The vehicle was not worth the asking. Too many repairs were needed. They were willing to do it, but I believed it should have been done before listing the vehicle.

The dealer responded quickly to my inquiry and was helpful about getting me scheduled to come in. However, there seems to be a price transparency issue with this dealership. Online the vehicle was listed for $14,647 I was expecting to come in and inspect the vehicle and pay no more than $1,000 over in taxes and fees, but when I asked the final price I was met with a list of additional fees totaling up to $19k+. Why would you lie on a listing and waste people’s time, just be honest from the get go so people don’t have to waste their time.

I went in trying to look at a car that cost $11,226 and they added on packages stating it would cost me over $15,000 with my $2,000 down payment. They stated they wouldn’t be able to bring the price down.

I drove over a hour and a half to this dealer and talked with manager named Betsy and a salesman named Shane that both knew I was in route. Upon arrival we met the salesmen and took the truck for a test drive. 10 mins into test drive I get a call from Shane saying that someone else was there to look at the truck. I explained to them I was not going feel rushed and that I would bring the truck back and move on if was going to be pressured. 2 minutes later Jonathan a manager calls and explains that I don’t need to be rushed. 2 mins after that Shane calls and tells me truck is sold. Get back to the dealer and Jonathan and Shane won’t come talk. Drive a hour and half and they sell the truck while I am test driving it. BS

The sales person was nice but also super pushy. I explained my situation but he was still trying to upsell me like crazy. Coming from a sales background it was highly annoying especially when I explained that I am paying outright and not a penny more.

Dealer, priced the car well even though the car had been in an accident and had moderate damage fixed but everything was disclosed and posted on the Carfax which the dealer provided at no charge. In this market someone will buy the Corvette even with the accident.

I had great communication with them up until the cars I was interested in began selling off one by one and the one car remaining I put in a request to have financing for no one ever got back with me on the status. I can only guess the vehicle has been sold also.

I was able to speak with someone fairly quickly at first about vehicle and was told car was still be serviced. A few weeks went by with no contact so I decided to follow up with a text. I was then inform the vehicle was being looked at by another customer but was sure the deal would not go through. I again followed up for an update and was then informed the vehicle was still being worked on and they were waiting on a part. Receive an email from their sales manager and I responded with my own indicating my interest for a test drive from home. Never heard back from dealership and found out through an email from you guys that car was sold. We were very disappointed ☹️ with the lack of communication from this dealership. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I am an older guy (64 years old). This car shopping at Ancira Nissan was the worst of the many cars shopping experience I have been involved with. They told me the car I was interested in was going to be waiting for me for a test drive, but when I got there it was in the shop, and they were waiting for a part to finish whatever repair they were doing. Angel, the salesperson told me that if I gave him a deposit he will hold the car for me, and that he will call me once it was out of the shop. I accepted and gave him my credit card for an agreed $500.00 deposit. He came back in a few minutes with my card, but said that the price posted on Car Gurus, and also on the Ancira website was wrong. The new price was over $3,000 higher, and then told me that they can not honored the price that they had quoted me via text message, which was the one listed on their website, and also on CarGurus. Before leaving I talked to a sales manager(Anthony), but he wasn't able to help me. Very disappointed

The car was beautiful, the employees were very welcoming, the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the price negation was very smooth. They made us feel at home. There was no high pressure or pushy sales tactics or unfair pricing. We bought the car for my 18 year old daughter. She loves it!!

We worked with Logan and he was amazing at first. The vehicle we wanted to purchase was just traded in so it was off site getting maintenance, inspection etc. He was supposed to call me back Friday when the vehicle came back in. Never heard from him and it is now Monday. We went and purchased another vehicle elsewhere.

Not good ANCIRA. I was specific about what I was looking for, which was USED VEHICLE ONLY and my budget. When the Ancira people sent me a list of USED vehicles, as I tried to view ANY of them, the link only showed BRAND NEW vehicles!! So, just to be clear, that was from 2 or 3 sales agents and a manager as well!! Totally unacceptable and frustrating.

Called Friday afternoon went over some #'s over the phone picked it up on

Yes, they contacted me about the 2014 Kia Sportage. I went in to see them and took it for a test drive. Rey, the sales guy was very nice! I was disappointed in the initial offer they presented to me regarding my trade in. It was a 2013 Honda Accord LX with 83000 miles on it. They offered me $6,000. I told them that won't work! Another place offered me $7,500 for it. The salesman went back to his manager and he came back with an offer of $7,000. I told him you have to at least match the $7,500. He comes back a third time and says okay, we got you $7,500 for your Honda. The Kia was listed for $14,000. I asked if they could negotiate that price a bit, but they wouldn't. Rey told me his manager said he has no negotiating room. Of course I didn't believe that. Two days after that a service representative called me and asked me how the experience was and I was honest with her. I told her I had to beg and scratch for them to at least match the other offer I was given from another business. I told her I wasn't 100% sure I was going to purchase the Kia Sportage. She called me back and told me she had great news. They came down on the sales price $500 to $13,500. Typical dealer tactics. Overall I was fairly satisfied with my experience but I shouldn't have had to haggle so much to reach the end result.

They sold the car, and did not let me know before my scheduled appointment. I had to call the dealership repeatedly to ask if they'd sold the car, and they still tried to get me in to look at other vehicle after telling them I was not interested in purchasing a Nissan. Pushy sales calls, I am sure Ancira would have took care of me, however those kinds of tactics can scare potential customers away.
