasing a 2007 Toyota RAV4. The asking price was $9000, $1000 more than I was willing to pay, but I spoke with the salesman, Shawn, and I paid $100 to have the car inspected before discussing a purchase price. The car had multiple major issues, including a bad water pump and struts, totaling over $2000 in repairs. When I spoke with Shawn the next day about the repairs, he told me that he was not willing to go down on the price more than $200. This particular car has been on the lot for over two months, which I know at most they paid $5000 -$6000 for, and they were asking over $9000 This was an extremely unprofessional person, and I wasted $100 on good faith that he would negotiate the price of the car based on the condition of the car. I offered $8100 for the car, and he refused. I'm sure the car will go back on the lot for the next poor soul unaware of the $2000 of repairs that need to be done. This is a very shady outfit and I would warn anybody to stay clear of them. Worst experience ever!!!

Did not respond in a timely manner. I never received a call back from the voice mail I left. Finally was able to reach someone on the phone two days after I sent my application online after calling all day with either no answer or someone answering and hanging up. After two days of just trying to purchase a particular vehicle that was listed was told the owner was giving that vehicle to a family member. They should have just said that from the beginning instead of putting me off for two days.

Instead of answering my questions via email, they wanted to me to call them.
I understand that they think if a salesman can get to me, I'd be more

BMW was sold before I got there, no big deal it happens. Found a Tesla I
like as well as a Mustang. Here are where the issues kicked in.
1) Tesla had less than a 30 mile charge left on it when I test drove, so it
was slow, had to floor it to get it to move.
2) Sales rep was nice but told me they are a ''volume mover'' and couldnt
take 2-3k off any of the cars I was asking about. Hundreds maybe thats it.
They have competitve online pricing but they literally just lowered the price
of one of the cars I asked about by 2k last night, just one day after visiting
the dealership.
3) When I asked about taking 2-3k off the car the sales rep said he
wouldn't even go ask because it would be a slap in the face and there is no
rhyme or reason to go ask for money off the car. Said if I had a reason he
would, but that it would be disrespectful to ask that question otherwise.
Sorry but part of buying a new/use car is negotiating the price, telling a
customer you can't do it after trying is one thing, but telling a customer its a
slap in the face to ask is ridiculous.
Overall, they have a great selection of cars and their online pricing is
competitive, but my experience there was the worst of any dealership I
have been to, that is coming from someone who has purchased 14 cars in
the last 10 years all from different dealers across the southeast.

Great selection of cars. I ended up purchasing the Maroon Tesla (that I love). They work with me on my trade-in and I got a decent price. I have a couple recommendations. Provide your customers with something to eat when the wait to purchase a vehicle is too long. We waited 3 hours because they only had one Finance Manager. Also. Invest in some sofas for customers. We had to sit on hard chairs for that long period of time

Did not respond to mileage issue on carfax after multiple asks.
No one aswered my email requesting a copy of the CarFax. I went to the dealership and met Shawn. He was laid back and very helpful. I thought the dealership had a large selection of vehicles to choose from.
One thing to check BEFORE you go to the car lot - go to Car Gurus print up the same cars info...5 cars were all $3,000 LESS than the price they will tell you at the dealership.

they called and told me the vehicle was on premise... I arrived within an hour and they told me they sold the vehicle the day before and then tried to sell me something else.....
I spoke with a salesman, I asked for closer photos to determine if the unit was going to be a possibility, he told me there were photos of the vehicle on the site so went to their website to 3 of the same vehicle I didn't find them so I was told that he wasn't going to waist his time. I called to the store asking management for assistance on locating the vehicle's and problem was they have several stores and I needed the email site for that store finally viewed and decided not to buy from this company.

I was greeted very professionally with the car that I was interested in as I drove on to the lot. My salesman Chauncey was super nice and treated me well. There was no pressure and the process was easy. I do think the there should have been a better cleaning on the vehicle at the time of purchase.

