Very fast didn't add a bunch of fees
We were looking at the BMW X3 xdrive28i, upon going to the
vehicle, I can hear a loud clicking noise coming from the engine. I
can also smell burnt rubber. The smell and clicking noise got
strong as I popped the hood.
I hopped in the car to still test drive, but when I shifted to drive,
parking sensor alert triggered. I was thinking the temp tag was
causing as it was hung on the rear wiper arm. I went to get the
sales giy to notify him; as we walked out of the office to the car,
the exhaust was smoking like a smoke machine. This time with a
stronger burnt rubber smell. At this point, yhe sales guy moved the
temp tag and closed the rear hatch to hold the tags; but the
sensor alert was still ringing through the car.
We ended up not test driving the vehicle. During the whole thing
the only thing the sales guy could say was oh we'll fix it before you
purchase it. No Thanks!! As I sat in my truck, the porter got in the
x3 and peeled out like he was at a car meet. Steer clear of the mini

Little get over side dealer don’t waste your time. After driving 2 hrs for a car that was suppose to be ready to go the 2016 Buick ac didn’t work, passenger seat busted completely open, car shook once to 65mpg l, the GM Chris refused to fix any of the problems DO NOT WASTE TIME GOIN HERE

This car was gone but they had another one like this one. My son was very happy. Everything went very smooth and he was helpful and showing other vehicles as well.

Serious buyer willing to travel 1500 miles, and put
a deposit.. had to escalate serious buying intent
to owner. However sales person had screwed me
by suggesting that I was only willing to put a $500
deposit. When Iâm fact I was willing to put 20%
down on vehicle. Was told oh well now I have to
wait for another buyer
Truck was in good condition on the sides and top. Undercarriage was rotten to the core. When I inspected the truck for my mother in law, they had installed HDPE form fitted plastic over the rust in the door jams and cab corners. When I called them on the rust they said "rust, where?" When I explained that the rust was hidden under the plastic the former owner installed they told us "goodbye then."
100% confident that they installed the plastic and were looking for a sucker. This is my opinion though.
Seats in the truck were cheaply repaired as well. Leather fixed with vinyl glue. We never got to a test drive.

Horrible experience. AVOID these people at all costs. Chris describes himself as an honest guy, my car had steam pouring out of hood, overheated, check engine lights on within 1hour of purchase. Tried very kindly to cancel deal but Chris threatened that I would face grand theft auto charges if I didn’t take car. Chaotic office in tight industrial park. Door handle jammed and partially fell off when I tried to get belongings from trunk. Said because I came so far I could try car for 2 days and return if it wasn’t as in”perfect condition” as ad claimed. He tried to take that back, swore it was good enough car to travel out of state for, which I did!!! Had triple AAA involved in an hour after I drove off lot.completely changed attitude toward me after problem occurred. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Bought the car but they list mileage at 6900miles the car had over 13000miles
Bad experience. The car was in bad conditions (not visible in the pics). I didn’t want to test drive it and the guy became aggressive and impolite.

Fast deal, Felix was friendly.
Contacted dealer n arranged to meet to check a 2013 jeep patriot out .
Dealer seemed nice to sell me this car .
But as i test drove it , there seemed to be sluggishness in transmission . dealer was with me while im driving and i asked him about it n his response was its the type of transmission the car has n he said there is nothing wrong with it . WHAT A LIE , i should have thought twice it was a red flag that this car has transmission issues . but i believed Chris the dealer. , second mistake , i bought it with cash . i did not give a second thought about there WAS NOT A WARRANTY . so now im stuck with a car that needs a transmission . i contacted Chris n he said that there is nothing wrong with it . well i almost got into an accident driving it home because the transmission wasn't working properly.
Please do urself a favor . DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER or buy from them . they will rip you off if you believe there lies .

I called ahead of time. Upon arrival car was ready for a test drive and I ended up purchasing the car. Was a pretty smooth experience and even got a full tank of gas! The car was also at a great price.

The experience was excellent. Chris and Arsen were helpful and
easy to work with. No pressure sales and the process was
seamless. Once we decided we wanted the car, they took it off
the market and gave us opportunity to get better financing. The
car had a couple small up issues that resolved when we came to
pick the car. I would recommend Empire

I went there after contacting them about Nissan Sentra 2013, I asked the guy on the phone if the car has any issue on the Engine or transmission, he said no the car is in perfect condition, so I took a taxi for 40 miles and when I went there, he said let me be honest with you, the transmission is bad, and he offered me another car for a higher price, i got angry then, but I got control of my self and went to try the other car, the car was good, so I told him before I buy it, I wanna go to check it with a mechanic to make sure this car is in good condition, he refused and said that I don’t let my cars go out, he said if you trust me take it. Do yo think I would trust you after what happened??.
Don’t get cars from here Unless you check it with a mechanic.

Well, it is amazing how honesty got 1-star review, we don't sell cars with problems we don't cut corners and honesty is the only policy.
He forgot to mention that his mechanic was in Old town Alexandria, which is 40 minutes away.

Overall the experience was a good one. We worked with Felix. There was a minor problem with the car. Felix made sure that the repair was done correctly. Oh, by the way, there was a bad review which I read before approaching this deal. While I cannot address the overall complaint, I can tell you that there is, in fact, a sign on the wall stating that deposits are NOT refunded. This sign is alongside another sign telling customers of a $450 processing fee. I recommend Empire disclosing this on their ads. We purchased the car and are very pleased with it.

I CONTACTED Them. They made the process impossible: they wanted me
to leave a check "which would be returned" if I decided not to buy, or
applied to the purchase if I did. I did NOT sign anything, much less a
contract! I was stupid to fall for their trick. And of course they
DEPOSITED THE CHECK when I declined the purchase. I called and had
to argue. Finally, they wanted me to drive 90 miles back and give me
another check. They "couldn't mail the check or destroy it". The car is still
unsold. I bought elsewhere with a warranty.
