I'm reluctant to leave poor rating because I'm sure every dealership is going through tough times during the pandemic. However, this dealership was not interested at all in working with me while the showrooms were closed, unlike other dealers. I was assured by a manager that it would benefit me to wait for the dealership to re-open because they will be motivated to move used vehicles. So, I waited 5 weeks only to find out that the price they offered pre-pandemic was still the best they could do. I obviously wasted my time. I supported my counter offer with comps but the salesman was not interested in budding one bit. There was hardly any serious follow up from the sales department. It worked out in my favor though. I moved on and purchased one of the comps for $1,500 less than what I offered Ardmore. I just had to drive 70 miles, which was not a problem. Even though Ardmore is closest to me, I'll be taking my certified pre-owned Toyota somewhere else for my scheduled maintenance.

They upped the price 3,000 dollars after I inquired and said they made a mistake.Then told me the new price was firm.Dealerships don’t make these kind of mistakes ,they lure you in with lies and then try to sell you something you don’t want or squeeze every dollar out of you. Asked the gm to call me never heard from him.stay away!!!

Got a nice car at a fair price. Salesman was a little cranky when it went past closing and wanted to get the deal closed by end of month. Overall, nice dealership but the usual when it comes to use car buying.

We requested best price, I received a phone call inviting us to come see the vehicle, no mention of any vehicle pricing. I left a message for the sales person advising we found another car, we still received follow up calls after we left a message we found another vehicle.

The advertised price of the car was conciderabley lower than the asking
price at the dealer. It Took them several days to let me know if the car
had a leather interior. Their People were pleasant enough but the sales
team and the Internet team have a severe communication problem.

I drove 2 hours one way to see the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle had a paper with sold on it laying on the dash. It would have been nice to know this before I spent 4 hours of my driving to see it let alone burning gas to get there.

After working with literally 5 different Toyota dealerships, I'm glad I purchased from Ardmore! The hour+ drive was worth it, and they were the only dealership that was able to get me what I was looking for in a timely manner.
They also delivered it right to my house so I wouldn't have to make the drive back there the next day.
I'd definitely recommend them if you're shopping for a Toyota.

Shady... Car we came to see was
supposedly sold (and gone) when we
arrived, even though we were told it was
on the lot a 1/2 hr prior to our arrival.
Tried to sell us another car (same make,
model, yr, milage, options) for $5k more.
We have heard from others that we were
not the first to have that experience
there.
