We had a great experience at Ancira Patriot Buick GMC. Everyone…absolutely everyone was cordial and flat out friendly with smiles too. Our salesperson Michael Blount was outstanding and sent us a vehicle history report and a video of the SUV we were interested in looking at. Michael was prompt, professional and friendly! He made our experience seamless and there were no high pressure tactics at all. We appreciate the exceptional experience we had at this dealership. We highly recommend Ancira Patriot Buick GMC!
Purchased a 2022 RAM 2500 Mega Cab from Patriot
Buick GMC on 12/23/25 through CarGurus. I drove
from Fort Worth, relying on the online listing, photos,
and videos.
Several issues were misleading or not disclosed:
• A video sent by the salesperson showed a strobe-
like headlight effect, leading me to believe the truck
had special or construction-grade lighting. I later
learned this was only a visual effect, not actual
equipment.
• I specifically asked about interior defects before
purchase. The dashboard was later found to be
peeling—significant damage that was never
disclosed. I picked up the truck after dark, so I
couldn’t see it at delivery. Repair estimates are
around $2,000.
• The truck was sold without a spare tire, which is a
safety issue. The dealership eventually provided one,
but only after repeated follow-ups and escalation.
Despite these issues, the dealership refused to help
with the dashboard repair, citing low profit margins.

Terrible, my sales person James Mills was a complete failure. His sales manager was even worse, Andrew Waters. I was under the impression Mr Mills and i had a deal, but Mr. Waters sold the vehicle to someone else.....my sales guy is All Hat, No Cattle. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership.

They were very helpful and pleasant they worked hard at getting
me a interest rate but was going to be paying to much fir the car
in the long run. I did appreciate how they kept trying to get me in
the car. I really wanted the 2018 Avalon. The dealership just
wasn't willing to go down in price so I could afford the car note
and insurance and still live with my means, as I do have 2 kids in
college and a senior in high school. They were great!
Went above and beyond to help, but didn’t want to negotiate on the price, got me approved but was gonna pay more then my current note. Thanked the sales manager but he blew me off and never responded to my text.

Dealer just want to make a sale. I drove from out of town to buy a vehicle and they didn't have the vehicle cleaned and ready. The car had scratches all around and they offered to biff them out however that should have already been done. The used cars there aren't worth it.

Ran my credit without my approval. Didn’t sign a credit application. Didn’t give verbal consent . Then running my credit wasn’t a question. I was manipulated by giving my Social as the “account#” to my lien holder.

The online sale woman got back with ASAP. Very nice and informative of the sales.
Dealer did not respond to messages from CarGurus. Had to call the dealership myself. Dealership will not honor trade value. Will give you well below trade-value.
Had to reach-out quite a few times for update on numbers when talking about a deal. Car salesman was not very knowledgeable on basic information regarding the vehicle at the dealership.

Patriot Buick GMC has been great throughout my entire car shopping experience. Everyone I encountered was very knowledgeable and professional. They have the best and most reasonable prices.
The team worked hard with me to make a deal. Didn’t but this truck, I instead bought a different truck for a better value. Andrew went above and beyond to ensure the purchase was fair and made the deal happen.

I Saw the car I was interested in and went in the same day, the dealer Steve was helpful, worked with me, even stayed a little late after hours. I won't give it a 5 only because there wasn't a spare tire or key fob. They offered me a random key fob for me to try and program out of my own pocket with a chance that it wouldn't work. But in the end they worked with me to get me one without me paying for it.

The only thing that got this dealership a 3 star rating was the finance guy. He was easy to work with and got us through the process quickly. The sales person responded quickly to our original inquiries. Once we wanted direct answers about the vehicle, the emails became generic "can't wait to meet you" responses. The vehicle we purchased had not been cleaned on the inside or under the hood. It was also missing parts which was not disclosed. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I ALWAYS ask for responses via email because I don't want to
spend a lot of time on the phone talking business over a vehicle I
haven't seen and so that I can document responses and
information to keep everything straight. This dealer couldn't call
me fast enough. Ignored my request for email response. Failing to
follow a simple request from a form is a good indicator of the
experience I should expect were I to have dealt with this

Horrible experience. sales man had no
idea what was going on (Ivan). showed
up on Wednesday to look at a z71 I saw
from the road really liked the truck would
have bought it that day if they weren't
going to close in 10 minutes, Ivan told me
to come back Friday instead of Thursday
because he was not going to be there, he
assured me that the truck would still be
there. He never once told me I could put
a deposit on the truck to hold it or
anything. So I call Friday morning to talk
to him about the price and to tell him I
was on my way, well that was a lie. come
to find out someone put a deposit on the
truck "thursday" and the time limit was
up at 4 on Friday. He said he call me
back at 4, so I said okay and was pretty
upset at this point. I asked Ivan how long
the deposit is good for and he told "48
hrs" so there was actually a deposit on
the truck when I test drove it on
Wednesday and when I found that out I
was pissed, I wasted all that time on a
truck that was basically sold. They ended
up selling the truck on Friday to the
person who put the deposit on it. They
had a really good price on the truck for
the condition it was in. I'm not saying it's
a bad dealership, but if they had another
truck I liked I would not ask for Ivan.

Patriot talked a good game. I explained what I wanted to include
price and payment. Every department I spoke to said it would be
now problem. This all changed when I got ready to make the hour
drive.
I asked tons of questions and the answers I got were snide and
they were not able to get anywhere close to what I said that I
wanted. In fact, the payment was almost doubled. When I told
them that I was disappointed in how this was handled, especially
since we had been working on it for over a week, they got ugly
with me. Their true colors came out.
Make sure you have everything set in stone before you head that
way.
Horrible!!! Car was advertised for $29.991
with 32,477 miles. I drove over 230 miles
to get there and the car had over 40k
miles on it. 8000 miles difference is 5
days?? Can you say False advertising??
The car had trash in the trunk and interior
floor was dirty. The sales person had the
nerve to try and raise the price to $32,000
and then got upset because I offered
lower. Horrible experience with Patriot. I
wouldn't send any business to the Killeen
location.

They had the exact car that I wanted so I made the drive and met
with Stan Carr (his real last name). Be sure you know the internet
price before you go in; the invoice they presented was for $1K
more and I asked them to correct it. It was a great deal and super
easy.
