Dealer replied to initial inquiry but would not respond further. Very disappointing.

Albany Sales force lied to us telling us the Sonata was on lot ready to test drive. NO SONATA HYBRID ON THE LOT.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dax, the young man who I worked with, answered all my questions or immediately found out anything he didn't have an answer for. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision, everything just flowed at whatever pace I was comfortable with, overall I didn't feel stressed by the experience. I also received a call the next by the manager to see if I had any questions. I would certainly recommend this dealership and their team.

Since I was the first to inquire I was given first opportunity to purchase. Salesman Dex was personable and very helpful, actually drove the car 45 minutes from Albany to Eugene to my mechanic’s shop for inspection. Despite much interest in the vehicle the original price was honored. The vehicle was well detailed and as represented in the add. I couldn’t be happier!

Don’t bother with this place. Their online ad failed to mention all the damage the truck we were interested in had sustained. Very low budget dealership. Even talked to the internet sales manager before we drove 45 minutes to see the trashed truck. He failed to mention any of the damage the truck had. This place is a pass!

Dax contacted me via email right away. Set up an appointment for a test drive, ended up purchasing a vehicle for a good price. Smooth, easy transaction and a pleasure doing business there. Very friendly and helpful staff!

They were terrible would not recommend them they did not tell the truth They said they had the truck detailed it was filthy dirty no running boards as shown on their pictures and kept messing up the paperwork.

I dealt with Jon through phone/email and with Martin in person to close the deal. Both were great to work with. I drove down from Portland after work and ended up getting to their lot later than I said I would. Martin and a few others stayed late to make sure I had a chance to get the truck I was interested in. They quickly worked with me on my trade-in and I felt like we made a fair deal due to the truck already being reasonably priced. This was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've ever had. The truck looked just as good in person as it did online and most importantly, it has been running strong without any issues. I love the truck and would like to say thanks again to Martin and crew for helping me get a good deal. Also, seeing how they have priced my trade-in, I know that they are not putting huge markups on their used vehicles. I would definitely buy from Mark Thomas again.
