They told me the car was available and would be outside ready for a test drive but when I got there, they me told it had sold that morning. A total waste of my time. I'm glad I didn't leave work early to see it!
Very unprofessional I was told to come down to look at the car so much that I was like ok I’ll be there Monday morning that was on Saturday however when I got there the car wasn’t there I drive over one hour and I talked to the company they made it seem like the car was ready and all that I wasted money and my time

Inconsiderate business practices. We agreed on a time to test the ram 2500 that was for sell. Literally set this up 2 hours before hand. Drove 80 miles to test drive to be told a down payment was offered for the vehicle from someone else. No phone call, email or text informing me of the sell. Wasted my time and gas. I would never recommend a dealership with this unprofessionalism.

Dealership sucks! I had an appointment to see the vehicle and drove an hour to get there. When I got there they had let someone else take the car for a test drive! Waited another hour for them to return, which I got sick of waiting so I left mad! Don’t go to this dealership!
The "bait and switch" reviews that we read earlier were true! We were
contacted almost immediately by this dealership and, despite some so-
so reviews, we decided to check out this car. We received a phone call
the following morning indicating that we could drive the car at 1 pm.
Upon arriving (an hour away), we were greeted by a salesman who said
he could help us. We went into the showroom, he got on his computer,
and immediately got a concerned look on his face. He walked over to
the office and when he returned, he said, "Unfortunately this car was
sold LATE last night." I said, "Then why did we get a phone call at 10:30
this morning saying that the car was ready to drive??" He mumbled
something about a third party posting the car and he had no control over
that. Totally lying through his teeth. But, of course, he had OTHER cars
we could look at. Needless to say, we walked out. Stay away from
Antioch! BTW, this car remained on the CarGurus site for 2 more days!
Very poor customer service. We scheduled an appointment to see the Ford Escape that was listed, they let us know "everything would be ready" for us to review when we got onsite. Within 5 minutes of being within the office we were told the vehicle wasn't available and it was actually out for "repair" for a new engine at Ford across the street and has been for the past month. Telling us this while we are there, onsite and not before means we wasted over an hour getting to and from a dealer that did not have the car available that we were scheduled to "review" when we got onsite. They did show us other Ford Escapes that were priced more than the one we were interested. We would not have shown up if we new this vehicle wasn't available for review and we definitely wouldn't have purchased it with a new engine being installed.
I made an appointment to go see the dealership to see a specific car/suv I had been waiting to see and test drive. Appointment was confirmed and I was advised the SUV would be ready to go. I went to the dealership at my schedule time and went to go find the suv. I went into the dealership to talk with a salesman to help find it. He couldn’t find the SUV and went to the manager to see where it could be.
Turns out the SUV was not on the lot due to a recall. Due to the recall it wouldn’t be back on the lot for at least a week.
Though I am happy they handled the recall with the amount of phone calls, emails and text messages I got to come in I would expect the car/ SUV to be ready. A phone call or message would have been nice to tell me the SUV was undergoing work to reschedule so that I didn’t have to come out in the first place. I have not heard back from the dealership since I came in.
Again with the amount of effect it took to get me no one apologized.

The salesperson emailed on the 29th that it was sold. It is still being advertised for 5 days
after contact. I believe they're using this "as bait and switch" to sell another 2019 van that

Even though the car was marked CPO on car gurus they tried to add $1000 to the quoted price to get it certified. I put down a deposit to hold the car and they sold it to someone else the next day an hour before I came in to sign the papers.

