The salesman didn't seem to really want to sell a truck. I asked a few questions and looked at one on the lot but it was right at closing time so he told me to text him if I had any questions. The next day I text him with a few questions and he never really returned a text with any info. I will be buying from a different dealership

Dealer responded to all my questions and provided additional pictures of the vehicle to supplement limited pics online. Email communication generally 1-2 days

total scam....was told vehicle had been sold....yesterday I got a notice from you tthat there has been a price reduction on the same vehicle....

They called. I already had an appt to see a car in Tulsa. I told them if I didn't make a deal, I'd call them back the next day. They were respectful and professional.

Couldn't come to terms with manager... A lot of dealers are listing the price of their cars with all rebates included.... knowing your won't qualify for most of them... and after contacting them they can't give you the car for the amount that they are advertising them.... they said all dealers are doing it... but that isn't true.

Answered within 10 hrs. Gave all info asked of them. Invited me in (1.5 hrs away) to test drive. No discussion of $$$ - which I think is a MUST when driving more than 50 miles to view a car. I'll call again & push harder for bottom line pricing. Thanks, Lisa

They sent a response to my question but didn't even adress the question in the response.

they called me in a reasonable amount of time but was to far from me to get there.

Drove to hours to buy a vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told they couldn't find the keys, and the battery was dead. After almost an hour, the manager came to me and said he was sorry but they still couldn't find the keys but if I wanted to come back the next day they would have it ready. Told him I was not coming back the next day since it's two hours each way for me. He told me they would put it on a trailer and deliver it to my house on Monday, to which I agreed. I got a call on Friday and was told that it had miraculously thrown a rod while they were driving it around the lot. I got online and started looking for a different vehicle, when I saw the one I had tried to buy listed on a couple of sites with the price raised. I wish they had just told me they changed their mind. I won't be doing business with them at all now.

I called for more pictures and information and never received anything. I called and emailed asking if I could get something back, only to receive an email later from them saying that I never responded to them. Not one call came my way. Not helpful.

Takes forever for them to get back with you. Called on a truck said they would call me back within an hour never called me back

great people to deal with . nice and friendly. worked with us until we both were happy on the deal ' would purchase another vehicle from them.

Not satisfied with initial visit called about a particular car before I got there. The car was not there

terrible I emailed them multiple times got no responses about the car I was interested in and out of know where the schedule a day to meet without discussing it with me.

Dealer responded promptly, but was at a distance from my home. Probably a good dealer for those in the Muskogee area. I wasn't interested in making a long distance trip, and decided to purchase a van locally.
