Didn’t go in person but Don contacted me quickly after sending an email, very responsive and I would have liked to have been able to purchase this car, but it was gone.

Joe was very responsive and answered all questions, did a FaceTime video with me, and helped me as a 1st time car buyer from the internet. We did everything via phone, text, and email as he was in Houston, Tx and I was in Nashville, Tn. Joe even lined up a car carrier to get it from him to me. I would highly recommend them as they are not a huge dealership and work with the customer to get them the right car at a fair price.

Honest and fast response

Dealer contacted me saying they had the car, but a deal was pending. They would let me know if the deal fell through and told me $16,980 was the price, 1K lower than asking. A few emails and I was told the pending deal probably wouldn't go through. It was also listed on Ebay. A few more emails went unanswered. Another Ebay auction started and ended at an increased price. One last email reminding I was a cash buyer, wanted the car and was the car available, as I was previously told the pending deal did fall through. I did receive a short answer back, the car would be available in three days. Coincidently, another Ebay auction was listed at an even higher price. I gave up, I felt like I was being lead along as their hopes pended on an ever increasing Ebay price. I did purchase a different car, cash, from a different dealer and couldn't be happier.

Good job but it’s too far to visit

First of all, I was leary of buying a truck on line without seeing it in person first, however I am in Pittsburgh and wanted a 2004 to 2006 double cab tundra with no rust from no rust state, but did not want to travel long distance to see it. The fellow I dealt with, Joe, was very helpful. He answered all my questions quickly, help me navigate the website to the tons of photos including any flaws and undercarriage so I could check for rust and was knowledgeable about tundra trucks and the carfax report questions I had and had the paperwork done quickly without any hassle. The truck description was accurate and when the truck was delivered it was clean and ready to drive. The shipper Joe got kept me informed and told me the night before that the truck would be delivered at 10 am and it arrived at 9:55 am. WOW. I would highly recommend Amazing Motor Cars to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle online without seeing it in person. My personal thanks to Joe.

Joe, was very helpful. Had the car ready when I arrived, test drove it and explained some of the repairs that Amazing Motor Car would take car of. The head liner in the car was warn and coming down. They fixed it before I picked the car up. They were great.

I contacted the dealership about two cars, and was texted almost immediately. Dealer gave the pros and cons of each vehicle I inquired about, and invited me to test drive. I wasn't in a hurry, but know that cars can sell quickly. We made an appointment to test the vehicles, and even though the newer vehicle had more bells and whistles, the lower mileage car ran smoothly, and I ended up purchasing it. So far, so good! Thanks.

I have never been so pleased with a "car salesman" Joe was nothing ahorrnif amazing. He was upfront abiut the vehicle that i was interested in. He actually called me back on a Sunday. I has made plans to have a friend drice me out there on Monday since i was planning on purchasing. My friend had something important come up and had to cancel. When i spoke to Joe and told him what was going on...he immediately offered to pay for an Uber so that i could go out there. He paid for the uber out of his pocket. I bought the benz and love it. I am so happy with my benz and so happy that i bought it from a GREAT dealership. Joe has to be one of the friendliest, honest, hard working, go getter that i have ever met. This man goes above and beyond that of ANY SALESMAN that i have evee dealt with. If you are looking fir a good vehicle and a great deal this is your place. Simply put. Amazing cars...is AMAZING

I was treated very well, the car was just as described. Did not buy due to the bank rule that the car needed to be a year newer. I will contact them in the future for a newer vette.

They contacted me promptly, I appreciate that. The only down side and the reason for not giving 5 stars is they don't do financing and offered no options to help find it on my own. I have never heard of a car dealer not doing financing. Other than that they seem to have great prices on their cars.

