Had a really positive experience with these guys. Very nice from the first encounter after I reached out to ask about a car I was interested in. They were prompted in providing me with videos since I was out of state. They answered all of my questions and concerns. My husband and I went down to check out the car and test drive. We liked it and thought we got a fair deal for the car. It was a very easy process.

Drove 2 hours to get the car. Got there and the car was dirty. Not that big of a deal... Got it and on the way home the tpms light comes on. Go to wash the windows and wipers were garbage. Half the wiper wasn't even in tact . Exhaust rattles and takes 2 people to open the fuel door. close the passenger door the mirror falls out. Engine ticks when cold. I didn't expect perfection but I wasn't expecting to stick money into it before I even got home. Sold as is so I'm stuck and it's my loss. Extremely disappointed.

Truly amazing dealership! If you’re looking for a place reliable and trustworthy you should come here! Joe is a very friendly owner and his staff is welcoming as well, brought us with a great deal and they even filled up the gas and prepared the car for us on the house! They take great care of their cars and detail the interior to look like-new! They even provide you with instant vehicle registration so you can buy the car and take it home all in one day, and no hidden fees like some other shady dealerships. Overall got all our questions answered, great hospitality, great service, and prices that are worth it, would come again. (I’d like to thank Marvin as well for assisting us with a test drive and answered with no hesitation in checking out the car in every aspect, he even straightened out one of its keys for us with no additional charges!)

Experience buying was great. After the papers were signed, the service ended. Received the vehicle out of state and it had several issues, all could've been taken care of with minimal effort before the sale. We apprised Ali of our issues and never heard back. Beware buying unseen.

It appears that they primarily source their vehicles from auctions, and unfortunately, there is no mechanic on site to inspect them. We test drove a vehicle that had noticeable transmission issues, with the transmission shifting poorly. I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution when considering a purchase from this dealership.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I live an hour away and was interested in a very specific car. The Ali Luxury Motors team took care of every question, provided all the information I needed and made the purchase incredibly simple. Car is awesome and their service matches, highly recommend!

Called to see if vehicle was still available. Called and they were going to close before I would of arrived..They waited a half hour after their closing time..Car was very clean..Drives nice..I am driving and checking out a couple of the same vehicles. Danny and Joe are very nice guys..No pressure to buy the car even though I am very interested in vehicle..Will keep in touch and maybe go back and purchase vehicle
