The dealer was courteous and very responsive to my request. Unfortunately I could not move forward with the deal because it was out of state and I currently do not have an option to drive there.

The dealer contacted me quickly and had a great price. I had planned to drive the hour and a half to the dealer in a few days and had that worked out with the saleswoman. However, the car we were talking about had already been sold. I checked their website literally 5 minutes after talking to the dealer and it was not there. I did not expect them to hold the car for me, but I do expect them to check what they have in inventory. The car is still listed for sale on CarGurus.

The car had been sold but they offered to locate another one. We went with another dealer who had one on the lot but they were very competitive w price.

Dealer requested I submit an email offer and then failed to respond until I followed up 48 hours later. Dealer rep said she had sent an email but I had not received anything from them. Dealer failed to respond with any counteroffer. Found better deal elsewhere and purchased.

Car was just what we wanted. Finance guy was extremely awesome. Sales person, Willetta, not so much. She seemed to be annoyed. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but i wouldnt refer anyone to her. Otherwise, it would've been a 5 star transaction

Responded promptly and said vehicle was no longer available, which was fine (I would have gave a much better rating at this point). However, a few days later received another email saying something along the line that we noticed that you didn't drive away in the vehicle because it is still on the lot. I'm guessing it was probably a generated email to those that didn't buy a vehicle from them . I responded back as to why they would send a confusing email, but have not received any other response from them.

Visit dealership after making an appointment, to only find out that the car had been sold the same day the appointment was made with the sales representative, 2 working days an the salesperson didn't contact me to let me know the car would no longer be available. On top of that wanted to talk about selling me a car that was not selling on the market. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate,and not a chance in this life time will I be dealing with this dealership.

Wendy, Thank you for taking the time to review us.  We do take these very seriously.  I'm assuming, and correct me if I'm mistaken but are you the same Wendy that was looking for a PT Cruiser?  According to my records, the unit you inquired about was not located at our Kia location but rather our Ford location in the same town.  I'll have to do some checking with CarGurus but that shouldn't have shown as available at the Kia store.  This was the reason for JJ's response about not seeing that he had a PT Cruiser available.  I do see that you were in communication with him about finding one.  I

The salesman Jason Barton was 100% honest with me and very easy going, I told him what I was comfortable with as far as payments and he did his best to match that. The dealership did everything they could to get me in the car of my dreams!

I purchased a 2013 Ridgeline. The entire process was quite pleasant. My salesperson was very professional and extremely helpful during the time. Also, the loan officer was able to get a very affordable interest rate despite my pre approval with USAA.

I felt like I was buying a car 20 years ago. These guys played an updated version especially when it came to my trade in. They offered me 3500 on a car that was worth 7200 according to Blackbook in "fair" condition. I started to walk away. They made a phone call, (except he wasn't talking to anyone) and came up to 6000. While I was waiting for that number I pointed out that the salesman charged me twice for the destination charge. Then he recalculated the figure by hand with taxes and tags, and it was still too much. I left. When I got home, he had calculated incorrectly, by, get this $1000. I still did not respond to the offer. The next morning, I received another phone call that they could give me more for my trade in. It truly was like going back in time.