OMG..this dealership is awesome. After getting disappointed from another dealership my husband and I pulled over and got on our phones to check out some other cars in the area. I found a car that was very nice
and I told my husband hey we’ve drove 6 hours to come to ATL to get disappointed let’s at least go check this other vehicle out. He said ok so I called Atlanta Autos and spoke to a young lady and told her the car we were interested in and she said yes it’s here.. she said come on by and take a look at it.. I said ok she said your sales person you will ask for will be Kelvin.. I said great see ya in 22 minuets.. she said alright.. we put the address to Atlanta Autos in our GPS. When we arrived I said baby this place looks way more professional than the one we just left from they got it going on. He said yes they do baby. We parked and walked inside and was greeted by a salesman and I told him we were looking for Kelvin.. he said ok he’s right over there have a seat at his desk right here. So we did.. shortly after Kelvin came over and greeted us and I told him what we would like to look at. He said alright let me get the keys.. my husband and I then walked outside while Kelvin grabbed the keys.. I walked up to this super clean AMG and was like WoW baby look my husband said baby that’s nice I said yeeeeeessssss.. by that time Kelvin was out with the keys to the AMG we came to check out.. Kelvin said hey I see what type of car y’all are interested in why don’t you check out this beautiful car your standing next to it’s an 08 and the other car is a 2012 the difference between the one you came to look at and this one is one has two doors and the other one has four doors.... and you will save yourselves several thousand dollars... so my husband and I looked at each other and agreed it was worth a look at.. so we told Kelvin alrighty get the keys and we will go check out the 2012 AMG. So while Kelvin was getting the keys we checked out the 2012 AMG and we was not moved at all the car was just ok but not really what we wanted. We then got out and checked out some more vehicles and Kelvin returned with the keys to the beautiful AMG.. we took it out for a test drive and was blown away. That car felt and looked and smelled brand spanking new. We continued to test drive the car for awhile and my husband said baby I want it... I said really he said baby yessssssssssss it’s to beautiful to pass up. At that time we didn’t know the price of the car because Kelvin said it had just came in like two days before and they haven’t even had time to list it on there website. So I told my husband ok let’s head back and see the price and go from there. When we got back I asked Kelvin what the price was and we were kinda shocked it was kinda up there but we were still interested and wanted to give it a shot.. we told Kelvin we had a car we wanted to trade and he said ok where is it I am going to go look at it... so he did he returned and gave us a number and he wasn’t even satisfied himself he said hold on he left and about five minutes later he came back with a way better number.. they gave us the full pay off of our car and more... we were like wow... let’s do business.. since we were from out of town my husband was interested in doing business with our credit union so he called them.. we waited for about ten minutes to get there answer and was then let down by them...I told my husband hey let’s try to get financing through someone else our credit union is not the only place that can finance cars.. my husband agreed but he said he liked there interest rate.. so Kelvin said why not give it a shot.. I filled out the application and submitted it... and about 10 mins we were told we were approved...Kelvin then came back with a paper with some numbers and told us we weren’t going to like the monthly cost and he didn’t even want to show us... man those payments were $750 and up and we have pretty good credit... we then decided that maybe the car was not for us. Kelvin talked with us for a minute and said hold on... he left and in about 15 minutes we was greeted by the sales manager Mike he explained to us that yes we were approved really wanted to see us in this car .. we were like ok thank you he said that’s why I dropped the price for y’all.. my husband and I was like wow ok... Kelvin then returned in like 15 mins... they had dropped the price of that car $6000 and of course the payments had dropped to something way more affordable to us...Kelvin said this is the last shot I’ve tried everything that I could because I really want to see y’all in this beautiful car... so my husband and I went back outside to look at the car and talked and my husband told Kelvin let’s get this paperwork done so we can ride man... the look on Kelvin’s face was priceless he said alrighty let’s go... we then went inside and filled out the paperwork and became the new owners of a beautiful well maintained CL 63 AMG. We were some very happy customers. Kelvin Young is the best salesman ever he went over and beyond to get us in this car and we really appreciate everything he did for us.. he was down to earth and told it like it was no beating around the bush and that’s what we liked. Everyone here at this dealership was cool and very professional. We would highly recommend Atlanta Autos to anyone looking for a very nice vehicle.. these people are outstanding and Kelvin Young should get the customer service award of the year. Thanks Atlanta Autos for everything you did for us to make our weekend trip to Atlanta a beautiful one.

