Pretty discouraged after attempting to deal with these guys. I had no less than 5 different sales people get back to me from my one initial inquiry. I ended up asking the same questions to each person but NO ONE followed up with any answers… Each time I’d try to call, I’d only get voicemail which was left unreturned. I have dealt with other dealerships remotely but these guys left me wondering if they were actually a legitimate Alfa Romeo dealership. Very disappointing.

I sent an email of interest via the app and received a response back that the car had been sold earlier in the day prior to my email. They should have immediately removed the car from Car Gurus instead of waiting the entire weekend to do so, so that people like me wouldn’t have wasted our time. Besides that the reply was courteous.

This dealership was awesome to work with! They contacted me and I said I was interested, saw that it was going to
be a 3 hour drive round trip for me to get there, so they did all the paperwork they could in advance and HELD the
vehicle for me. There was actually someone that came in to look at it the day before I was scheduled to head down
there and they told them it was sold. I can't thank them enough--I'm so incredibly happy with the vehicle. It is exactly
what I wanted!

I did not have a good experience with this dealership. Car had no wheel
lock key. Refused to provide one or pay for one ($15) even though I paid
full price for the used car, plus very high processing fees. With their so-
called over 100 point inspection, you would think they would know there
was no wheel lock key. Took me nearly a month to get a title for the car,
The used car manager is very aggressive before the sale, but afterwards
hard to contact or get a return call or message from him.
Car was sold to auction prior to me arriving. I wrote a not so friendly review of
my experience and Imran (the GM) called me directly. Needless to say we
came to terms on an even better model and I could not be happier with how I
was treated. I am a firm believer in second chances and this dealer nailed it. I
would recommend this dealership.

From the initial contact of my internet inquiry to signing the final paperwork, Maserati of Tyson’s provided excellent customer service along the way. Ben and Drew were exceptional in representing the Maserati brand. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Maserati, Alfa Romero or Fiat.

Very prompt in their follow-up. Sales manager Ben was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Dealer allowed me to drive the car “as long as I liked” to get a feel for the vehicle. No pressure sales tactics whatsoever. They were open and transparent about my trade in value and what they could do on the new car in terms of incentives/discounts. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in an Alfa Romeo or a Maserati.

Wonderful people at this dealership. Brittany contacted me and we set up an appointment. Then Sal the manager called to make sure I was all set and to see if he could answer any questions. I met with Sami who made buying this car almost fun!! Both Sal and Sami made my family feel taken care of and the Mazda was everything I expected with no surprises. I love my new car and I will definitely be looking to these guys when I need my next one.

Drove to the dealership on Sunday from Raleigh NC, Very professional team, answered every question I had about the vehicle, made the whole process as easy as buying candy from the local grocery store.

HORRIBLE! The made an appointment for me to see the 2012 Dodge Durango i was interested in.They informed that the 2012 Durango I was interested in would be transferred to their location from another location however, when I arrived on the appointment day the manager informed me that the vehicle would not be coming and would not be transferred. I more than likely would have bought the vehicle if I had seen it in person. Too bad for them they lost a definate sale.
