They called and chatted about the vehicle I inquired about.
Service was good, the dealer representative seemed new and unfamiliar with the vehicle I was interested in. Granite, I was a Ford owner and familiar with the car. The dealer ripped some of the tints off while attempting to remove the window sticker. The dealership did reimburse me for the replacement tint.

Quick response
This is about the 3 time in about 6 years I tried dealing with this dealership they also own 2 others in town Honda dealerships is even worse! I have dealt with them more including buying a car. But long story short they didn’t follow the directions I send in my email and when I was able to speak with them they took I believe 2 days to respond to my questions and when I was able to take a look at the car it and send an email 6 hours later it had been sold I was told

Although I didn’t get my car from Asheboro Nissan, they called promptly & was very helpful with trying to get me what I wanted. They also did a follow-up to see if I was still in the market after weeks of searching.

There is a discrepancy in the vehicle described and pictures
shown. Someone from the dealer contacted me and said they did not understand what i said.The verbal description and the photos do not jive. The photos show a base
carrera and no "Chrono" option. Current picture is correct and makes the car a good buy if computer history is good and cosmetics clean. The verbl description said the
vehicle was a "S" model with Sports Chrono package. The pictures showed a base Carrera and no sports chrono showing the dash missing the clock and the selectors
reflecting base PDK with no sports plus selection.

Bought this vehicle for the price advertised. The car was just as it was advertised, we took it for a test drive. No one tried to steer us to any other car, we got what we came for. our salesman was new to the dealership and very friendly. The finance manager found me a good deal on financing and while we worked out the details they detailed the car and filled it with gas. A good experience overall and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I'm was told by one of their sales leaders that I was difficult customer, so my review might not be entirely fair, but one of the cars they tried to show me did have a bad trunk lock, and the inability to answer some of my questions did not inspire confidence.
Worst dealer to do business with. As the car is listed for 45days. I requested lower pricing on the car. Internet sales lady set appt in the morning and Sales Manager called me. I requested lower price, he asked me to pay 9000 or 9500 so he can accept the offer. I said less price & not more, he asked me to come to store so he can accept offers. I drop 90 mins skipping my work, they told me the car is sold out last night @7pm, when the business closes @9pm. No regrets for informing me the car is sold out when I drove all the way for car.
Worst company to do business with.

This belligerent customer stumbled into our showroom, and though they were very loud, the poor english made communication difficult. The vehicle they were interested in had sold late the night prior, at another one of our dealerships, and this was not discovered until the customer arrived. We explained this, apologized profusely, and offered to reimburse the customer for gasoline expense for his drive home. Great
Negotiated price over the Internet. Got there after an hour & a half ride & sales manager changed the orice. Said he just couldn't sell that car that cheap. Bait ya in & change price. Very disappointed.

Extremely unprofessional!!! Drove over ninety miles to see
vehicle that THE SALE PERSON set up at a certain time. Got
to dealership and sale person said vehicle had been taken to
one of their sister dealerships and vehicle was sold to another
customer. I was NEVER called/contacted that the vehicle was
no longer at dealership!!! This was after receiving several calls
by this dealership prior to setting up the arranged time to come
all the way to Ashboro and see this vehicle. I do not believe
anyone from this dealership!!!

Customer service attendant told
me that their ash pro advantage
program was on the used vehicle
I purchased I drove 2 hrs to
discover she did not have the
knowledge or authority to
promise this program. Happy with
car felt very misled and was told
no scratches were present when
there was a 8 inch scrape on
bumper that had to be fixed so I
will have to return to pick up
vehicle which they will fix.
