Great experience at Ashland Chrysler. I was an out of town buyer and they went out of their way to provide me with pictures and video
even of the truck. Met me there on New Years Day even to facilitate me picking up the truck and driving it back to Minneapolis. Craig,

They are great over there! The staff was very warm and inviting! Great to talk to and genuinely happy to help you in any way possible within reason as they were to low on my trade in value compared to every website I have checked so I walked away without the new vehicle to sell it outright. Then I will be going back to claim my vehicle new vehicle!

Jose was fun to work with. We did not have an appointment and were accommodated. Only thing we still need is the correct owners manual for the 2011. The manual in the vehicle was a 2008 which does not have the updated info on this model.
Asked the dealership for additional pictures of the truck as they only have
one shown. Was told to come and look at it. I live several hours away from
the dealership, not just going to make the drive after seeing only one picture.
Was told again to just come look at it when I requested additional pictures
the second time. Never received any

Very friendly staff, good buy, new battery should of been with the truck as it was dead.

Dealer let me know right away what mileage was, but took 5 days to tell me the price and car motor was bad.

Only dealt with over email and phone. They didn't have what we were looking for, however Daniel Erickson was very helpful and kept the communication going without being a pest. If we hadn't found something somewhere else, I would have been happy to continue to work with Dan.
