Lazy staff, never got back to me on trade in value. Wants you to drive and sit in traffic for a simple trade in number that can easily be done online

Great customer support / service in terms of making an appointment. 2-3 people called and mailed me until I agreed to an appointment. Told them multiple times it will take me 1 hour one way to get there. The night prior they called to confirm the appointment with one question being: are you looking for a specific model? later that day that made me think so I actively called them again asking if the car is available, because a lady did not seem to know I was looking for exactly that one car. Turns out, there was a deposit on the car and its might be sold. Today it was sold. ALL GOOD! It was my fault waiting to long. But when you put so much effort into making an appointment, I expect the transparency to also actively let me know of the situation so I can evaluate whether it makes sense to invest two hours drive time. If I hadn't called again, asking what was going on, I would have wasted my Sunday for no reason.

Dealer set up a test drive for the weekend but sold the car that week. I called the dealership that morning to confirmed my appointment and that's when I was told that the car was sold. I am glad that I called before I travel a 3 hr. trip.

I told them I was interested but wanted to come see the vehicle without pressure of buying "Today" The sales rep was very nice, no pressure but worked hard to go over details of the vehicle and then the $money or deal. I told him I was not making a final decision today and he tried to persuade me to do it, but no pressure. He showed me the vehicle and we took a short test ride. He was considerate and polite. After receiving the confirmation of the availability and the price on 3 cars listed online , I drove there to try to close the deal. Immediately once inside ( as experienced from other customers according to what I read in the reviews ) none of the three cars with apparently very good price was available and so I was offered a lower trim one on which were added more than $17000 on top of the advertised price (ridiculous fees) I was shocked. Although the salesman Juan seemed to me a good person , unfortunately I can't say I thought the same about the manager who, presenting himself in a haughty way, began to shoot an infinite series of numbers on a sheet with the intention (according to him) of teaching me how a lease works and ending up saying that I was in the wrong dealership.I definitely was, don’t waste your time there , they lie from the start to the end disrespecting you trying to take advantage in any possible way if you are not well informed

I purchased my vehicle from them on July 1st 2024, and I have mixed feelings overall. First, I wasn´t careful enough and I was charged $399 for window tint and this was already included on the MRSP of the vehicle as shown on the window sticker. Second, on the section of other fees I was charged $998 of "pre-delivery service fee" that also didn´t notice. On the MRSP of the vehicle it had a destination charge of $1,895, so I feel I was overcharged at least $998 + $399, total of $1,397 minimum. I say minimum, because total other fees were a higher amount that just these two. Besides when the write the purchase contract amounts differ from the negotiation agreed. Lastly, the finance manager that was assigned to me, pushed me to buy an extended warranty of $4,786 and I wrongly did it with the agreement that if at any moment I decided to cancel he will personally do it and he gave his cellphone. But turns out he totally gosthed me, never answering my calls or text.

AVOID! Please to anyone looking at online listings don’t waste your time. Went in today and they decided to have a total cost of $131,000 for a grand wagoneer series III they have listed for “$94k”. On the pricing they even had it for MSRP OF 116k!! for a vehicle that’s MSRP is actually 110k absolute waste of time. I have no idea how they managed to go $30k+ over what they advertised. They are 100% ripping people off save your time and money.

I've never seen a dealership try harder not to sell a car. I had to constantly call the guy to ask him for the price of the car and he kept screening my phone calls and texts. He finally answered and told me he had a trade in value but wouldn't tell me what it was. I contacted someone else at the dealership and asked if I can work with someone else. I finally heard from the sales rep who lowballed me on my trade in and then quoted me a price on the car that was $24,000 higher than it was listed on their website as the "sale price". I dodged a bullet not working with this dealer.

Took a couple days to respond to questions and took even longer to respond to an offer, but they did respond and accepted my offer. Very pleasant to deal with via email, over the phone and the whole purchasing experience was positive. Dealership has a service center, and a sales center attached to a huge parking garage for their inventory. Drove 3 and a half hours to get there Was great dealing with Collin, Melvin and Jefferson. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking a new Jeep, Dodge or Ram.

