Contacted dealer and they replied back right away only to pressure me to test drive a vehicle that they didn’t even have at the dealer. Ended up hearing from cargurus that vehicle got sold but yet I was still being pressured to go in and “test drive” it.

Terrible… While I was waiting for an approval for financing and had already paid for the car I chose to be held, they sold it. I waiting for my refund. They haggle you just to sell the car you want. Avoid them at all costs.

The car rode around on an open semi trailer all day and arrived 10 hours late, it was very dirty (it was supposed to be cleaned and detailed, it was not), known cosmetic damages were not mentioned at all (large amount of scratches, chips, as well as chrome cracking on the rims). Overall bad experience at this dealership as a result of not being completely honest of the vehicles condition as well as bad quality of delivery.

Salesman was awesome!! The dealer doesn't negotiate the price at all! Truck was overpriced to begin with and they wouldn't lower it. Currently purchasing a suburban from another dealer who did negotiate!! Very disappointed with Apple because i bought a car from them before and was a returning customer but I won't anymore!!

No pictures and want u to come to dealership. I went and guess what car just sold 45 mins away. Smdh. Beware

Apple chrevrolet was a great experience and we did purchase the 2017 cadillac xt5 all wheel drive vehicle that day. We test drove two vehicles that day and they honored the internet price, did not add stange fees like other dealers, offered a fair deal on our trade and we were done. It was simple, straight forwad and we we done in no time. Was by far the best e perchance we have had at a dealership as we had been shopping around. The internet broker was responsive and the jeff the salesman was a pleasure to work with. No question we will be buying our next vehicle from Apple chevy or at a minimum will be our first go to. The was the best car buying experience we could have asked for on a busy Saturday morning and was quick to close.

Terrible experience with the sales team. Went multiple times and each time seemed worse than the last. First time the guy we talked to tried to give us the vehicle right then and there like it was a done deal before even talking about everything. Were told to drive an hour the next day for an “appraisal” that could have been done over the phone. Told the “sales person” that financing was taken care of already but she did not want to hear anything about it. Kept trying to get us to come up with more money until she was informed how much the financing was for then she wanted to change her tone. Will not and will never shop there. I suggest nobody else does either. They don’t care about you just your money. STAY AWAY.
