I called all the numbers on the website I googled the address
it was all automated never got to talk to anybody they don't
own that car I contacted another dealership that was on that
street I would have drove 3 hours to go get that car and they
didn't have it

Wonderful car buying experience. Luis & Fahim are great salesmen who know how to serve. I didn't feel "sold" at all. There wasn't any pressure. These two are both great solution seekers. The car I got from them was a used 2012 Civic and it was in really good condition; very clean. I reached out to Approved Autos on CarGuru and Luis got back to me the next day. I asked for the OTD price and he gave it to me right away -- no hidden fees, no markups, no pressure, no games or any back-and-forth, which made the experience extremely positive and easy. The test drive is solo, which I definitely preferred as it allows me to really assess the car without any "distractions". Also, they do free deliveries in the Sacramento area, which was perfect as I was buying on my own.

The Equinox had a distinct rubbing sound when
turning the steering wheel which could indicate a
serious problem in the steering plus it felt
"heavy" when I test drove it. Mileage on the
vehicle was off by 20K as reported. Very
disappointed. Waste of time.

We are so happy with our car. I wanted to buy a car for my son to take to college and he wanted a VW Passat. They worked with us, let us test drive the car, and were patient with us as we debated. The car was delivered clean and waxed. It’s still sparkling clean! It drives great. My son is so happy. The service was great and I would trust these guys to buy a car anytime. Totally recommend them!

No heater/defroster hassard button clicks
loudly&endlessly.Wipers have a mind of there own.black
tape holding the dash together. Rear end damage rear
window leaks.motor leaking tons of oil and smoking .
undercarriage is an oil bath car was sold (With No
Issues) . I contacted seller and was told the car had no
issues.!! I couldn't take the $175 return policy because I
live 200mi. From dealer Not Happy! Ive been on CarGurus
for 2 years looking for this model 2004 preferred.Nice
young man.I now have to sell
to start my serch again.$2600. Mistake. Wow!!!

Hey steve, upon purchasing the vehicle you had completely inspected the vehicle with your associates and you also had the option to take the vehicle in to get it inspected prior to purchasing it. You were well aware of the vehicle being a fresh trade in and some of the issues that it contained. As far as the vehicle "leaking tons of oil and smoking" please know that in state of california it is impossible to even pass the emissions vehicle inspections with the car being in that condition. Bought my Subaru from these guys. Can't be any happier with the car and the customer service they gave me. They answered all my questions from my first phone call to the point I purchased. Another thing I loved about this dealer is that there not pushy at all and the salesman Dino was funny and honest. Definitely sending friends and family.
