During the process of purchasing of a chosen vehicle, communication STOPPED. We agreed upon a sale price on a vehicle. We even filled out a credit application, they ran our credit reports. Then, no more emails, no phone calls retured! We later got notification from CarGuru of the car already sold. It would be more professional for the dealer telling us that they are unable to sell us the car instead of ghosting us.

Overall it was a good experience. Salesman was very professional and amicable; The financial mgr was also very professional and helpful. The only negative issue I have to mentioned is the fact the the vehicle windshield had a total of 4 ROCK CHIPS , one of them is very large, I didn’t notice them during the test drive and the sales team never mentioned it to me. I only discovered the damage until I had the vehicle in my driveway.

Really warm and good customer service. The staff was nice and sales manager Phill exceeded my expectations. He took me on the test drive and very knowledgeable on the car. He helped me get a good deal on the Genesis G70 3.3t. Also, the G70 is really nice with all the tech and features, and not to mention the twin turbo. Overall good experience from a top tier Hyundai dealer.

I honestly had a pretty horrible experience at this dealership. Firstly, there were very few, if any, COVID-19 protocols being taken to protect both customers and employees. When I walked in, the employees were not wearing masks, there was no hand sanitizer. I felt very uncomfortable throughout my whole experience here because of this. When it came down to the car I was looking at, the salesman was extremely pushy and was constantly trying to confirm if I would be purchasing the car every free moment he had. I kept needing to inform him that I was looking at this time, and needed to think more about committing before moving forward. I asked about financing and after talking to his manager, the salesman told me he had a "struck a great dead" on a loan with 9% interest..... 9%!!!! My credit score is excellent, so there's really no explanation as to why the interest would be this high. I ended up walking way because of all of this and would not suggest this place to anyone.

No evidence of cleaning or social distancing. Car was filthy- made an appointment and the salesman took out another client. Price was high. I ended up purchasing new from Subaru. Will not go back to Hyundai for anything.

Made arrangement to see the car and drove from Folsom, Cal. Worked with Amy after I viewed the car and liked it. Had financing and drove it home. Happy with the color of Imperial Blue.

Yes wrote them that I am interested in above mentioned car but they sold it . I was in all star Hyuindai in tne morning 1.21.18 and car was sold 1.20 18 8n the evening, so I checked avalability morning on the All star Huinday.com and CarGurus it was still there , I came there driving over 60 miles but as you know they have sold car.

Tried to buy this vehicle "new" at regular MSRP. 100 miles I guess would be ok but 4K and on the lot in the sun for over 240 days. I would have bought it if they were willing to price vehicle accordingly.

Wow... What a rip off.! Now they're claiming they are Antioch Hyundai not Antioch Dodge. Before letting them know I saw the truck on CarGurus they told me the price of this vehicle was $18,999. I told them it probably wasn't worth more than 10,000 dollars and laughed. The salesman said... well you can make an offer. I told him no thanks. I wasn't really paying full attention to the ad until I got home (which said $13,999 ) and also saw they're claiming this jeep was a Rubicon however it is not. If it was a Rubicon their number at 13 9 would have been a fair deal except the brakes or bad on this vehicle. I know this because I did a test drive which for the first time ever I was told exactly where and how to drive the vehicle... LOL don't do this it's not recommended. Take the vehicle where you want how you want so that you can see what it's capable of or here a problem that may not reveal itself. I emailed the internet manager and told him of my findings and then he did not have a Rubicon for sale and made an offer of $9,999 . he basically shrugs shoulders and said we don't care apologized for my bad experience and rejected my offer. I feel sorry for whoever bought this vehicle because they paid way too much. There should be a watchdog for deceptive advertising like this. Unfortunately after writing this review they will know who I am and probably will not be welcome back. Not to say I would go back knowing anyone would be treated that way. I know used cars salesmen are generally tricky Dickies trying to eke out a living by tricking people into buying something for more money thus increasing their commission however this one takes the cake. I searched for a Cadillac Cts for a month. I went to several dealerships and this by far was the worst. I drove over a hundred miles just to find out the car wasn't the way it was pictured. They had removed the Cadillac wheels and replaced them with 22inch aftermarket low profile. When I test drove it the salesman told me not to drive on the freeway because it was to bumpy and I wouldn't get the true experience. Excuse me but when I'm driving it I don't plan on not going on bumpy freeways. That's one of the reasons people buy Cadillacs. Because of the smooth ride that this car would have had if they had the right wheels. Besides that they were 1600.00 above blue book and they wouldn't budge. My advice to other people is don't waste your time.

This dealer gave me the run around and couldnt answer any of my question. The gentleman I spoke with also couldn't remember me or conversation we had just the day before. Horrible!

After having called the prior day and had been told the car would be brought up front for viewing, not only wasn't it, but the car wasn't clean. I test drove it and nearly gagged on the Lysol they sprayed all over the interior to cover up the dog odor. A additionally the interior was left wet from the disinfectant spray, there were dog hairs throughout the car and the exterior was dirty as we'll. Bad impression left on this buyer.
