They did call me back to say they not going to sale that truck.
Mr. Phoenix Ford showed an outstanding customer service. Very tentative and ready to answer any questions I had. If he didn't know he went above and beyond to get the answer my wife and I needed. I highly recommend Phoenix, when shopping at Ancira Chevy. Thanks again and appreciate your patience.
Won’t stop calling, texting and emailing. The first time they asked me which vehicle I was interested in I told them and they said they were sorry but that vehicle had sold. Next day I get a text and a call asking how they can help and now I’m getting at least one call a day. It got so annoying I blocked their numbers. They acted like each phone was the first time they’d talked to me.

The dealer contacted me right away, and I set up an appointment to go see the truck. The truck was unavailable and in service when I got there after driving 3 hours. Then I kept getting emails asking how they could help me, and when I would reply and ask for an out the door price for the truck, no one answered. I also asked that question through text message and received no response. However, they did let me know it was sold through text message. So I would Not recommend this dealer to anyone. Especially if you don’t live close to them. Complete waste of time and money for me.

They had me drive all the way for a car which was already sold. Then for the same car, they called me the next day to come in to test drive.

Confusing contact, said they had the vehicle then told me it had been sold several days before.
Sales people responded quickly via text and phone.
Attended to me quickly as soon as I walked in. Unfortunately...
Car was not ready to test drive and was not cleaned yet.
Stained roof fabric due to water leak due to missing and deteriorated rubber seals on top of the vehicle was not disclosed. Rubber seals were crumbling. He hinted that a repair on their part to that issue was unlikely.
Sales person was asking for a $1000 down payment to hold the vehicle until it was ready to test drive in a week. That did not make sense to me.
I had to walk away.
Julio was very straight forward & presented us with all the options without trying to force or
add anything we were not interested in... always nice when buying a vehicle...Vaughn was
helpful in the finance options & explained pros & cons on what was offered so we made the
right decisions based on our situation...

Sales persons tried to reach out to me. I failed to response as I was looking at another vehicle from another dealership. I loss out on both vehicles. Ancira was quick to respond and they seemed to help with any questions I may have had from various sales people.
When I contacted the dealership, they advised that they are in need of used inventory and would offer
top dollar for my trade. However, when I advised I was out of state, they said they were not doing
business with anyone out of state due to inventory shortages. I wasn't sure why a vehicle trade coming
out of state was any different than one coming from in state but if that is their procedures, I will look
elsewhere.

This dealership went behind our back after we signed a loan with our bank and they sold the vehicle that we had agreed to purchase. Austin and his management were all aware of our purchase and loan agreement with our bank. We got a call the next day that they sold the vehicle that we pulled out a loan for. All they said was "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". Now we are left with a hit to our credit thanks to poor customer service, Austin and his management didn't keep their promises on anything. They had reported that they put a "sold" sign on our vehicle the day before we got the call that they sold it to someone else.

Had been dealing with them for over 4 days had an appointment to come in and see the car and they sold out from under me ask for all the information for me to buy it and they sold out from under me as I was driving down there to purchase and sign papers. I had 200 mile drive and was all most half way where. I received a phone call saying they had sold vehicle .I do not recommend this dealership and I willnot do business with them ever again.
Not very consistent when dealing with or following up with customers.
Was often communicated with via text and oftentimes one person would claim to be another person at the
dealership although they were all texting me from the same cell number.
I wouldn't go as far as to call them shady but umm......
Idk..maybe this is how things are done nowadays and I'm just the one out of the loop on things.
Either way..I would not return to do business here at Ancira of San Antonio

These Dealer People are just awesome!! Even I couldn't make it to see this Vehicle bc of my busy schedules, they got back in Contact with me and responded very nicely without judging or being angry or unfriendly !! Very professional, but human Individuals with a nice attitude and kind Heart!! I will go back to them 2hen I sell my Truck and bring my Money to them!!

Very attentive and helpful
Went to look at vehicle. Contact was on day off, but called and was told a salesperson would be out to assist. Waited 20 minutes and left. Figured they had other things to do other than sell this vehicle. Not customer friendly!

Responded initially, I asked to see more
photos of vehicle (only had 3 photos posted
online) as I didn’t want to waste my time
driving, only to be let down (6hr drive to
them). Apparently they didn’t think I was
serious about making viewing/ purchasing
vehicle, and never did send the requested
information (even after texting they would);
so purchased elsewhere.

Thoroughly responded back to me with several different salespersons. Kind correspondence. Car wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but helpful dealership regardless.
I was disappointed that they were advertising vehicles on their website for sale that were
not at their lot. The second salesman I spoke with informed me that the vehicles
described were 'in transit' that Ancira had been told that they were shipped, but could not
tell me when they would be delivered to their lot. 1. The 'in transit' was not apparent to
me in their advertising. 2. How can you sell sell anything and not be able to inform your
consumer as to when they will be able to pick up their purchase. This may have been a
GM issue.

Horrible dealership salesperson Michael gave wrong numbers on the vehicle, sales manager David said they had add on’s they had to account for, I asked for the worksheet with numbers including trade, didn’t hear anything that day, I had to call salesman next morning he informed me the vehicle had been sold.. I buy all my cars online and text, I should’ve had first right of purchase..

Wonderful car buying experience. Low initial price and willing to work on reducing cost on added items. Salesman Julio wasn’t pushy , listened to my requests and worked with his supervisor to address my concerns. The finance manager didn’t waste a lot time trying up sale on things I didn’t need. Happy to have bought this vehicle from Ancira.
The car had a few problems, albeit minor, they would not budge on the price so we walked. The first day the car was not ready, the next day the car was available but filthy. And did I mention they didn’t want to help out with reduction for problems the car had!? Not sure if I’ll go back there. It was a used car.

Very disappointed with this dealership. I do not recommend them at all. We where going to trade our vehicle there to buy a new one and left ours there so we could take the new one over night and we decided that we didn't like it. But when we went back to pick ours up they all ready had 5 families looking at ours when no deal was even done. And to top it off we had more tan a 1/4 of a tank of gas when we went there but it was empty. And if that wasn't enough the check engine light was on when it was never on before. This is not all tba happened but I'm not going to write my whole experience with these people just beware and take your time when looking for a new or used car. I highly do NOT recommend Ancira at all. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Was contacted withing 15 minutes of asking for more information from dealer. The sales person Rob Vargas actually had 2 cars at the price I was looking for. Everything went smooth.

and they were describing a base/standard vehicle... they promised to call

Dealer response was quick, however when I arrived I was told the
truck I was interested in had mechanical issues and had been taken
to auction. I am still receiving email from this dealer about a truck they
did not even have on the lot. My first thought was " Bait & Switch".