Crappy dealership, crappy salesperson. Only care about business not the customer, cars full of huge scratches, pushy as hell, plus they use bait and switch tactics to make people think they are cheap! Dont take your flight or drive hours to this crappy place only to figure out there will be a $1000+ dealer fee! Never mentioned nowhere but inside their little crappy office! Plus other hidden fees! Wondering if all the good reviews are from paid friends! Dont waste your time going there! And go to a real dealership! Who cares about the customer, dont push you, dont lie to u say car is there but was sold weeks ago! And no $1500 hidden fees!! Glad didnt buy from them!

Joseph was very upfront with the complete purchase. Straight forward on the pricing. During our delivery inspection - we found a small issue with a tire - he had the tire replaced and delivered the vehicle to our hotel. And on time. Joseph was great to deal with and I would purchase from him again.

Extremely satisfied with the car advertised by Joe, a 2002 BMW 330 CI, and his willingness to be communicative, available and honest through the purchase process. In addition, Joe stepped forward despite not being legally obligated to do so, as I bought my vehicle “as is,” to come out of pocket and help shoulder the expense of an alternator problem shortly after the purchase of my vehicle. I will forever remain in his debt for this generosity. Despite my review and countless others, there exists one or two rogue reviews on yelp and another website which made paints Joe in an unfair and fees unfavorable light. This is the business of being a seller of used cars as it must be impossible r keep every customer happy and every car as perfect as we consumers would like. These reviews made me more diligent in my dealing with Joe as I am licensed attorney. I bought a car from Joe for my 16-year old new driver. Joe had a Mini-Cooper at a really good price and put a lot of pictures on the site showing all the little issues that used cars typically have. He was very up-front with the descriptions of any problems and when I spoke to him on the phone he was very nice about setting an appointment for me to come see the car. My wife and I went out to Sugar Land to see the car on a Monday afternoon. Joe is a busy guy but he met us at his lot and showed us the car. It was exactly as he had described. The very cute Mini had had some work done on the front and was missing a trim strip, but it ran really well and we were not disappointed in the car. Once we had settled on making the purchase, Joe said he would make sure the car was right and working well before we took it home for our daughter. There was a sensor light warning on the dashboard that he wanted to have accessed by the garage before we could take delivery, even though we had already agreed to the purchase. Joe kept the car for a couple of days because when the garage was working on the sensor they determined the brakes needed some work. Joe had them do this brake work, fixed the sensor, bought the trim piece and put it on himself, and paid for an oil change, just to make sure everything was right with the car before my child began to drive it around. He did all this work out of his own pocket and never once asked me to help pay for any of it, even though we had already agreed to buy the car. Though we paid his full price, it was a price that was several thousand below Kelly Blue-Book value AND Joe did almost $500 worth of work to the car to make sure we were satisfied. During our conversations, Joe mentioned he might be expanding. With his solid business ethics and excellent customer service, this would not surprise me. If you are in the market for a car he has listed online, go see Joe and you will be impressed with the car buying process!

Called back on a sunday

I am a very meticulous when making a pruchase making sure every minute detail is to my satisfaction before committing to a purchase. For 5 painstaking weeks I searched for the right used suv having to deal with one "used car salesmen" after the next. Until finally I came into contact with Joe at amazing cars through a listing of his on car gurus. Not only was Joe courteous and helpful, but he seemed to really have my best interest at heart. After matching me with my perfect vehicle at an affordable price he still looked out for me. After the contract was signed, sealed, and delivered I realized that the AC switch was mal functioning in the vehicle. Usually a dealer would leave you high and dry in this situation, especially since I paid cash, but not Joe. I was in distress over this unforseen problem, but Joe quickly erectified the situation by having the switch fixed, by a reputable mechanic at no cost to me. So now, for the first time after purchasing a used car, I'm not feeling the pain of buyers remorse. Instead because of Joe's actions and the good deal I got on my "new used" nissan armada I feel good about my purchase. I would buy from him again.

This dealer has been very open and honest regarding my inquiries. I would be happy to deal with Joe anytime. Very impressed!
