We purchased the Lexus from Apple, and we dealt with Lance, who couldn't have been any nicer! He did Face Time with us to see everything on the car and the outside condition. We are in Fl. and after the purchase transaction, Lance helped us make shipping arrangements. After this Purchase, I never want to go into a dealer's office again....Buying on line was awesome, when you can deal with people like Lance!

Amazing - I love Apple Leasing

Love that they have a play ground and play room that helps a ton in our situation. Not much inventory and the girl I worked with wasn't someone I enjoyed shopping with. I asked to drive a truck and she said, "I will let you drive the truck but it's over your budget." *in fact I currently pay quite a bit more than the truck would have cost but I did not feel the need to share that with her. Just not a very enjoyable experience. Went elsewhere, had a blast and was treated with respect... And bought a great vehicle! I have heard great things about this dealership, but my experience was not great. Maybe just caught her on a bad day.

Very positive experience which led to me purchasing a vehicle there.

I had to call the dealer back in order to hear I didn't get approved. I told him up front about my credit issues I make great money but couldn't even get approved for a 17,990 car when I paid off a vehicle worth more than that.

Even thought I didn't purchase the car, the dealer (Tony) was very helpful.

Negotiations were quick and easy via email. They took the car for prepurchase inspection where I wanted, then picked me up from the aiport when I came to pick up the car. I will check them out when I'm ready for a new one.

Gary at Apple Leasing, the manager of Returned Lease Sales, was terrific from point of contact to final delivery. I highly recommend Gary and Apple Leasing!
