Dealer associate, sent initial email and informed me that he (Steve) would contact me when he returned to his desk and I never received the follow up contact via phone or text not even a follow up email… disappointing. Zero Stars

Responded quickly with pictures and more info about the truck got a call from them as well for further questions.

I asked several dealers for a written cash worksheet for the 'out the door' price of their vehicles. Not only did Rob at Al White Motors provide that for me, he helped me go through most of the process of financing and buying the car ahead of time so I wouldn't have to spend all day at the dealership. He told me that I would be in and out of the dealer in about 30 mins and he was exactly right. They didn't hijack my time, didn't attempt to get me to buy a million add-ons and stuck to their offer. It was the best experience I've had buying a car.

Dealer replied next business day to my inquiry. I dealt with Chris, & he was a stand-up guy who gave me all info I requested over the phone. I live 4 hours from this dealership & needed to be sure I wasn't wasting my time in driving that far. Chris sent me tons of pics/videos of the used vehicle, as well as the carfax report. He was honest about the few cosmetic flaws, & I felt confident the vehicle was worth making the drive to look at based on his help. My experience at the dealership was very good. Chris was on hand to answer questions, but was a no-pressure kind of guy. I spent literally hours going thru every detail of this vehicle, inside & out, & he never seemed annoyed that I was taking so long. We were able to come to a fair agreement on price, & I left with my 'new' (to me) vehicle. They also allowed me to take paperwork home & mail back to them so my spouse (who was not able to be present at the sale) could co-sign. They quickly reimbursed me the cost of mailing.

A great place to buy a car if they have what you want! They do have a good selection and great personalities. Honest prices and down home conversation is what you’ll find here.

This is a very nice home town dealership

Terrible customer service, tried to hide damage on the vehicle. Advertised online as a different package then what was on the lot. Tires where all bald car had been in a accident according to carfax still wanting top dollar. Definitely shop elsewhere if u want any sort of deal.

They sent a message asap, the car had sold

Called bout the truck. Salesman said I’ll look it over and call you back. He did, and informed me thev truck looked good except for a small spot of caulk”where maybe the back glass leak”. I asked him before I drove 1 1/2 hours if it had water damage. His answer “no” no smells and clean truck. Got there and raised back seat, had water rings where it filled pockets under seat up,mold between the seats and smelled like covered up air freshener, back sliding glass had a caulk line across the WHOLE bottom of it. Things like this is what gives car salesman, especially used cars a terrible name.
