The car got sold before we had a chance to see it. However the sales person tried to be helpful and recommended another manual transmission car for us but u unfortunately it wasn’t a match.

They got back to e when I had questions on this vehicle. I ndid not purchase a vehicle from them because the vehicle I was looking at already had a deposit on it.

They seemed to deal with me in good faith and in a timely fashion. I thought their product was overpriced for an older car and we could not meet on an agreeable middle ground. So for $300 on a $15,000 car, I will not continue with them. I did leave the ball in their court if they want to follow up and close the deal.

I call on a Monday made an appointment for Thursday morning when I went there the price had changed on the vehicle It’s was 13497.00 it went back to 15997.00 I was told that was the price was the price I was looking at 3 Explorers that day. He was the first one. What a waste of time. !!!

Every one I dealt with was both knowledgable and very friendly. We dealt with Eugene, who took us for a test drive and sasha and Alex to do the paper work. They let us take the vehicle to a mechanic at, USA Speedy Auto and tire center, to look it over and it is in very good condition. They were also great and did a very good job looking over the car for any problems. We are very satisfied and would go back if we ever need another car.

Ali, Sasha and Alex have been phenomenal during the process of buying my car and correcting the few items of concern. Alex seems exceptionally skilled with repairing the complex systems of the Mercedes line. Sasha is skilled with financing and closing the deal. Ali is definitely a people person and has gone above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience. I saw some negative ratings on Yelp but those are subjective and I feel inaccurate and unfair. Dealing with Alliance has been a great experience so far.

Alliance Motor Group had the vehicle that I had been searching for months to buy. Tony, the salesman, was Incredibly helpful. He worked diligently to help me buy the car that I was dying to own. Hello, I went car shopping at Alliance Motor Group last Monday to look for a BMW. I was greeted by Tony, who showed me around and guided me through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he answered very question of mine. Nowadays, its commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do a good enough job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. Was contacted by a guy named tony, he told me the car was available. I sent him an offer that was definitely lower than he would approve and so he told me the car was sold 3 days ago and the new owner would come to pick it up last week. The car is still listed on the website and on CarGurus so I am assuming he’s just a liar, if the sales staff can’t handle inquiries from interested customers than how can you really trust the dealership at all.