From my experience, Arrigo is not reputable or honest. Pricing is very misleading. The $61,000 advertised truck would end up costing me $76,000 out the door. Of that, $3,660 would be tax. Everything else were add backs, no trade, no financing, dealer fees, blah blah blah. To top it off, the truck was advertised as having had no accidents. Carfax, however, showed moderate damage due to a side swipe. No excuse for lying to the buying public. Be very very careful dealing with this car dealer. Better yet, stay away.

I went to see the car for the price of 24,500, and they sold it to me at 25,000 and on top of that we had to increase the amount of the store, which was 2,999 dollars more and with the other expenses the car came out at 30,000 dollars, that is, it is not the price they say initially.

I visited the dealership before getting a call. I was greeted by a salesperson who was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I went to look at one vehicle, the salesperson showed it, and made recommendations for others. I was not interested in the one shown so the salesperson brought another one around for me to consider. Although, I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership at this time, I would definately consider them in the future.

What a joke! They are expecting buyers to pay $2,000 in dealer prep fees and $2,000 in "pre-added" protection packages that were not already on the vehicle. How they can claim they treated the seats with fabric protection while the seats are dirty and stained is ridiculous. They over inflate the "value" of a product or service to the point its laughable. A vehicle appraisal in their opinion is a value of $699.00 but it only takes 20 minutes and you can get them at every dealer for free or water repellent AKA RainX on the windshield is a $299.00 value when most local car washes do it for under $5.00. I would never buy a vehicle the group that owns Arrigo.

Called up the dealership beforehand, they guaranteed us they had the car. We drove 4 hours that same day to test drive and sign the papers and when we got there...no car. They claimed they sold it two weeks ago even though we had a certification and pre-approved financing for that car specifically. The guy on the phone who promised me I could purchase and test drive the car was named Adam, but instead he tried to scam me into purchasing cars above my budget. This dealership WILL try to scam you, don't give them your money.

The car was in great condition as expected but the markup by the dealer for the final price was outrageous. You expect the markup to include taxes and fees but in this case, the dealer threw in a lot of extra fees marking it up to 50% of the base price. I felt scammed and this wasted a lot of my time.

I was at the dealership for this car. Told them what my numbers were, after the typical back and forth, they wouldn't meet my numbers or anywhere close. I left. After I am already home (20 miles away), the sales guy Jesse, texts me, another offer. Still not where I need to be. Next day he gives me another offer, I accept all via text and tell me the car has been inspected and is getting detailed, I can pick it up after work. Not even one minute later, he tells me the car is sold. DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONALS

I was never contacted after submitting that I was interested. I ended up calling to see if they had the vehicle. When I arrived everything was going well, everyone super nice. When it came down to numbers gentleman that attended me wanted to argue and not negotiate on a used vehicle. Car was listed at 26k and they somehow got the price to 37k. There fees are super high and wouldn’t budge on the scam reconditioning fee. When I asked what they did to the car for having a fee close to 3k on a 45k mile car. He said tires, which were the cheapest tires good year makes called Kelly, they don’t even put the good year name on those tires. They just want to take your money.

I traveled 45 minutes to get to the dealership to find That the car I was looking at had a flat tire. The agent explained to me that the advertised price is the Internet price and there would be extra charges. I called the next day and asked what would be the maximum I'd be paying for this Car. It took them one week to get back with me to find out that the $34000 car was actually going to cost me $42000. Quite a bait and switch

After detailed discussions on line with their Online sales, and explaining my budget, and getting reassured that my budget was in line with their price point. I drive there 30 miles for them to tell me that the online sales had no authority make such comment. Sounds to me that they need to get together and get their story right. In the meantime, the vehicle in question has been listed 4k above market value because they think there is a shortage in the market. Brilliant strategy from their sales manager no doubt. Well last I checked, the car is still sitting there 90 days on the lot. Great strategy, he must be a genius. My sales person was very nice and personable but I would not return there ever again.

Sales associates didn’t answer my questions and took me on a FaceTime tour of the vehicle...super awkward. Then the guy tried to sell me a completely different make and model truck. Dealership jacked up the price after I called the first time. Called and made an offer and never got a call back. Called back and they raised the price again. Would not recommend.

STAY AWAY from this dealership. They sold car over 50k as they sad with issues, I drive it home that night and it was fine, next day I start having all kinds of issues from engine, transmission and electronics. 3 days later car didn’t start. Got back to dealer they told me I will have to pay 10k out of my pocket to get my trade in back. I asked them to work with and this rip off and their respond was if I don’t like their deal they will call police, and they did. This is embarrassing that they screw you and don’t care about you at all starting from sales person to the manager. No matter how good deals looks PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER OTHERWISE YOU WILL REGRET.

