I drove 90 minutes to buy this vehicle. I had a cashiers check to purchase, they gave me an “out the door” price with tax title license before we went. My son took off work to drive me there from Queen Creek. I called and told the salesperson Alex, that I would be there in one hour, on my way. When I arrived he set me down at a table and made me wait 20-25 minutes before he walked over and said “sorry, that other salesman, pointing, just sold the car to those people”. I was outraged. I simply wanted to know why they wasted my time?! Why did he not call and say sorry, turn around and go home. They then offered me another car, not an suv, that was 10 years older and had more miles as my other option. Only $1000 less in price. I thought it was a joke?! They should have called me knowing I was on my way. This was a bait and switch attempt. Clearly. This dealership doesn’t give a crap about their customers. Would NEVER recommend.
Bought a car from Robert. Overall he was great. Car had a few windshield chips and one crack that he said he would get fixed when and if they got bigger. Not sure why he couldn’t fix the crack then but we will see if they keep their word on that. Overall great buying experience and he got me a great deal that I was happy with. I will definitely buy from here again. Robert was easy to work with and didn’t pressure me at all.

I’ll add my one star review to all the others. Dealer wouldn’t let me have a pre-purchase inspection done at a nearby bmw/mini shop at my cost. They have one way they do business it appears, they write purchase agreements and you need to rely on their “100” point inspection.

Horrible customer service. Worked with salesman Anthony over the phone and through text messages. I continued to have to follow up with him due to the lack of returned calls. The last conversation we had over the phone was regarding what the dealership’s price of the vehicle was, as I had received a price from another dealership for the same make/model and against my better judgement I wanted to give Arrowhead, and Anthony an opportunity to earn my business. He said he needed to “check with his manager” and would give me a call back. I stressed the importance of hearing back from him as soon as possible. He never returned my call. Needless to say the vehicle was purchased at another dealership. Very unprofessional and unappreciated waste of time. Shop somewhere else.

Got back to me right away -
Dealer responded promptly. Ultimately, we bought a different Prius from that dealer. The one we were initially interested in, we felt, was not accurately depicted in add (add MUCH better than reality)
Dealer was just okay. WAY too much haggling and complete disconnect between sales mgr and finance.
So many other dealers in this game. We will likely go elsewhere next time we purchase a car
It was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They lie to get the deal done as fast as they can and unfortunately I fell victim to their lies. I called the dealership to tell them I was unhappy and didn’t want the car and they told me there was nothing I could do. The manger offered me free oil changes and a dash mat but said he had to talk to the other manager to see if it could be done and he would call me back. He never called back so I called him and he was gone for the day. I called the next day and was out for two days. I then called the salesman and he didn’t know I called so I waited for the manger to call me back but he didn’t. I called him again and left a message. He didn’t return my call. I will never recommend this dealership and will make sure to tell people to beware of their lies and tricks.

I tried to buy a car but ended up waiting so long for the final paperwork, I finally left. Then the sales manager called and was rude. He Tried to tell me if I didn’t
come back that night then he wouldn’t sell the car for the agreed price. I didn’t go back. They called for a week. Finally another sales manager called and
apologized, promised to throw in accessory mats. The salesman Michael was very nice and helpful and I felt the deserved the sale, so I went back. Unfortunately
it has been a debacle. Difficulty getting the accurate interest rate with the dealer as they wanted to charge 2 points higher, so now because they refuse to match it,
now I have to refi it to get the correct rate. Upon delivery I noted two door scratches/dings and no mats. It’s back at the dealer now, we’ll see how that goes. I
have bought several cars over the years and never had a problem before...maybe it’s the difference between buying from a Toyota dealer vs. a Honda dealer?

The dealer said this car was for sale and as my family took work off to buy this car they already
sold it earlier that day. Graham and all of these salesmen are scumbags who waste your time and
never want to help you

We requested phone call if car sold, when we arrived to see car it was already sold and salesman said he did t know we requested phone call because others answer his email.

They didn't answer any of my questions they just tried the old stupid sales tactics and when I didn't fall for it I was told that the car wasn't for me.what they meant is if we can't screw you then look at a different car