I called and spoke with a salesman , I was informed that another salesmen was going to call me back in 15min. I waited 2 hours no call . So I called back and the guy said he forgot to call me back . I informed the I was coming from out of town and I was interested in a Mercedes. Upon arrival two days after the ph call, the salesman totally forgot the conversation we had. I show him the Mercedes that I was interested in he go and get the car from the VERY BACK of the lot. The car had several scratches, looks as if a kid put chocolate on their Hands and rub it on the inside of the car . I could not believe he actually tried to sale me a nasty beat up car . You forgot to call me back then you bring out a nasty car that need to be on a tote the note lot . My experience was horrible and I will not recommend my family not friends purchased a vehicle at Atlanta Autos.

Positive and timely information was provided by the this dealership
Do NOT buy from this dealership. Salesman misrepresented the
mechanical condition of the car. When it arrived it had a busted radiator
hose, oil leaking all over the drive belt from the valve cover and two other
places. A car with no known mechanical problems turns out to need
$2700 in repairs. Then it took them a month to send me the title, and in
my state one starts accruing penalties after nine days. Despite repeated
calls and assurances that someone would call me back to rectify the title
issue, no one ever called back. Terrible experience all around.

Hi everybody, before you decided to buy car from this dealership,
check car fax. Salesman was nice, but he forgot to tell me about
accident, air bags was deployed. Everybody be careful. Don't trust to
dealer.
A lady finally called me two (2) days after I contacted them. I asked for some closer pictures and the final price with taxes and all, mainly better pictures of the front(scratches, road/rocks damage). And I had a question if the suspension had been lowered and I had a question if it was an M series. She said she would get back to me asap and that was over 24 hours ago. I have since bought a car from another dealer.

Hrlpful. But they were a little confused about the vehicle. I heard different things from different people. The car sold before we could see it. Luck8ly, they caught us before we drove 1 1/2 hours yo see it.
We met with Adam who was very nice and professional. Told us the spec of the car and let us test drive it. He was very sociable and seemed to really care which made the experience go very smoothly. Have us a great deal on a 2006 Ford explorer and thing runs like a dream. All in all if I ever need another car and happen to be in Atlanta I would shop there again.
We specifically told them we didn't want the extra warranty and that and another random charge was added into my financed amount. But we caught it and had them take it off. We waited on the finance guy for about 2 hours. And there was only one other customer in the building. There are a lot of men walking around, looking busy, but doing nothing. The next day I was going over my paperwork and noticed the temporary tag they gave me was for a completely different car. When I called the dealership to try to get it fixed, it took 5 calls to get someone to talk to me. He said he was a manager there and promised to call me back. It took my mother (who is an attorney) to call them the next day and get that fixed. When she asked to speak to the salesman who sold me the car, she was told he didn't work there any longer. Honestly if it weren't a really good deal for the vehicle I got I would have walked out and not looked back. Terrible customer service. I should have read the reviews before going there. Lesson learned.
The first rep I contacted took 11 hours to contact me back, and did so with the wrong name. That time I had texted the dealership, but the second time I called. The second time, someone answered right away, had the car pulled up when we get there, and then later when we mentioned we found another car with similar miles for less, matched the price. Everyone seemed attentive, and reasonable, and the car was just what I was looking for. Good experience, good car, good price.

The Gm sent out a generic email saying someone would contact me within 24 hour. It never happen!
Went to this lot twice for the same car. SMH. I inquired about the car online and was emailed by a sales rep. I responded back and got no response. I figured this deal is too good to pass up, I'll just stop by after work. I get to the lot and a dealer finds the key to the car but has me follow him around the lot as he pushes the unlock button to find the car. (Like really?) Then he tells me its sold. The very next day I speak with another dealer who said the car is still there and hasn't been sold, no down payment has been put on it. He tells me to come in after work. I get there and I wait awhile for them to find the keys. I view the car and it looks REALLY bad. They didn't clean it out at all. It had a smell, it made a noise when it ran and interior had some damages as well. THEN as we're standing there he says the car is sold. Someone put a few thousand down to hold the vehicle. Of course now he's offering other vehicle options. I'm thinking so you couldn't have researched this prior to me driving all the back up here 2 days in a row. Needless to say, thank god I dodged a bullet because I would have turned down the car anyways and the service wasn't too good. They need to work on communicating with one another and have a system that tells you where cars are located if you have more than one lot housing your vehicles. You should know where a vehicle is located and if its being sold. And don't have me follow you around a lot to find a vehicle, just tell me to wait inside and pull up the vehicle when you find it or have me come directly to the vehicle once you've found it. Its just the little things.