I bought the vehicle, however they insisted that I finance more than what I wanted to in order to
make the deal. A little more high pressure than I would have liked.
I am not impressed with this dealership. I visited this dealership because of the price online for the Wrangler I liked, and the fact that
it was apparently (strike through) negotiable. The first thing the sales person explained is that to get that price I have to meet certain
eligibility, and that is why the price shows strike through online. Not a good first impression. The price was not negotiable and as a
matter of fact was a few thousand dollars more. The salesperson was nice, the sales manager has a "take or leave it attitude", so
everything went south, and I did not purchase the Jeep Wrangler.
Other comments say how dealers don't call back or they sold the car last minute. The job is to sell and everyone has to realize that. Over the phone never works. I'll being heading to this dealership in the next week I. Hopes to buy a truck. If it's gone, they made the deal before me that's okay. Always have a back up. Dan burdett is working with me and the was quick with a response and understood my situation being out of state. Deals don't happen over the phone. They happen on the lot, salesman should be hungry to ensure they work for you in person. So far good guys, I'll follow up to see if I buy or the truck is still there.

Felt like this was a bait and switch. They advertise one price but cannot support that
price as I was in a different area. The first sales person that I talked to had no clue
about the pricing differences. Then another person called, with out the knowledge of
the first person and gave me higher prices. The first person called back about a week
later and still had no clue.
I stayed away from this dealership as it felt like it was pretty shady.

on the lot i found a dealer switch the only latitude with a v6.4x4 john
Deboer sold me the car.I was so glad i told him that i really don t
need all the options..my first experience have that gas saving
feature if you idle with your foot on the brake the car shuts off and
went you let go of the brake the car starts right back up.he mention
and show me the button to shutoff the feature i would go back and
tell others i know i bought a car there.

Process was fairly painless and transparent. The gas gauge was on zero for the test drive and I didn't have a chance to go above 30 mph. The sales person was very helpful. But the promised gas was not put in the car after the sale.

Bought a 2018 Ram Truck and was a very amazing experience thanks guys!
Contacted them to go see a patriot. Of course when I got there they didn’t have it. Showed me a few other cars and ended up getting a suv. In negotiations they were trying to get me to agree to something I didn’t want. I kept telling them I couldn’t afford that and I didn’t have to buy a car today I could keep looking. In the end it worked out. Max was a great sales guy

Bait and switch and rude to boot! Avoid this dealership!!! Check the online
reviews and you will find lots more of the same...
Dealt with internet "sales manager" who was generally responsive and
helpful - she assured me in writing and via phone that the specific offer I
made via email would be accepted if I got to the dealership that day.
When asked to speak with a person who could approve the offer in writing
before I made the 2.5 hour drive she reluctantly agreed. I was transferred
to another "sales manager" who rudely and agressively declined the offer
on the spot. Within 15 minutes, I received a call from another person at the
dealership trying to sell me some other car... Thank goodness I didn't
make the long drive to Antioch!

While working with a salesperson at this dealership, I had explained that I am a Michigan resident and would therefore not qualify for the Illinois incentives. I asked for an out-the-door price and was told I would hear back I about an hour. Four hours later I called and after apologizing the salesperson promised to " do it right now" and get back to me. I called again the next day. ..ling story a little less long four days after first speaking with a salesperson I called and spoke to a sales manager who told me he was selling the car as we spoke. I was very upset.

I questioned their pricing, made an appointment to see and drive it, and
then bought it.
Wow, what is with the Illinois dealership?!!! Had a appointment to see/test drive this vehicle. I even message Gina, who I was dealing with, the day of my appointment to let her know we were still coming. We drove over 2 hours to get to the dealership and was informed that the vehicle was sold the day before.!!! I received no message that the vehicle was sold. No more Illinois dealerships for me.

my “new to me” vehicle.
my experience with this dealer has been nothing shy of garbage.....first off i
made contact with nathan to just get better pictures of the truck as i am an
out of state buyer and well its alot of time and money to make a
commitment to buy a truck before seeing it in person... needless to say he
never got back to me.... i waited a few days and nothing from him so i
called the dealer again and got haylee so i started to work with her.....made
a few agreements on price......awesome....not so much....cash in hand
ready to buy....making plans to fly there and buy the truck.....just trying to
keep in contact with her to keep the ball going.....then nothing for days
from her.... yet im all set and ready to fly and get my new truck......finally i
get an e-mail today........THEY SOLD IT!.......yeah thanks for the great
communication and waste of time and energy. all and all great priced
truck but the place clearly sucks to deal with.

