Mike at American Auto Sales did a virtual inspection and drive for me and was very open and honest about the vehicle. I put a small deposit down and then changed my mind about buying the vehicle. He returned my deposit promptly.
When I do buy my next vehicle I will buy from American Auto Sales even though I live in Vermont. It will be worth the drive.
Although they treat me nice, they never called me back to even tell me if financing was approved or not. The day after I bought another car much better and cheaper than that one I was interested in. That car has transmission issues.

Bob came right out introduced himself. Was very friendly and helpful with information. The cars were not different from the listing. I did do a test drive the same day I looked at the car.
The car was very clean. I would recommend American Auto I had a very good experience.

Just purchased a Subaru Forester and can’t say enough about how helpful Bob and Steve were throughout the process. friendly and helpful, but they delisted the car shortly after i test drove it without contacting me or giving me a chance to buy it, even though they said no one was ahead of me in queue to buy it once it was fully prepped for sale

These guys Mike and Stephen were super sympathetic to my
situation and got me taken care of that day. Took literally the entire
day just before I was due to turn in my rental (just in time). I didn't
end up getting either car I had my eye on. One was bought and the
other I ended up not interested in. The Kia I bought seemed pretty
stable. There are a few minor fixes to be done but they're working
with me to get that taken care of at no additional cost. Good job
boys, I hope your Pop is proud of you. :D
