Had a really great experience working with John. He was familiar with the individual car, gave me as much time as I wanted to look at it. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. When we negotiated the car, it was great; they were not pushy with add-ons, listened when we declined things we didn't want. Was the best of my recent car dealer experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to come look at a car they have if they have something you want.

Great experience overall! Alex was really nice and knowledgeable. And Gavin in finance was awesome. Wasn’t pushy about any of the upsell options. A very mellow and not stressful experience across the board.

I just had a few quick questions (Did the rear windows go down all the way? (No), what was the distance between the wheel wells behind the rear seats in the cargo area (approx 40”), and did the rear seats have heat (no answer but checking on line they do)). They did reply the next day.

First, the description was wrong: it said “Shoreline Blue Pearl” but the photo and the car are black.
Second, they tried to tell me that the price is $4-5000 more thaother listed Highlander XLE hybrids of the the same years with lots fewer miles on them due to all the features of this car. Maybe there description is again wrong but the descriptions on line are essentially identical. No matter as I have no interest in a black car

My experience was very straight forward. I knew which car I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I dealt with Devin and he was very knowledgeable about all of Mazda’s line and was not pushy. No hard sell. I would not hesitate to buy here again or send my friends. I feel I got a great deal on the exact CX-5 I wanted.

this dealership had the vehicle I was looking for. I went ahead and submitted an online line app. This was on a Monday. I had to write them a second time to get a response which was Thursday. Once I got a response I told them I would like to come up the next day to get the car. I gathered the down payment and was about to leave to go get the car car when the sales rep Devin wrote me and informed me the had another customer looking to buy the car and would let me know if the sale fell thru. Mind you I already had my credit ran for this car. Atl the sale didn't go thru so Devin wrote me and set an appointment for the next day. As I was getting ready to leave the next day he wrote me and said someone else was thinking of buying the same car. Long story short they sold the car from under me and I now have multiple hard hits to my credit report. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to a enemy!

I also Happen to know that Devin did not even sell the car. I am sure he was disappointed that someone sold it before he could. Alan Webb is a first come first serve when it comes to our used inventory and we have to take the customers that are in front of us.

Nice, friendly and not pushy!!
The best car buying experience I've had so far. We'd been shopping for
a few months, with various degrees of service, but Alan Webb Mazda
was hands down the best all around. No contest. I'm middle-aged, and
my fuse is really short when I feel pressured, so car buying was
something I truly dreaded. What I experienced was the antithesis of what
I was expecting. Jose G., was a class act from the get-go. He was
knowledgeable about the product, and allowed us to really get the feel for
the car. I say this, because most of the test drives we'd taken at other
dealerships were around the block, which I found extremely insulting and
disrespectful. The car itself was true to the description and price. It was
exactly what we were looking for so we went for it. It was only afterwards
that I realized I didn't even bother haggling about the price. Why?
Because it was fair to begin with. I go with my gut, and this was the only
place where my gut was saying go for it. Kevin in financing, who although
had only been working there for 2 DAYS, was remarkably knowledgeable
and respectful when finalizing the deal. He explained everything
thoroughly and plainly, and most importantly he didn't push ANYTHING
on us. What he did do was allow us to itemize what we felt we needed.
This allowed us to get the piece of mind we were after (I didn't want to
worry about car repairs for at least 3 years, and now we have that),
Bottom line, my wife and I LOVE the car, and just as importantly, we felt
GOOD about the whole thing. Superb job, Alan Webb Mazda. We'll be
back!

was in order, I had made an appointment
and drove 300 miles to come in and test
drive. A couple of hours before I arrived
they raised the price of the car $1000!!!
I found a better car and deal at another