Didn't like the experience. They sold the vehicle but still sent e-mails telling me to come in to test drive. Didn't seem very organized and now I get advertisements about this & that when I'm not interested. This is just a fishing expedition to try to get you to the dealer.

The dealership promptly contacted me about this van to schedule a test drive, we came in the day after we put in the request and wound up purchasing the same van in a different color! Everything was wonderful from start to finish, and everyone treated me like I was a part of a family.

I would not recommend doing business here.
My over all experience was horrible. They are
dishonest, and I will never do business with them
again. I had financing taken care of with my own
bank. They insisted that I fill out the credit
application anyway. I didn't want to, because I
knew I had it taken care of. They insisted, and
"promised" they would not be running a credit
check. Against my better judgement, I filled it
out. Both the salesman, and finance person
insisted that they would not be doing a credit
check. I have credit protection. It alerts me any
time there is an inquiry to my credit. As I was
sitting in the dealership, I got an alert. They had
immediately ran it, right after giving me there
word that they would not! I have good credit, and
I don't like any unnecessary inquiries lowering
my credit score. Also the vehicles gas tank was
literally on empty. I asked the salesman if they
could please put some gas in it. He sat at his
desk and laughed. I should have walked away!
As I said, very unprofessional and down right
rude! Jerome was my salesman, my worst
vehicle purchasing experience in my life!

i felt like i was being pushed into a vehicle without even looking at it...
then i told them i was no longer interested and they continued to bug me
i dont want to take my business so far away to feel like i have to buy, that's
not how it is supposed to work at all i would not recommend them if you are
trying to shop around to find the right vehicle for you.

They have a $950 handling fee. When I asked what it was for the salesman said a 113 point inspection. Mine must of been done by Helen Keller because no one noticed the change oil light. When I beefed they offered to cut it in half. Calculate your loan payment before you sit down and bring a calculator, pen and notebook to do your own math. Saleman throws lots of numbers at you. If I had bought the upsell items it would of added $5 K to sale price. When I beefed they offered to lower the price. I declined. I did purchased the car but overall experience was not enjoyable.

They were pleasant as far as car dealers go to work with. I am satisfied with the car i bought. When we went to look at the 2014 dodge avenger I ended up buying later, the inside of the car was absolutely gross. It smelled bad, and was extremely dirty on the inside. I would have bought the car that day if there was effort put into trying to sell it. The outside of the car was also in desperate need of detailing.

command that it was reasonable. The
next person to contact me, I asked if
12.5k out the door was still good. She
said that was way too low. I forwarded
the chain to her and she didnt reply.
Then they kept emailing me about
whether I was interested. Sorry, but I'm
not an idiot. Telling me you'll do a price
and luring me in wouldn't have gotten a
better result. I would've lost interest just
like via email. I would have just as
quickly turned around in person. This is
why I don't deal in person. It would have
been a waste of time. I still would've
walked away.

Worked out a deal over the phone after test driving the vehicle. Received a bill of sale to show the deal, but when I called in the morning to complete the internet sale, they said the car was sold to someone else. Did not seem to want to admit they lied to me. GM apologized , but did not seem like he had any rules or guidelines for his sales team when it came to internet sales. Said they do not hold cars for anyone. Would have been nice to know before I drove ,700 miles. Definitely not at the top of my list.

The sales man I talked to was not helpful at all, knew very little to nothing about the vehicle and it's features. He also did not bring up price of the vehicle and assumed I was going to pay list price. The general manager was very rude. I have requested paperwork to be emailed to me a week ago and they have yet to email it to me. Very poor experience.

Purchased a car from them and they have the WORST customer service ever. Ask for a car fax! The told me I was getting a one owner car and found out it was not! When I had a problem two days after purchase they did not care. I talked to the sales person, service manager and the sales manager basically they could care less about my problem. Took it to another Dodge dealer and they sovled my problem for me. There are way better dealers out there!!