Made an appointment on Thursday evening via phone to see and test drive a dodge on Friday at 4pm. Friday comes and they say they sold it. Couldn’t of told the second person that someone was scheduled to see it but if they don’t take will give a call. Could’ve had two sales instead of one. I called another dealer to look at a dodge they had, they said they would Hold it for me, went there, they had it as promised, and so I bought My dodge there. Arrigo Seems like the classic bait and switch type of deals.

After I sent my down payment and submitted all my paperwork and spoke with the fiance manager regarding my monthly payments, deal closed expecting to go and pick up my Jeep on 03/07/2020 which was the arrangements, only to get a text late Sunday night from the salesman Raffaele, stating they sold the same Jeep I sent my down payment for days before! BAD BUSINESS MOVE ON THE DEALER SHIP! They will never get my or any associates of business! And I have alot of associates ARRIGOSAWGRASS!

Talk to a person who claimed they were a sales manager at 8.47am on 8/12/19. I presented an offer for the car in question which in turn the person said they will speak to his boss who never got back to me. I even called at 2.47pm for a response to my offer and not surprisingly the manager was busy and uninterested. This dealership is so unprofessional and I will not ever do business with them. Unacceptable!!!!!

I was contacted by JR and he convinced me to come in even though what I needed as far as trade and finance was a bit difficult. I went in and was greeted by sales person Joseph Gomez. His patience and knowledge and professionalism kept us there and motivated. I highly recommend everyone to ask for him. We were pared up with Finance Manager Ken Williams who after learning what where we needed to be financially helped in every way possible to get us very close to it and also have warranty & Gap. I am extremely happy with my truck and I am extremely happy with the hassle free treatment we received. Thanks guys

I worked a deal with the manager Sergio Cueller the used car salesman. We agreed on a price for the vehicle. I waited two days for him to send me a buying contract. He repeadly told me several times he was going to send it to me. He lied and stalled it off then sold the vehicle to someone else.

I was promptly contacted via a pre-generated email, then by a second person when I requested more info. I asked a a few questions, the same ones several times but never got a response. They were more interested in setting up a test drive time and date. How am I suppose to gather more info about a truck i was seriously considering if my questions go unanswered? I ended up buying a truck from their top competitor since they took the time to answer my questions BEFORE scheduling a test drive.

I visited their showroom. I was greeted immediately and shown the exact car I inquired about. The cars on the lot were all very clean & so was the showroom. Unfortunately the car sold the next day.

First of all they make you feel at home and they make you feel that you have a very special warmth for them. Randy my salesman gave me a lot of confidence since I arrived and it was very positive, I recommend it.

the van I bought looks great and was very clean and solid, but mechanical wise I cant say that, van started to over heat before I left florida had to keep adding coolant due to the cooling system leaking,i didn't look at any thing under the hood because I bought a 2008 van from a dealership of this status I felt rather safe, and didn't expect to have to do any major repair work to the van before I could drive it .we are a to car family because of jobs and kids , so the insurance goes back on the old van and I have to give up the tag back to florida before I even get it.and I still have a van we can not drive with a major repair bill ,also I have checked with two auto parts stores up here , one is advanced and the other is napa both say not in stock and not in inventory,i thought I could buy a radiator any where for this van, but my experience with the arrigo dealership was great more than I expected they even picked me up at the airport. I would still recommend this dealership because I think they believe in what they sell and the service they provide.

Did not have vehicle at the location I was told. They didn't seem very interested in assisting. Did not show me any other vehicles. Perhaps more interested in selling New vehicles rather than used cars. Would not go back for anything.

I can't believe the lever of professionalism and service I received. Granted, I know I'm a pretty difficult customer to work with. The entire process from sitting in bed looking at cars on arrigo website, to driving off in my used BMW 2 days later was a BREEZE! And 1,000 miles later, I'm still feeling good about the deal I got from Arrigo and salesperson RAUL.

I reached them via internet search. They responded fast. We met, they showed me my options, I test drived two cars and got what I wanted. They were very helpful and provided me a lot of options. This dealer is a powerful one with good staff.