The dealer sent an email and stated a sales person would contact me, but it never happen. I called and spoke with a sales person, then drove 3 hours to check the truck out. When I got there I was told the truck was $2000.00 more than what it was priced on web site( the price had been switched on the web page), and that I did not see the lesser price, I know what I saw. Smelled like a bait and switch game to me. I refused to pay the raised price and left the dealership. The dealer called wanting to go with the price I saw on web site, but my now I am feeling a dishonest scheme from this dealership. The web site price should have been honored the first time. My gut feeling was to leave and not look back. If I can not trust the dealership the first time, how can I trust them a second time? Buyer BEWARE!

This is the rudest dealership I've dealt with. They emailed back 1 word answers and when I asked to see the carfax they basically told me I was stupid and it was on their website for free. No, there was a link to pay for it. Then they called and said "oh, something is wrong with our site, I don't know why it's not showing. But this car is fine." Then proceeded to tell me that someone at the dealership was wanting to buy this car so they basically didn't need to sell it to me they were rude and condescending and lost an easy sale.

They are very non negotiable. They seem to know nothing about cars. They
say the sell about 13 cars a week so it means they don't care if you buy or
not so don't bother asking for lower price. If they don't sell the car to you,
they already made 13 cars worth. And they talk like anyone else who

was John) and then he berated the young man that was trying
to help. I talked to another salesman about the (John's)
behavior towards the young man and myself and he said he
was going to go in and see what was going on. I waited, hoping
he would at least apologize for the unprofessional and
demeaning behavior and all he did was come back outside and
ignore me completely. I have never been treated so horribly and
it was quite obvious that since I wasn't looking to buy one of the
more expensive vehicles, my business was not important. It
was the worst experience ever and I will never go there sgain.

Received initial reply after weekend. I emailed back to ask a couple of
follow-up questions and started checking flights to Georgia in expectation
of getting a deal done. When I did not receive a reply after 2 hours, 40
minutes, I called them. Russell told me had answered me right away but
eventually discovered that he had failed to press send. After going on
hold for a couple of minutes, I was told that they had received an offer a
short time ago and were waiting on financing and would need to get back
to me. I didn't even receive the courtesy of a follow-up call or an apology.

Terrible experience. Drove 3+ hours to look at a camaro, when
we got there it was in the shop after having called ahead to
ensure we could see it. We waited and finally were able to look
at it, the sales representative brought it around left it running
with the keys inside, and walked back inside and left us to it. He
didn't tell us anything about the car. We went inside and told
him we wanted to test drive it and the guy just let us take it.
While test driving, part of the plastic that covers as like a skid
plate flew off while we were going down the road. The car
shook extremely bad and pulled to the right terribly. There is
also absolutely no parking on the lot to park in order to get out
and look at vehicles. Definitely will not be going back.

Run away!!! Price jumped up $1,000 AFTER I paid out-of-pocket for a pre-purchase inspection at an independent mechanic. The
salesmen agreed to my offer, than fain that they he was confused about the advertised price and even though they provided in
writing agreement to the negotiated price, they would not honor the agreed upon lower price. This dealership charges $778 dealership fees on top of advertised prices and delivers little if any value for it. Demand lower dealership fees and more value!!

Finally got hold of them and was told the car was being orepped. Told by them they would return my call within 30minutes which they never did. Responded with a generic email the next day. I had already found somebody else and purchased. Both cars I ran a car fax on had previous ftont end collison histories. The one car showed 5 whhel alignments within the first 7000 miles and New tires replaced within 5000 miles. Car has to have a badly bent frame with that history.

