Terrible communication. Had to constantly badger them just to get them to respond. While admittedly, I did not travel three states away to inspect the car. Personally, I did ask the dealer if everything on the car worked. To which he responded yes. Imagine my surprise when I received the car and the radio does not work, the navigation does not work, and the windshield washer does not work. I would caution anyone: be wary when you deal with this dealer.

Very nice, but the jeep sold right when I started looking into it.
The sales representative rylee was professional he make viewing the car easy and hassle free. My issue was communication. The sales manger only offer debit/credit/zelle/cash for my down payment of 5400. After taking to my bank they to ask for a wire, however I already used my debit card which there was a 200+ surcharge. The manger told me that he could refund me the money then do a wire. Then he decided to change up and say it was policy that they needed to me to wire my down payment before they refund my money to do a wire. I decided just to eat the charge and move on. There was also also a sales person with a dog that had poop in the lobby my wife notified the young lady at the front desk but no one came to pick it up, which was pretty nasty, although the dealership is modeled beautiful. Please be where of this quick flip dealership and do through research before making a investment in them. Im not trying to bash them, I never write reviews, but I wanted to share my honest exper

Everyone was really nice but unfortunately the car was not as advertised on CarGurus. They worked well with me over the phone with negotiating and what not. I told them I had a 4 1/2 hour drive and wanted to be able to come in, sign paperwork, and start my drive back home. When I arrived the car looked great. I thought it was well worth the price we negotiated and the drive. However things were not great..
I never asked for undercarriage photos before coming to pick up the car because I assumed everything was good. Big mistake. I will never assume that again. Before we went in to start paperwork I decided to take a peak and found the frame rusted out. They acted like they had no idea. They tried to play it off like it was just surface rust. It was NOT. I write this review purely for people to make sure they inspect the cars fully before buying and if you’re like me and driving in to make the purchase pleas ask for pictures of the undercarriage or any other areas that aren’t pictured

Absolute concierge service from the beginning to the end. The car was exactly as they described it, and there were no issues. Very pleased with my purchase.
People there was very nice, bur car had several codes, engine light came on next day I contacted them and they said they would have someone call me back but no one did until a few days later, I took the car to a mechanic and the problem fix, it was expensive.

I had to chase them down, which was very unprofessional. They stated that they were
sending it to auction and that there were too many electrical issues.
I told them I was preapproved, and they didn't listen to me. They tried several other
financing options before choosing the one I told them about.
Would NEVER recommend this dealer!

Bought a car, within a week the motor blew up. Was told I had a months warranty from the owner. They kept my car until the last day of my “warranty”. Then told me they would put the motor in but I had to pay for the motor. Waited two weeks while they were looking for new motor. Never happened. I’m out $7,000 and without a car. Thanks Alta auto.

They were great
The tires were all dry rotted all the way around the vehicles literally will not pass inspection. needs a pilot bearing and clutch you can hear the bearing when engaging disengaging it. also a burning wire smell from all the loose things in the engine bay including the ECU not being bolted up. cracked bezel around shifter and broken kick plate in the driver side. miss aligned panels weather strip broken and damaged undercarriage wheel well plastic liner completely destroyed ect. to top it off I got it with half the gas it takes and as dirty as a car could come on the outside and inside. disgusted bu this dealer. BEWARE OF THE SALEMAN BY THE NAME RICO AND THIS DEALER IN GENERAL FOR POOR SALES PRACTICE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

Isaiah was very helpful, very responsive always followed up and did everything possible to try to make a deal work
Associate that contacted me had no knowledge of vehicle questions I had asked and had to take notes on all my questions. Then I had to call them back to get my answers, mainly because his colleague was selling truck while I was prepping to purchase it. Rather he just told me up front they already had someone working a deal on it instead of wasting my time.

We purchased this vehicle and had it shipped to our house. While the communication throughout the process was good, it was of course all lies.
We now have a 30,000 vehicle that does not have air conditioning, the radio doesn’t work, the car did not have gas in it when it arrived, and the check engine light came on day one!
We were told that this vehicle went through extensive inspection! That is alarming.
We did reach out with these concerns, and did not receive any communication back.

Very friendly staff. Jennifer was very professional and friendly.
Was not able to do as website stated and couldn't get me financed. However did manage to put a few hard inquiries on my credit report but I guess that's the process. Wish it have worked out because emails were responded to quickly and had the "EXACT" car I was searching for so had high hopes. Thank you for trying I guess.

Steve provided me with a great experience at Alta. I purchased a 2016 BMW M235i from Alta,
and it is a beautiful car. Well kept and maintained, I have had it for almost a month now. My
usual mechanic was fawning over it! Car runs and sounds amazing. Steve bent over
backwards to make sure I had somebody to be in touch with throughout the process. Highly
recommend!
