I had a pleasant buying experience with All Star Ford Lincoln. I first contacted them
through CarGurus and they responded quickly, politely, and efficiently. I live about an hour
away from the dealership so I didn't want to fool around. Everyone I encountered at the

Expressed interest in the SHO, talked with dealer and let them know that it would be a couple of weeks before I could get to the dealership, emailed copy of title for trade in and ran a credit check which was good. I took a hard hit to my credit rating only to have the car sold before I could get there. For anyone wondering, that's the equivalent of about $50 a month added to your car payment if you have your credit run again at another dealership for another car.

The person I spoke to over the phone gave me a trade-in range on
my car of $13500-$15500, depending on the condition which was
close to excellent in my opinion. When I went to dealership, their
final offer on my car was $13009. Their excuse was that the truck
they were offering was reduced so much they could not give me
any more for my trade. This sounds like car dealer rhetoric to me. They also used
NADA to show the value of their truck but used KBB when they
showed me how much mine was worth. To me, this is deception.

I was told it was available for me to come check it out. A 2 hour drive to dealership found out it had been sold days before. No accident reported on truck but I could see where the bed of truck drivers side in front of rear tire had been bondo and painted.

Friendly staff...tried to overcharge for what they were selling. Typical “sales” mentality...one side of the dealership had no communication with the other. I set up an appointment to look at a vehicle and they had no idea I even showed up...
I made a reasonable offer and they all but laughed...
Nice but not what I’d call “straight shooters”... in other words, typical car salesmen...

This dealership failed in every way. Went there on a Saturday to try & get this car. The dealership didn’t want to work with me at all on the price and told me to have a good weekend. I texted the head of the sales department and never heard back. Now the car is still sitting there with a price drop that is lower then what I had asked for. Don’t waste your time.

Vehicle was clearly not as described in the images on the website.
Pictures on the site were taken at the time of certification and offering for
sale.
I was offered a "discount" on the vehicle, from $29,955 to $29,455. The
vehicle was priced on their website and the Ford CPO website at
$28,855!!!!
After the vehicle had pictures taken and its certification the vehicle was
used as a loaner and is now riddled with scratches, scuffs, and even
minor dents. I asked the salesman before driving 1.5 hours to see the
vehicle if it did have any blemishes and he assured me the vehicle was in
top notch condition.
After talking with the pre-owned manager he offered to fix the a big
scratch using a paint pen, which was clearly down to the metal and about
three inches long and quite large for the paint pen to tackle in a
reasonable manner, the scratch needed to be filled first and painted over.
The vehicle was not washed, and not vacuumed, though i had made an
appointment previously to see this specific vehicle.
Conclusion... all LIES and a major waste of time.

Multiple contacts made with dealer. Internet sales lady was great. Made 3 hour trip to dealer with intentions to buy and was thoroughly insulted by the sales staff. This vehicle indicated prior damage during my inspection; but carfax did not show a "reported" incident. Then we were ridiculously "low balled" on our trade option; after being assured they would use KBB as their guide. My KBB print out showed 3k. They offered $750. (mine had minor scratch damage on front passenger side from a scuff "front end wreck" as shown by carfax) (not like we were trying to hide it!) #dontwasteyourtime (BTW...Bought a brand new one for 1100 more than we were willing to pay for this unit.)

spoke with dealer for a week ,went and test drove the truck had a agreement that they would take it to a third party for inspections that I would pay for ,and if it checked out I would purchase ,over the week end they decided to sell it at the auction ,went back on there word ,sounds fishy to me ,not the way you would expect a dealership to act, very unprofessional and disappointing.

I emailed and even spoke with the internet sales person and was
told the vehicle I was interested in was still there and available for
sale. We drive there about sixty miles and are told they don't have
the car! It was and had been missing and they didn't even know if
it was sold or not. The used car manager tells a salesman to
deliver the news to us instead of doing so himself. The whole
experience was a failure from top to bottom! Never again!!!!!!!!!