A very negative experience after

excuses and delay tactics. It seems they
don't actually have some cars in stock
and post deals online to attract attention,
then sell a different car. Don't bother with
them - most likely the car you are

I only picked a One Star because I wasn't

on this vehicle, the salesman told me that

else than go buy it there. I replied that
with that attitude I'm sure he sells a lot of
cars; he quickly informed me that he is
the #1 Salesperson at this Dealership! I
have never been to this Dealership, but if
he is the #1 Salesperson, then he must

I really liked the vehicle and would have bought it. It took
almost two days before they responded. When i wanted to
see if there would be any pricing advantages and/or how
they could help if I flew in to pick the car up things got
challenged. The manager, more time later, wrote to tell me
that they didn't negotiate pricing and never did answer if
they had a courtesy policy to accommodate out of town
buyers. I am just a little mystified why we never did the deal.

Horrible. With several days notice I had

doing. No one was in charge. New salesman
selling an $80,000 car that won't start. Insane.

undermining the process as well.

I waited for 2 weeks to get two minor repairs made that I had put int the sales contract. It was supposed to be completed in 3 days and I gave them a week. At the end of the week they called and said it was still not ready so i gave them an additional week. I called the manager to confirm that it would be ready on Tuesday morning and was promsed it was reay that Monday night. When I arrived on Tuesday not only was it not ready but neither of the 2 items had been fixed. I would not recommend buying from this dealership!!!!

They were very prompt to call when I ask about the car. They were prompt to send the paperwork and take the deposit. When I sent the paperwork back with the cashiers check the great customer service ended., When my secretary called Friday about shipment she was told it would be 24 to 48 hours for the bank to fund the car and then it would be shipped. It is Wednesday and I am still waiting to hear from them.

Bought the X5M from the dealer Greg Miles was the man. I like
working via email and he was able to get back to me quickly.
Purchased the extended warranty which gave me peace of mind. I
would recommend this dealer, high end cars from floor to wall and
the owner was very appreciative of my business. I can't blame the

Was not willing to negotiate and car was advertised as in great
shape when I got down there the cars under scrub panel was
hanging off, the rims was scratched to pieces, and the interior
was not good. Also it had a tire sensor blowing. Horrible
experience would not recommend to anyone.
John (Salesman) did a great job. I bought the car sight unseen.
My cousin talked to them for me as he was knowledgeable about
Corvettes and my BIL test drove for me as he lived near there and
is knowledgeable about cars as well. The dealership did
everything they said and I now own a great looking 2004 Corvette
with low miles.

When I called back days later parts had
not been ordered then he says bring

see if that's really what it needs after I
was told my parts had been ordered.
Classic run around. I live nearly 100
miles from there and there was no way I
was gonna keep driving back and fourth

I drove to Marietta, Ga from Alabama after
speaking with a salesman via email. I made prior
arrangements via e-mail AND e-mailed him the
day of my departure to which there was no
reply. I specifically told the salesman I didn't want to
drive there if the car wasn't there. Of course, I
get there and the car was sold. He was
untruthful and couldn't keep the story straight.
I wouldn't recommend this dealership as their
integrity is hanging in the balance. If they
would allow one to drive that far, what else
would they not do? Do your homework before
dealing with this dealership.

I received two emails from Atlanta Used Car after I purchased the vehicle on 6/27/14 as if I had not purchased. On 6/29/14, asking for a good time to call to discuss vehicle and on 7/4/14, saying they were just touching base with me because they had not been able to get intouch with me....again after I had made the purhase (emails are saved). There seems to be a break in communication within the dealership on visit and sales. It also appears that they did not perform any inspection/maintenance on the vehicle. When asked, the Rep. wasn't sure. I was told that they would give a $10.00 gas card. I picked the car up on 6/27/14 and was told that they didn't have any gas cards. The Rep. gave personal funds for gas. The vehicle's gas light was on when I drove off and lucky for me my daughter was following me because we didn't make it down the street to the nearest gas station without stopping. Two days later the oil maintenance light came on. What a way to send a customer on their way. Customer service walked out when I walked out. I think I will just deal with the Lexus dealerships in the future. I've driven a Lexus since 2001 and have had nothing but the best in service and customer care. This transaction was not good.

Their cars are as is... no gas in tank and not even washed. Will not negotiate at all. Not very customer friendly.
