I would NEVER buy a vehicle from Alpha One Chevrolet Buick in Rockdale, TX. Sales staff were extremely ill equipped and unprofessional. They insulted our intelligence. They were disrespectful to us both, the finance manager interrupted and raised his voice with my girlfriend after becoming upset that we already had financing through a bank, and had disputed a $499 "environmental package" optional accessory fee they tacked on-hoping we wouldn't notice, and didn't tell us about. Ultimately, we decided NOT to buy from them, as they seemed to lack the basic people considerations that one looks for in car sales. They used several underhanded sales tactics, have NO IDEA what customer service should look like, and were utterly disrespectful to my girlfriend and I. For these reasons, I will NEVER buy from this dealership and would adamantly suggest to anyone thinking about purchasing from them to reconsider.

Very pleasant helpful & professional. Could not agree on the overpriced purchase or under value of our trade. Disappointed that we did not make a deal, but staff were excellent and we done and out in a timely manner.

Very professional. Small town dealer. Wasn’t able to help us with our needs. Being in a small town with no competition wasn’t able to haggle. Price was fair all the way around but bigger city’s have more options on helping people get into a car.

Sales guy called me back. He seemed to be fairly honest on the truck and about my potential trade in.

Started our ok, the salesman was nice and professional, but made me feel that this vehicle was not for me. I was led to believe that if he had his way he would work with me, but someone above him thought differently. I was even told that I may want to consider trading down to another vehicle with less features which result in a cheaper truck. Their concern seem to stem around their reputation as a dealership instead of selling trucks.

Reach out to the dealer on a Friday afternoon about the Suburban, the salesman Lee talked me through the truck and it sounded great, meet Lee at the dealership on the following Monday and test drove the truck, it was everything Lee said it was and he was happy to take me through all the options and services that he had done to the Suburban, I made the deal that day and picked it up a few days later, I wish that everyone did business like Lee and Miller Starnes dealership, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend them to everyone !!!!

Great small town feel and assistance was great!

talked to Joan one day, went there next day, looked at 3 different cars, ended up buying one of them. Joan was great, no pressure, no push, very helpful. Everyone we had to deal with was great. If I were to buy another car or pick-up, they would be at top of my list to visit.

Great experience!! Within a day Bobby Conley contacted me and within 2 days we purchased the vehicle. We pulled up to the dealership and we’re in and out in an hour and a half. Thanks to Nathan in financing for accommodating us and making it very easy. Will definitely go back to Miller Starnes !!

The most " I could care less about you after the sale" dealership I've ever been to. Within 2 weeks I've had over $1000.00 worth of repairs and had to take it somewhere else.

Great communication from Joan, but we would have appreciated hearing about the rough interior of the vehicle. We drove 1.5 hours to view this vehicle only to discover vehicle was up on hoist due to check engine light. After it was brought down to view we saw how rough the vehicle had been taken care of. Now we know why there weren't any interior photos online. Lesson learned...buy local and save the gas and aggrevation of a 3 hour round trip.
