Michael Kane was a kind hearted professional who communicated well with helping me navigate the process. I purchased the car with ease. The finance terms were transparent and they went out of their way to make sure that my trade in was reasonable. I highly recommend this dealership. Be sure to review all of the paperwork so that there are no misunderstandings.
They told me the car was available, then when I got there they told me it wasn’t. They then tried to sell me something else that I wasn’t interested in. The car salesman knew nothing about the car. Then they texted me a week later and asked if I was still interested in a Stelvio which is not the vehicle I was looking for. It’s laughable how awful my experience was with this place. I have never been to a more disorganized dealership.

It was a complete waste of my time. The vehicle was not there when i arrived and they knew that I was coming a distance. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. I have been in the auto sales field before and was embarrassed for the profession.
Should have walked out after 6 hours of being there when the apr rate and monthly payment that we shook hands on changed when it came time to sign the documents. Felt as if my family's time was not valued at all. Owning the car for 1 week, my family was left stranded for 3 hrs on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck because the car would not start. Contacted the dealership 5 days ago, and I'm still waiting for a response. Horrible business, horrible customer service. Their priority was a sale, not customer satisfaction

Good buying experience. Staff is professional and patient. My friend purchased a Chevrolet Impala from here that was advertised on CarGurus. Dontae, our salesperson was extremely informative and helpful with our decision making process. Straight forward with pricing, no hidden fees or changes from what was advertised. Negotiated a fair deal for the Impala and we were satisfied!

Dealership was great. I love the truck.
I was contacted by a salesperson at Maple Shade. Some of their emails wound up in my spam box, but the price they quoted me was too high to be of interest anyway. After recontacting the dealer about the Giulia, they claimed the incentive they had had before had "expired" and I explained to them I wouldn't have wanted the car at their price point anyway. I had simply contacted them again to see if they'd be willing to drop the price further.
I then received a call from their salesperson who, frankly, left a really bad taste in my mouth. He said if I could find the car I wanted for the price I was talking about (which, I've gotten pretty close SEVERAL times) then I should just go ahead and buy it. Honestly, after the way I was talked to, I don't think I'd buy a car from this dealership if they DID have the price I wanted.
Would not recommend. If this is what they treat you like before you buy, I can't imagine what the experience would be like after you made the purchase.

I went to look at a FIAT and was shown an Olive green one. I liked it and came back on Monday with a check from my Mom to buy the car. They wouldn’t take the check. It was from a very reputable bank. But they wanted a chashiers check of cash but I couldn’t do that. Then they wanted a copy of her license and then they changed their mind and wanted her to fill out paper work. Then the owners left us and came back again and told us their rules need them a cashiers check or cash. Hmmm if you wrote the rules you can change them. And through all of this they were rude and put down the gentleman who gave us the test drive. It was very upsetting. We were there for two hours and I was done. I left and my husband got back the check. They had driven me to tears out of the worst treatment. Another person came out to talk to us after having a cigarette to say he was having a bad day too. And that all of this is just the rules. I cannot believe I was treated this way.

Fiat of Maple Shade responded to my inquiry very quickly. I was able to schedule my appointment within a few days. I even needed to change my time and they were accommodating. As soon as I pulled into the dealership the car I inquired about was waiting for me to test drive. Everyone was welcoming as they all are in most dealerships. I didn't feel out of place walking into Fiat of Maple Shade. Felix who was at the front desk at the time made me feel very comfortable. Victor ( Salesman ) was very helpful and informative. Victor definitely made sure I was able to walk away with exactly what I wanted.
I should have read the other reviews before wasting my time going to this dealer. They have the same vehicle advertised on multiple sites for 27,595 Yet when you get to the dealer they try and play the payment game hiding the cost of the vehicle. Anyone that knows second grade multiplication will realize they are playing games and have no intentions of selling the car for their advertised price. When pressed it was finally revealed that the actual price was 33,995 because "fees" according to the sales manager. As i was leaving i was told by the sales manager , and i quote " if it was 27,595 it would already be in my driveway" . Stay classy.

the salesman who got in touch with me didn't know anything about Alfa Romeos. He told me how well the car I was interested in was selling. A simle Google
search of monthly sales of Alfa Romeos is terrible . Also there have been quality problems which the salesman wouldn't admit. There are instances when the car
broke down driving from the dealership. I would only buy from this dealership if they had the best price. I would get warranty work done at a different dealership

It was a great experience with customer service. When I arrived at the dealership I received fast service. I purchased the car and my salesman Kristian Ramos was very efficient and considerate. The general manager Felix listened and offered me the best deal he could. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Extremely Poor. After the test Drive the dealer raised the price by $5000
from internet/CarGurus Quoted price. It was a total waste of time and
money (gas + toll).

Dealership did notify me that the car online is now at $7,000 the window sticker was never updated the price on the window was $8,000 bought car and was very upset that the price was never updated I feel that this was very dishonest

Advertised a $21,995 price, after two hours came back with $23,995. They attempted to jack up price with a "dealer fee."
A waste of time dealing with these folks.

Terrible experience they did not want to honor the price stated. They tried to up charge the price by $2900. 4 hours in the show room. They tried to explain this price was only a teaser to get you to the dealership. We were ready to play in traffic blind folded than to spend any more time there. Only after getting up to leave did they agree to the price they quoted. Never again at this dealership. Look out for that $595 car wash they charge. So called dealer prep. Avoid unless you like torture.

I don't know how it works in New York
but I can assure you there is inherent risk
and problems with that scenario

Extremely upset with this dealership. First they are very
aggressive with texting and trying to get you to buy the first
visit. They gave a very good deal and did everything to get
me to buy that night. After several hours I told them I would
think about their deal and come back in the day when I had
more time to spend and see other available cars. They
promised me they had plenty more used minivans I was
interested in and we would talk more about the deal they
proposed. I came back (being texted allot in between), and
waited quite a time. When they finally got to me they had no
other cars in the range or style I wanted., even though they
raved about how much they had. When I said let's talk
about our deal with the first car they acted like they never
gave that price. When they finally admitted to making the
deal they told me that was a mistake and they could not
honor it. Really! After two days and hours of dealing with
their dealing.
I should have known from the lady going off on them about
the same thing when I first walked through the door. They
apologized about her ranting and assured me it was
because she was a little off. I don't think so.

I was socked @ the offer they made - added prep charge to car price and with my trade in I would pay about the price of $19,000. This did not make any sense.
