Unfortunately they wasted 1/2 a day talking with us about logistics (shipping car out of state, etc) to only in the end decide they were not actually selling the vehicle, stating instead they were keeping it for use at their dealership. Very annoying experience

First off the response time after sending an enquiry about the mustang was quick. Provided all the info and answers I needed through email. This was my first time useing a bigger dealership. The facility was very nice and clean. Jason, the sales representative I worked with was knowledgeable and polite. The car was clean and as stated. Was able to bring my family on the test drive. Due to the vehicle being a 2013 mustang the bank wouldnt finance it for 31,245 with out a huge down payment. Even with good credit. It was very close to a five star experience. I'd give 4.5 if I could. They lost a half star for the no call back the next day. Even though I wasn't expecting it, I was told the main guy might be able to work something out and would call me the following day. I was cool with the way it ended lol......didn't need the extra. Thanks guys for an easy experience, and I hope no one gets upset about the review, I'd still buy a vehicle from yall, just didn't have anything momma liked.

This car is everything we were looking for. People were nice. We found this car at 11,500 when we drove the hour and 15 minutes to get there we were told it was 12,500. When it was all said and done we got the car. And were only $400 more than we wanted to with all the fees and taxes.

Alderman Automotive was very responsive to my questions. The only problem is that I was required to have a trade-in vehicle and finance through that dealer in order to obtain the internet quoted price for the vehicle in question.I had no trade-in and had already provided my own financing,

Alderman responded rapidly when contacted. I had conflicting information from them, as I pursued setting an appointment to see the vehicle, turns out the car was loaded and sent to a Florida dealer the day I had set an appointment to see the vehicle. They wholesaled it right out of their inventory when they had a very high potential buyer right in front of them. They averaged out the curve for sure.

Vehicle was priced on your site for $13,500 but they told me $14,500 in person. When I asked why is there a difference I was told because you get $500 if you have a trade in plus you get $500 if you finance thru them. Sales manager seemed fine to work with until I asked a couple questions.shady place very shady

Called the dealership and asked the rep who answered the phone if he was knowledgeable on a particular vehicle; he tells me yes. I wanted to know the specifics of an accident this particular vehicle was involved in, as Car Gurus flagged the vehicle as being in one. The rep started stumbling over his words and told me it was in the description (it was not). I asked if they had the Carfax report on hand then was put on hold for 5 minutes. When he came back he stated the accident was “very minor,” which obviously didn’t answer my question. At this point it was clear that the dealer WASN’T knowledgeable on the vehicle like he said, or was trying to hide something. Either way they lost a potential sale and repeat customer. Thank you Car Gurus for bringing some transparency to this market.

Horrible experience AFTER I left the dealership. I was constantly texted and harassed about buying a vehicle I had looked at. Inappropriate messages sent to me through text and they continued to argue with me on why I felt uncomfortable doing business with them. Would not recommend anyone (especially young women) going there.

Alderman automotive was quick to get back with me to make a sell. I drove 1 1/2 to see/purchase the car.. things were going good until I got into the finance managers office and I refused to get the extended warranty he wanted me to get ... he started getting an attitude, reintegrating constantly what a mistake I was making. After me not getting the extended insurance he lead me to believe that the GAP, road hazard, and anti theft was included in the sell of the car.. this is considered a slide deal...I also contacted dealer via email to find out where the car mats were with no response. I ended up having to drive back an 1 1/2 to dealership to sign Release forms to remove the slide deal charges they put in the contract..had to deal with the same finance manger and as you can imagine the negative attitude and constant reminder of my bad decision to remove these charges.

Got right back with me, and are on the lookout for the exact car I am looking for.

Great communication. Requested info regarding the truck during the week, and was emailed back within an hour. I talked to rep Zahid Kahn immediately after. I set up an appointment Saturday morning, test drove the truck and negotiated a deal that afternoon, buying a truck that was thoroughly cleaned with a full tank of gas. It was a very smooth transaction with no pressure to buy. Alderman Automotive is a top notch used car dealer that presents a new car atmosphere with a very nice facility and a quality inventory.
