They were very helpful and courteous. They were willing to allow me to test drive the car overnight so we could have our mechanic take a look at it. On the way home, the car got a flat tire and even though the dealership had just closed, they said to leave the car with them because it was not safe to drive (the tire wouldn't hold air) and they would make sure the car would be road ready first thing in the morning. I was in love with the car and decided to buy it and I explained that I was waiting for my bank to transfer funds and would they hold my check for 3 days and with my down payment they were happy to do that for me. I couldn't be happier with everyone at this dealership and our salesman Alex was great!

I contacted them about a 2007 Toyota Tacoma that I was very interested in and they said they would text me some pictures of the underbody and engine on a Friday morning. I live 100 miles away so I need to see this before driving down to commit to this truck which I was very interested in and I had cash to buy. They went silent on me all weekend (texted a couple more times) and never sent me pictures or the Carfax I requested and I finally had to reach out to them again on the Monday and they told me they were going to take this to auction and I even asked them which auction this was going and I never heard back. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will never deal with them again.

Dealer wouldn't honor the price shown on Cargurus website. Claimed prices fluctuate with market, and then wanted $1500 more than advertised. Won't look at any vehicle from this dealership now.

Watch out! Looked at a ~20k vehicle. Most good dealers price a vehicle and only add tax and registration. Andy Mohr wanted to add a couple of thousand dollars worth of other fees! I wouldn't do business with them.

Well had the car posted online for 12000 I inquired about the car and asked for a few more pics as there was only one they told me more are post and raised the price to 14300 when I asked about the price they said it is a popular car so they raised the price and kbb with a very good condition the top price was less that 12000 buyer be warned!!!!

These people are a waste of time! I specifically told them my situation and what I was interested and they assured me that they could help me. Turns out they were ONLY A WASTE OF MY TIME! The o my thing they did was run my credit with multiple lenders ( even though I asked them not to) causing me to have more inquiries than I wanted!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM, they tell you want you want to hear but DO NOT DELIVER!!! WASTED MY TIME!!

The van I inquired about was missing the second row middle seat. The dealer kept insisting the second row had captain seats. However, the “captain seats” and no arm rest and there were clips for the second row middle seat. i.e. not captain seats. Idiots.

Called about vehicle I saw on this app, discussed the condition/financing/trade-in, had ne send pictures/video of my car, got everything set up, then 15 hours after my initial call they added $2985 to the price, manager said “the market value changed”, very shady.

Called on Saturday 30 min before close. Called first thing Monday morning and set up a time at 2. Got a call at 1 saying they sold it Saturday but they have another. Set up another appointment at 5 got there and they sold that car on Saturday as well. Now they have a kia I can look at but after being left at a table for 20 minutes thay can't find that car either. My favorite part is they told me it must be out for repairs but where would they send it cause we was at THE Kia dealership. Then they had a 4th car that looked like someone beat it up with golf balls. We went some where else.

Made an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. Arrived and the vehicle wasnt on the lot. After waiting around for them to figure out where it was, discovered it was in the shop in a different city and couldn’t be there until later in the day. Actually had a similar experience at three different Andy Mohr lots that day. Im not sure the point in making an appointment if they cant at least make sure the car will be there or let you know ahead of time if the car wont be. Waste of a trip.

I asked to be notified If the car sold. Alex Engledow sent an email 2 hours before the appointment saying it was sold. I live over an hour away and didn’t see the email before arriving. Alex wasn’t available when I arrived and another salesman told me the car had been wholesaled because of safety. After I left the agency I received an email thanking me for looking at this car that didn’t exist. They even sent me pictures and details for this phantom car. They are crooks!

The dealership wanted me to give my insurance card as well as they wanted me to sign a document that had language about the car looked before and after I took it out for the test drive. They treated me like I was going to steal the car for the test drive. I chose not to drive the car. I told them I just drove 2 cars at another dealership and all they required was my Drivers Lic. When I was leaving the person began to heckle me loudly "THANK YOU PLEASE COME AGAIN" in front of the other customers. Very Disappointed

I did not purchase a car, I was inquiring as I was looking for a specific color sequence. I was personally disappointed by the service as I would have to wait an entire day to get answers to my questions or I would need to be the one making follow up texts or emails. They sent me quotes but did not include my cars payoff balance, even after I specifically asked if that quote included the payoff. I turns out they did not include that payoff. I ended up buying the car from another dealer who was on the ball. Nothing really horrible from Andy Mohr but nothing that made me feel like they wanted my business.

I sat up an appointment to meet and check the car out on Friday well the car got sold Thursday night witch is fine I understand but even in communications on Friday morning they didn’t tell me the car sold and when I got there tried to get me to buy something I wasn’t even interested in pretty much wasted my time and gas I was very disappointed in that could’ve been honest and told me that the car was sold I wanted!!!

The people at Andy Mohr Kia were not very helpful at all. The only person interested in selling me the car I wanted to own was Leah the internet sales person. She didn't know which cars were on the lot or where they were located at all sometimes but she always got back to me within a day to let me know. The others were only interested in holding their line on sale price, and keeping the pressure on the value of my trade-in. In the end I found my K900 about an hour outside the city. They were flexible with price and down payment. Andy Mohr Kia was not.

