I bought this truck from them two days later I had battery issues because it wasn't connected correctly and a week later the check engine light came found out it's the catalytic converter manager never returned my call

Contacted dealer to determine availability and pricing. Able to negotiate fair price via text and had vehicle ready to go upon arrival after flying in to get it. Best deal in the country with almost $5k off MSRP. From Alex and Jessica in sales to Franklin in finance, I am very happy with my new MDX Type S and the services they provided!

I was contacted by a female associate from the dealership ( I do not remember her name) . She was very polite and I had a couple of questions that she answered straightforward one that was key was about delivery to my home and she informed me they didn't do delivery. We also found out we needed a newer model for the best finance options so we purchased a newer model closer to our home in Virginia.

I used to work at a dealership. We carried insurance for the individuals that test drove vehicles, but this place required proof of my insurance to drive their car? I’m not sure why? Another branch of this company was also off. That branch attempted to tell me a vehicle with 4 separate tires were matching and told me a tire sensor that went off was a spare tire. It wasn’t. They seem to be a paranoid and incompetent organization. Two branches gave me different rules.

Terrible! I made a deposit of $1,000 to hold a specific vehicle. When I informed my contact I did not wish to purchase vehicle, I requested my deposit be returned. Subsequently I contacted several more times requesting the return of my deposit. Finally I had to go to my credit card company to get deposit back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It’s a great vehicle but I think the price I’m paying after fees and all is a tad high since I just had to pay an additional $600 in tires on it since the ones that came on it were 6 years old and dry rotted. I think they could have at least changed the tires to something newer and more reliable before pricing it the way they did. Otherwise great experience and great running car.

I used CarGurus to contact the dealership and exchanged emails trying to determine the full cost of an SUV. After getting a quote including a $689.00 admin fee, I planned a visit to the dealership and called to confirm pricing. The manager didn't know if the price included everything and had to check. She called back and explained the car stock # that we were discussing had accessories that would be an extra $1300.00. I pointed out that the one of the accessories (sunroof visor) was in the picture. How could that not be in the price? She explained she didn't handle pricing, just internet & phone calls. This manager also mentioned that the dealership's disclaimer covered charging for these additional items. It seems a posted price should cover items pictured and accessories normally included in a car purchase. Adding $2000.00 [admin+acessories] to the CarGurus price (not including taxes, tags and title fees) doesn't work for me and I didn't visit the dealership.

Contacted the dealership because they advertised a Civic Type-R but displayed pictures of a Civic Touring. They responded, indicating that they do have a Type R, but sent me the photos of the Touring again. They didn't address the issue and they still have a misleading and incorrect ad on CarGurus.

Was contacted and worked with Ashboro and put together a deal, was able to buy Ridgeline at a fair deal, the internet lady, (Kesha) and Jake and JIm worked hard to get me in and out, deal took place on a Saturday evening so a couple items could not be completed on things I have ordered for the truck but they are making the effort to wrap that up so I would say it was a good experience, everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and down to earth, the kind of people you want to do business with. I'll be honest that had I realized the car was at Asheboro Honda I would not inquired about it. I have never had a good experience with trying to deal with them. The last time I looked at something there they continued to run credit checks without my permission. I had agreed to one to see it they could get me a better deal than the credit union. Needless to say I did not and will purchase a vehicle through them.

The agent that helped me was very helpful and professional, knowledgeable he made everything work out and because of him I believe I got a better deal. I felt that the agent that contacted me misrepresented the dealership or use a tactic that makes the consumer feel cheated and unaware by getting me on the lot u nder the pretense that the automobile that we spoke about ran my credit for to get a preapporval and made me to believed. that it was on the lot even after speaking to her serveral time throughout the week and at least one hour before i arrived It wasted my time cause me to miss another appointment my credit needed to be ran again that impression was very negative. Had they not already ran my credit I would have left withouta car. Treat me with the same respect and dignityyou would a returning customer do not lie. hate a lier their is never a need for that. I guess you would say that does not matter he bought the car we wanted him to but but it does matter.

My experience with Asheboro Honda was good at first. The Salesman I dealt with was Teddy , he was very nice , not pushy at all , however his manager just wouldn't let me go. The vehicle I originally was interested in sold so I looked at another but wasn't interested in that either. I would say if you go here deal with Teddy.

They had "just sold" the vehicle I was looking at (despite it still be listed, then marked down the following week?). And they were very good at calling me...and calling me...and calling me. Sent an email...and they called me. Got a little old. Didn't buy anything.

Quick response and low quote on a new cr-v but you need to make sure you ask if the quote includes all dealer options. Still a good price. Wound up finding finding a better deal on slightly used one and bought it. Would consider Asheboro Honda again, though.

I highly recommend going to Asheboro Honda for your next new or used vehicle. They were quick in getting back to me. They took time to answering all my questions and listened to my wants and needs. They knew all day my daughter and I were coming to test drive a Jeep Patriot. When we got there they were very nice but put us with a sales rep who knew very little about the vehicle we were driving. During the test drive it was VERY OBVIOUS something was mechanically wrong with the vehicle & we were questioning if we'd make it back to the dealership without a tow. I think this was very poor considering they knew ALL day we would be arriving around 530-6:00 pm. Even though they offered to have their garage fix whatever the problem at their cost & bring the vehicle to me for the out the door price I told them I needed, I was not comfortable.

Got immediate response, and went to look at the 4Runner. It was in terrible condition for the asking price, and the photos did not show the many previous owner abused areas. They did a great deal at detailing, though!

Thanks for returning my call today.  I'm sorry the Kia was sold before you arrived by another salesperson who didn't know you were coming in.  We've made it possible for customers to place a refundable deposit on a vehicle to hold it for them until they can arrive and inspect it.  We would like to be able to simply mark a "hold" sign on cars, but many people who make appointments have to cancel and cannot come in.

Not a good experience.We drove 60 miles in rain to check out a specific vehicle discussed on the phone with the employee and the sales rep informed us it is not available anymore even though he knew we are coming only to test drive that vehicle. I was disappointed because I called them 3 hours earlier before our arrival to the dealership, and they did not have the courtesy to inform us about the sale. Not a good experience.

This is the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I went to Asheboro Honda to just test drive this car. With assistance from salesman Craig Buckmaster, I drove the car home that night. I plan on contacting Craig for my next car purchase.

The dealership responded immediately and customer service was great! They listened to me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. My Sales Consultant (David Ford) was knowledgable about the vehicle, but not pushy at all. The Sales Manager (A.J. Rydzewski) and Finance Manager (Daryl Goines) were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Asheboro Honda to anyone looking for a quality car buying experience!
