Welcome to Aloha Auto Depot. We are a used car dealership on the island of Oahu, conveniently located in Kalihi. Our mission is to serve the people of Hawaii by providing affordable and reliable vehicles. We started back in 2016 and have been working to supply our community with great cars since. Along with cars, our services include trade-ins, military discounts, our unique buy-back program, and long term rentals. Went in to see and test drive a Charger. A
salesman asked if we needed help, we
told him about the car we were interested
in. He went to check to see if it was
available.
My wife walked outside, because he said
the car was in the p/lot. I met my wife out
at the car and another salesman was out
doing a trade evaluation on a car. He
asked if we needed help, we told him we
were interested in the Charger, he laughed
and kept doing his thing. I asked about the
price on a ZL1 Camaro in the showroom.
He rolled his eyes and gave me a
disapproving look like, you can't afford it,
and said it wa $70,000 and that its up on
their website. I told him, i was just on there
and didn't see it.
Anyway, we left shortly there after. It
seemed as if no one had the time to help
us further, or could care less that we were
there to buy, but oh well. I guess they'll
never know. Never judge a book by its
cover.
We went and bought a $60,000 car from
another dealer that day.
C'est la vie. Their loss.

Great team, bought the truck, they actually had to track it down and even helped me with shipping to Hilo Hi. I had very specific requirements for a truck and they got me into exactly what I wanted!

This dealer contacted me but when I went to view the vehicle it was "being serviced." This is despite the fact that I had
previously made arrangement to look at a specific truck. I was then encouraged to "view" another vehicle that was more
expensive than the vehicle I was originally interested in purchasing. Overall, very unproductive and wasted my time.

Amazing Dealership, we live in a different area so the deal was completely on the phone, but, the people there were kind and honest and was willing to work with us even not being able to be there in person. They handled the shipping, paperwork and contacting bank very very well and it took a ton of stress of my shoulders. Top notch people for sure

Advised sales person that Cargurus reflected a lower price: reduced by $1,000. He claims that
their record did not reflect that and that it is going for the stated original price. I also asked to
confirm that there was a backup camera. He said no as sometimes it puts up general information.
I was put off as it made me thing what else is incorrect. Sales person was polite but did not offer
anything that made me want to buy the truck

I spoke with the dealer rep. He was very friendly and informative. He discussed the vehicle and it's condition. Because of the distance I was not able to view the vehicle. As far as customer service, they answered all mt questions

So wonderful honestly, bought my MAZDA3 hatchback from them earlier right before they closed for the day and they were still excited and respectful even though I can elate due to work, would definitely buy another car from them again if I ever need one!

Quick, fair and professional.
I traded my car in for a fair price to them and purchased my truck for a very fair price. The truck needed some love but now it looks and drives great! I cut them a check and 4 days later I had the title in my hand and a week after that they mailed me the registration. They Communicated consistently with me and were very prompt with both questions that I had. 5 out of 5 would recommend on yelp.