Salesman was kind and laid back. The financial guy was rude. The internet sales rep was attentive. This experience was better than my first experience with a Kia dealer and the whole process took about 3 1/2 hours. I would shop there again. My only complaint is that the internet listed price did not include fees of a little over 500 bucks that was part of the "sell price" and subject to Indiana sales tax. It should have been listed for the total sale price and not a baited price.

I went to the dealership after speaking with Jessica who was very nice, helpful, and professional. Got to dealership and was greeted by Jeramie who has been by far the most genuine, professional, helpful and knowledgeable car salesman I have ever dealt with. Went back second time to buy the vehicle and Jeramie was with another customer but made sure I was greeted by Jerry when I pulled up who finished the process with me. Awesome experience and I will be back.

Wasted my time going in! I was very clear with the bdc rep Jennifer about making a trip there. I explained my situation and expressed that I was confident they could not help due to the circumstances. I was assured:/promised they would help. Drove there and was offered way lower on my vehicle on trade and the payments were as high as I thought and they could not do anything else to help. Would not go to their dealership or franchise for future business. Drove over 3/4 to get to and from.

I base my test drives on a starting price worked out over the phone prior. It cuts down on time and negotiating. I'm not going to waste my time nor the dealership's if we can't agree on a starting price. This dealership would not work out any type of negotiating deal. Just told me the lot price and taxes charged. They kept calling me to get me in for a drive I told them how I deal, they wouldn't budge. I bought my car somewhere else that would work with me.

Very aggressive sales...Thay wanted my personal information, trade in info and down payment before I even looked at the car listed. I refused and demanded to see the car. Found out it needed a battery and had a cracked windshield. I recall I had a bad experience years ago with Andy Mohr. Mercury Grand Marquis had digital dash that didn't work and transmission gave out in parking lot.

Sales. Person was good , the purchase went well , however we were not told until we signed the purchase agreement that there was only one key. It dampened the entire experience. We ( my ) Family had to pay $272.00 for an additional key.

Probably just a mishap, but drove 2 hrs to see this car, said they’d have it ready, looked inside and it was filthy. Told the salesman what was wrong and he said Sorry we we just got it in, when really they had it for a couple months....driving home an hour later I get texts saying they are going to clean it, and do I want to come back?

Pleased with our purchase but when we went to sign the sales agreement there was a hidden $200 charge for car theft protection that they put in their cars. We were were not told about and did not want. It took some dealing with them and they finally took out the theft system because we were going to walk away from the deal if they were going to keep the theft system in the vehicle.

Heard back from this dealership almost immediately and since the vehicle I was interested in was still available I decided to head on over where they were expecting me. I was greeted and referred to a salesman that helped right away; no wait time even though they were quite busy that weekend. After test-driving I decided I was interested. Negotiations were no hassle, they were very accommodating. Although I was pre-approved with a great rate, Andy Mohr Kia was able to pin down even better financing options for me. The purchasing process was particularly long due to their busy day, but we were provided tv, refreshments, and a comfortable lounge area to wait in. They checked on us and updated us multiple times. While we waited, they hand washed the vehicle and checked it over one more time. Every staff member went above and beyond, and I couldn't have been more pleased. I hate the whole process of car shopping: this was painless. I worked with Danny, go see him!

Very large collection of second hand cars. Jeramie was good the deal with although many second hand cars very in a filthy condition. We didn't even want to test drive them.

Typical used car sales tactics. Truck had burnt coolant in the engine compartment and rust inside the passenger rear door that was coming out of the weep hole.

I wasn't very comfortable w/them, the salesperson I spoke on the phone knew I was on my way to get the car and stated she would be waiting on me but, she left by the time I made it. Salesperson who tried to pick up from where her and I left off from, wasn't very knowledgeable on this vehicle...Car wasn't in great shape like the pic looked and it didn't run like a Lexus is suppose to...Supervisor I spoke w/once I was leaving had full history of car but, I was discouraged by then.

The salespeople were very nice, but after being told if I drive 2 hours to buy the car that they would work with me, when I arrived they said a woman had seen my car ten minutes prior and wanted to buy it (sounds like a ploy). This, after promising it would be waiting for me two hours earlier. Finally, they said they got her off the car (I doubt it). They literally wouldn't budge but $200 after that (1% savings on the car). Then, after all that negotiation for nothing, they said I would have to pay full-price to retain the CPO certification on the car, thus nullifying the negotiation. It's clear the sales manager here is all about money and doesn't give a damn about satisfaction. Just like most other dealers. Sad. I would not recommend going here if you have to drive over twenty minutes.

Very responsive, but didn't always include the details I asked about. Also, drove out of our way to look at a car and then it wasn't even at the site. So we had to drive to another place to see it. Then, we were disappointed in the vehicle. Used car luck, I guess.

horrible customer service by management. salsman nice but just a puppet, called about explorer, but when I got there car was sold!! so I made offer on a Toyota. he went back and gave it to manager who told him a price to tell me which was $500 more than it was on line for..never will I go to another Andy Mohr dealer! 2nd bad experience at an andy mohr dealership..

responded quickly but discovered the dealership would not accept their listed asking price. The car in question had been in a recent accident that was not on the carfax yet. Looks like the car is now listed on their website for @$1500 more than their previous asking price to cover expenses from the accident. Friendly people with a nice selection of cars but I was not impressed with their knowledge of the cars available and associated pricing.
