Initially contact the dealership through CarGurus on a Friday night around 8:30 p.m. and received a response almost immediately. Scheduled a test drive for two vehicles. They had the vehicles staged and ready when we arrived. Very friendly staff. We purchased the vehicle!

They put this car I was interested in on several car selling sites including yours and it had already been sold before they put it on there. Not a good thing to do.Then it took them three weeks to take it off. Was not happy about it.

They did responded to my request. The team was cool and polite. Unfortunately they had sold my dream truck

Prompt response with video of exterior. Failed to respond to query about cylinders so I assumed it was sold and didn’t drive the hour to Athens. I called several days later and we exchanged several polite and helpful calls about the truck. It had still not been cleaned up . His openness about the condition of the truck saved me a disappointing trip.

It was not a very good experience. I was very interested in the car, but the finance guy was more interested in playing games than to try to sell me the car. I asked about an extended warranty & who was the warranty with. He finally told me American Financial. The warranty was 3743.00 for 48,000. miles. I asked him to come off the price. He said he had to pay his mortgage. That was not a remark to make, when someone is interesting is purchasing a car! The reviews were not good at all. A guy bought it & his air bag exploded on his Mercedes & a part was messed up. They told him it was not covered in the warrany & it cost 1000. he said if the part is not listed in the warranty they don't pay. He said don't buy it. You also have to drive back to the dealership for warranty work. The finance guy said he would get the salesman to pick up the car & bring it back to me. I said I live 2 hrs away. One Way! It would put lots of miles on the car to have it serviced with them. I was not impressed with this dealership at all. They are more concerned in playing car games instead of being professional & making the customer feel good about purchasing a vehicle from them. Customer Service is KEY to the future & a MUST for me. RED FLAGS.....hope you post this!!!

Dealer responded quickly, possibly too quickly. The car advertised was not ready to be sold. The car was a tradein and paperwork was not complete. Two weeks after viewing vehicle, pap erwork still not finished.

They sent me an email after I asked them to contact me about a truck. I went to their website, and asked for pictures from their online chat, and called their Internet sales department. The pictures were never sent, and they never tried to contact me again. I would not recommend this dealership for online purchasing.

I was going to purchase but the suv wouldnt pass emmissions so i could not purchase it as I live in an emission county.

Truck sold before I left my home headed to dealer. Inquired about another truck. The salesperson was checking on it he called me back to inform me he couldn't get info or pricing from sales manager that day. I never heard from him again.
