Took a minute to convince the staff that the car had some hidden mechanical issues that they were not aware of. Once they realized, they worked with me on the price till we both felt it was a fair deal.
Matt, my sales rep was awesome. Everyone was friendly and very professional even when we did not initially agree on the condition of the car. I never felt pressured and always felt that my concerns were being taken seriously and being addressed.
I would absolutely do business with them again!

Very rude dealer. Needed my dad as a co-signer (he lives out of state). When they couldn’t get him on the phone after 3 tries (he was working and couldn’t answer) they accused me of trying to use him as a co-signer without his permission. My dad called them back when he was available, but with the way I was treated and being accused of fraud, I wouldn’t buy a candy bar from this dealership, much less a car.

I had an appointment to see this vehicle and planned to purchase it. I walked in and it had already sold to another person without it being communicated (having traveled ~40 miles) and the salesperson was unaware I was coming.

I have had zero contact with the Angela Krause Ford. I asked for information from the dealership through multiple sites where I searched for cars and no one ever responded to my request. I then drove to the dealership, walked the entire lot to look for their Broncos and even went inside the showroom, and no one acknowledged me to even say hello. I bought a car from them years ago and the experience was rough at best. Now I am officially done with them. I cannot recommend this dealership at all.

I called made and appointment, drove the vehicle and was satisfied. Entered negotiations on the vehicle with sales manger
Erik Anderson. Asked if I could leave a deposit to secure the vehicle once negotiations we complete, and was told No they
only accept deposit on "New" vehicles. In 20+ years of buying vehicles I have Never heard a dealer refuse a deposit. I sent
the E-contract that was sent. The following business day I contact them to arrange next steps/schedule delivery and was
told the vehicle was Sold. This is by far unprofessional and unacceptable. I would Not recommend this dealership to
anyone for anything. I will be repeating this sentiment on various platforms to advise other possible customers that this
dealership lacks basic business ethics, which says a LOT about the higher level company structure and ownership.

Dealer confirmed in writing that the specific car I wanted to look at was on the lot and available to look at, but when I got there less than 3 hours later it’s not there anymore and they want to show me models that are $10k+ more.

Disappointing experience. Went there to check out a used Jeep. Looked it over and wanted to test drive it. Out of gas. Waited 30 min for them to get their act together. Asked Manager for an update on gas situation and he was unbelievably rude. Also car was listed as having two accidents, but repaired. Car had not been fully repaired. Don’t go there - just don’t.

They pulled a bait and switch. I was test driving a car that they claimed was sold that day. I received a text, email and phone calls for my appointment reminder the same day but no one mentioned the car was sold. The first thing the salesman Andre said was the internet was not updated and t hff e price of cars different. He tried to sale me a much higher price car but I showed him my paperwork that it's the same car because it has the same lot and vintage number. Unfortunately this dealership wasted my time. I drove over an hour to get there. Nothing but a sophisticated con game.

I think the dealership has been exceptional. Several days ago when I was looking
casually at AWD hybrids after seeing an article about the new Fore a Escape, I I ran
across an Escape that had most everything in which I was interested other than
color. I made a casual contact about stopping out to see it. The sales person
responding was among the most pleasant I’ve had at a dealership. After a couple
follow ups, I decided I likely wasn’t interested at this time as I’ve 3 years remaining
on my warranty. When I conveyed 5his, the response was again courteous and
respectful - adding if I wished to see the car, please stop by. Almost encourages
me to stop out and compliment them personally

I called one of the sales representative and made a deal on the phone for a used Honda Odyssey. We agreed I will give her a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was driving over the weekend to finalize the sale and pay off the balance. As I was filling out the deposit paperwork within 10 min of the deal, I receive a call from the manager informing that they sold the vehicle. I was disgusted by this treatment and it shows how unethical this dealership is ran. I hope the owner Angela Krause is not aware of those unethical employees she is dealing with. He called me so casual like I am supposed to be ok with it. If you are dealing with Brent Kleen he is not an honest person and does not care about this business.

The sales associate that contacted me was not very
knowledgeable about the market and told me that I was
wasting his time with my request for an online quote.
The sales associate was very pushy and did not want to
provide pricing over the phone or via email and acted
like I was playing games for not wanting to drive to the
dealership and look at pricing. This mindset goes
against the whole purpose of posting sales online.
We're nice and called me immediately when they opened but they were unwilling to work on the price AT ALL!!! I wasn't born yesterday and know they had huge margins and were not willing to come together on a price. Your lose!!! Got a Sonata 1 hear newer with 20k miles less for less than there price!

Welcomed as I arrived, introduced to Carmen, handed off to their best
salesman, Daniel, and went for a test drive on a car that was sitting in the
showroom.
I liked the car, decided to buy it and was introduced to Erik (I believe), the
finance guy.
I was in and out in 90 minutes and left with the 2012 Shelby. All were very
pleasant. Indeed, Daniel drove my new purchase to my home as I was

Dealer's Internet Manager
contacted me by email sending
possible Ford Edge that may
work. After a day or so the
Internet manager contacted me
by phone to get what I wanted
from me. Later that afternoon a
sales person contacted me to
assist Internet Manager. I've
have been contacted by email
and phone several times to
date! It's going well and they are
looking for exactly what I want!
