I had an appointment to see the vehicle on Monday 10/20 at 10. Salesperson informed me the car was going through inspection and wouldn't be ready. We moved the appointment to Wednesday 10/22 at the same time. Salesperson reached out to the morning of to say the car was being detailed and if I was still coming. I replied that I was on my way. Great will see you soon. Once arriving and pulling into the lot, the salesperson tells me the car was sold the night before and he was unaware because the sales manager never said anything to him. I usually don't write reviews, but felt as though I had to this time, to stop someone else from wasting their time and gas especially if you are driving from a distance.

Tried to but a truck from they, was told it was sold when i called then someone calls me back off the car gurus leaf and said it wasnt so the next morning i intend to go look at it after i told the salesman my intent and the next morning again they say it is spoken for , a week later they call me tell me its back available so i try to put a deposit on it and they said they would call me back in 5 mins after they write up a contract , 10 mins later they call back and said they took a deposit from someone else ! Terrible business model!

Went there for an HR-V. Left with a beautiful certified CR-V. Our dealer Serge, was amazing. He explained everything. Let me look at lots of vehicles and when I sat in THE ONE, he knew it was MY car. He taught me how to use most of everything in the car. Kept it real. And this was the first time, since my divorce, buying my own car with my own money. First time ever and he made it amazing. As was my experience when I went into the business office to get the Honda Care Plan. Smooth. Easy. Everyone was wonderful. I almost want to cook for them. I probably should :) thanks for making this experience flawless.

Communication is poor with the sales manager and the general manager never return my phone call but the salesman communicate with me but why is the general manager and the sales manager emailing me not returning my phone call I do not understand no communication at all from the general manager and sale manager!

I was told after inquiring about this vehicle that they are reserving thier inventory for local buyers only. Not a very good strategy for potential buyers willing to travel to purchase from them.

Overall a good experience. Had a bit of back and forth with salesperson communication but got it all worked out. I did buy a different car than the one I originally contacted on because I decided that black wasn't my color. I purchased a white one with almost the same specs.

The same day I sent an email I received a call from the manager , got information about the car I was interested in and set up an appointment to see the car. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I knew what car I wanted and no one tried to talk me into a newer, more expensive model. I bought a three year old car in immaculate condition. I would recommend Anderson Honda to anyone looking for a Honda

I thought the unit was offered at a good price and was very satisfied with our final deal. The frustrating part of this transaction was overselling the extended warranties. They were offered but I declined them. I have purchased many vehicles and extended warranties have no value to me. However, as we rush through the paperwork, I signed and enitial each paper I didn't catch the extended warranties were included. When I arrive d back home, which was 70 miles from the dealership, I noticed these warranties were charged and unwanted. I became upset and called the dealership stating my disappointment and told them these item would have to be credited back. This deal was financed and they did issue a credit on paper. However, it was not edited on any documents I had signed. This is Christmas week so I'm still waiting for confirmation that will satisfy my concerns that these charges are completely removed. Very frustrating process.

Had a great experience with Anderson Honda. Received an email back quickly, letting me know the vehicle was still available and inquiring when I would like to come in for a test drive. Serge was helpful when checking out the vehicle and test driving. He made sure the vehicle was clean and ready to go. John was very helpful with the financing and paperwork. Both Serge and John were friendly and very accommodating.

I responded to an online ad. Although they were initially very friendly and helpful, it turns out the car had already been sold but they hoped I would come in to see other vehicles. I left another email and voicemail afterwards that no one responded to. I don’t trust their online ads.

I made an appointment on Friday night to look at a car first thing Saturday morning. Explained I was driving over an hour to look at the car and was very interested. Test drove the car at my appointment and went to discuss price only to find out the dealership was in the process of selling it to someone else who did not have an appointment. Not sure the point of an appointment if the car won't be held or at a minimum the dealership calls to let me know someone else was looking at the car so I didn't waste my time.

Dan was a very patient and helpful salesperson. He was very easy to get along with and considering I walked in for a test drive close to 430pm on a Friday, that reflected well on him. I have been back for my first complimentary maintenance and the service staff was polite and quick- just what I hoped for.

Our request for availability of the listed vehicle received a rapid and helpful response. We arranged to come into the dealership to see and test drive the vehicle which was as describe. The staff was most helpful. We did a trade-in on a recently purchased vehicle that did not suit our needs and had been an unpleasant experience, but the sales and management at Anderson were understanding and helpful in helping us through the process of trade in and a new purchase. I did inquire about a vehicle with this dealership. The emails I got were very helpful and full of details. However, when I showed up to the dealership on a Friday night with my 2 children, It felt like there was no one working, or that I wasn't a priority. Maybe it was because I don't "fit the local perception" as far as my income level. Maybe I will shop with someone who actually asks for my information so they can reach me later with more options.

I was contacted back by a salesman after submitting my online request for more info. I was very interested and was waiting for the salesman to call me back with more details and send pictures. I was waiting all day for his call and even took off work early to go for a test drive. I finally called him at 5pm only for him to tell me it was already sold! Would have been nice for him to tell me earlier.

Ron didn't even want to negotiate... He must sell a TON of cars. There was no talking just a simple... "There's nothing we can do." Keep in mind my credit score is in the 800s. Wouldn't drive one of their cars if they gave it to me. No customer service.

I was in market for a new Denali and was given numbers over phone. I drove over an hour to dealer only to have the quote be completely different. We left dealership and bought elsewhere. Not impressed.
