we send a 500 dollars deposit we drove to Santa Ana from Ventura county 1:30 to get there and they had already sold the car. even though we had put it on hold. bad service

The customer services were great, all numbers were transparent, and the selection was good as well.

Unfortunately I was not able to go see the.vehicle due to the fact it was not there as carguru and website said. I was told over email it was there. I was about 30 minutes into my drive to go see it. Luckily my wife called to verify that it was there. But it was not. Thank god we called. Never go there. Learned my lesson to call ahead of time

Asked for a price on a Monday -- finally got one back on Friday. $3k+ of extras on a $16k car (over $4k including fees), plus 8%+ sales tax quoted for my 6.625% state. Out the door, $21,400+ on a vehicle listed for $15,999.

SCAM ALERT – Dishonest, Time-Wasting Dealership Called about a 2012 Mercedes E350 listed for $12,777. Lorenzo (financial manager) agreed to $13,800 out the door, so we drove 140 miles round-trip. When we arrived, Lorenzo was a no-show, and the car had a huge tear in the convertible roof. They acted shocked, pretending they didn’t know — which just proves they’re liars. Then they hit us with a $17,900 price, adding $3K+ in bogus “mandatory” options (ceramic coat, anti-theft) we never agreed to. Their own website says they’re optional. After 2.5 hours of stalling, they offered $14,900 — still over the promised price and refused to remove the junk fees. This place baits you with low online prices, then scams you with hidden fees once you show up. Total waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

I came with my sister, and we both felt like we were in good hands the entire time. There was no pressure, no shady tactics—just great service from start to finish. Came look at the car gave me a price then price was changed for about 3000. Sales Man told me he will honor my original price once I was getting ready to go buy it. There was no return phone call.

We made an appointment Sunday August, 18 at 3:00PM, came 40 miles away to look at the car to buy, but they wasn’t there and not open the gates.

Avoid this place at all costs. I came in to see a Chevy Volt and I went and there were nobody except a mechanic who seemed to somewhat help but didn’t know what he’s doing or anything about the car. He later talked to the receptionist who I asked about the car and the mechanic started saying rude comments about me that I was weird for asking about the Volt. The receptionist apologized for the mechanic’s behavior. This place seems to be having some major drama, I’d just stick with corporate dealerships for now.

They, never called but emailed back without offering assistance for my interest in the vehicle. Not, sure if they were busy or what....?

Called the dealership for a test drive in the morning and got a yes that it’s still available. We drove 2 hours to check out the car, did the test drive and then the moment that I got out of the car after the test drive, the vehicle already been sold… They wasted 4 hours of us driving down plus I felt like we were called down just to be a pressure so that they could up sale the other buyer. Definitely not recommend this dealership because integrity is not their thing

Called 2 different times on 2 different cars and they said they cant quote financing or warranty unless you're in the shop? Also said they cant accomodate a 3rd party inspect unless they come to thier shop? They also sounded lime they didnt want to sell tome after they realized I wanted it inspected. Poor customer service and literally waiting for a sucker and no one else.

I've called on this dealership inquiring about a car. They were forthcoming and direct. Their cars are well-photographed and represented with full disclosure. I've not yet purchased a car from this dealer, but his prices are competitive and he's local which puts them on my short list for an inexpensive family third car.
