I called twice to make sure that the car was still available before I went to the dealer for a test drive. One of the calls was the night before my test drive appointment. I got to my appointment as scheduled at noon and I was told by Nada (Sales Manager) that the car was just sold that morning but there were other cars I could look at. I asked her why someone didn't call me to cancel the appointment. She didn't have an answer. I thought this used car bait and switch scam was no longer done. I was wrong. I would never buy a car from this dealership and I am telling everyone I know about my experience.

Ended up purchasing A 2014 Cadillac CTS4 3.6 from Ettleson Cadillac, so far no issues with car! They were upfront about a issue with the Cadillac Que System, which I really appreciate, although they did not offer to fix issue, the price of the car was the best around within a 500 mile radius from my home in Michigan. My sales guy Raphael was really cool and helpful, Had me in and out within a hour! I would Recommend this Dealership to friends and family!

They did contact me to let me know vehicle was getting set and no pictures were available. I asked for a ball park price, because I was looking at another one just a different color. They could not yet but would asap. I contacted them by phone and email many times wondering what the status was on the vehicle. Again told was not done to be seen either in shop or clean-up, would let me know when I could see it & price. Meanwhile the other vehicle I was considering was sold. Just before the weekend I was told it would be ready next week. So I kept my business schedule light for the next week. Surprise-surprise I get an e-mail early the next week, that over the weekend it was sold!! They say they have another one with about 80 thousand more miles, WHAT!!?. So not only do they sell the one I was waiting for, I lose out on another vehicle, then they try to sell me one that has 25 thousand miles less than the one I own! Don't waste your time with this loser company esp if out of state,

My sales agent Leah was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was very transparent, did exactly what she said she would. She carried me thru the sale from beginning to end. The DEALERSHIP themselves weren't so transparent. I specifically chose a franchised dealership because I THOUGHT I would get the best service, the most honest service. But THIS dealership sold me a 2011 SRX Cadillac knowing that it had bad hub assembly's, a trunk motor that didn't work and a leaking power steering pump. This ended up costing me an additional $1000 in repairs. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone buy a used car from them. Their level of honesty is lacking to say the least. And since Leah is no longer with them…I would say, don't waste your time. If you're interested in a Cadillac choose another dealership. I must add that a gentleman named Mike was helpful in getting my one hub replaced at half the cost to me. But I still feel like I shouldn't have paid ANYTHING for the hub bearing assembly.

Original contact was bad. The lady who contacted me was not helpful. Took days to answer questions Then Said I had to call used car manager . Not sure what her job was. Then talked to ken. Who gave me the usual used car salesman run around. After I made a offer. Of course he said he would have to talk to the owners. And after wasting my time called me back a few hours later saying he could only come down 500.00. Which he could have done in the original call but had to play games and waste my time with the old I’ll have to talk to the owners. All around. Bad experience. This whole process took 2 weeks of back and forth and my offer was the same on day one. And could have been handled on day one instead they wasted a lot of my time.

Horrible experience. Drove two hours to purchase the vehicle only to be told that they don’t accept cashiers checks because we would try and cancel the check after we got the vehicle in our possession.

Not very truthful. Told me the vehicle I was inquiring about was sold over a week ago because they didn’t want to negotiate but the vehicle remains for sale on several different sites including their own. Typical of used car salesmen.

Made appointment to see car was told to let them know if I couldn't make it or if anything changed and they would do the same turns out I drove 30 mins to see the truck and they sold it 2 days earlier so I think the dealership sucks!!!!

Great salelady, and her boss seemed cool, the lost the deal due to the finance guy. When a guy says sign and if you don't like the rate just go home and refiance it... well then you can keep the vehicle.

If I could give them no stars I would. Long story short... Jessica set me with with an apt to see Roosevelt. I follow-ed up a couple times during the am and confirmed my arrival of 3:30. Then I text an hr or so before arriving stating I was on my way. Replied txt from Jessica to my arriving early? "Np. Ask for ROOSEVELT ". I get there around 3:20. Roosevelt wasn't in that day, no one knew who I was, waited 5 mins for a sales rep, guy walked me around lot looking for car, went to check on the keys, had a couple probs with the key lock, figured it out, looked for keys, said they were gone, walked up front, said sorry vehicle was sold 15 mins ago, thanks for coming in was the response. I get the whole car being gone, my bad.... However, how do you not update a buyer driving 1+ hr away to see vehicle with his wife and 3 kids aged 8month to 6 yrs. Then the confirmed apt with a guy thats not even working that day. Conplete waste of time. I wish everyone would join their mechanic strike, surprised this place is in business. I will let Chevy/GMC and BBB know of my experience as well.

Had an appointment to see a vehicle and the vehicle was no longer available. I wasted a trip to the dealership due to not being informed the vehicle was not available. However, there were some nice salesman who tried assisting me, Mr. Foster.

Called, spoke to manager and verified car was there, drove over 1 hr to get to dealership, waited 20 minutes to see manager finally salesman said he was sent to help us. Took us to garage said here is the car let me know if you have any questions or want to test drive and he disappeared. Looked at car decided to take drive went out to get info for insurance and salesman showed up and proceeded to tell us the car was sold earlier in the day. Offers to put gas in my car but manager didn't have the professionalism to come out and talk to us. I don't know how they sell any cars as the sales staff was disheveled and clueless. Would never buy a car there.

Buying a car is all about negotiating the deal. This dealer is like most in that they're looking to squeeze every last nickel out of you. I prefer to be as happy with the deal as I am with the vehicle.

Salesperson hung up on me after a 2 minute conversation with my knowledge of a previous car that this dealer bought at auction would not recommend. They were a good dealer back in the day. Very poor now.

Very friendly. David searched for the lowest Apr for me and set me up with a great service policy. Byron was the salesman that showed me the car and made the sale because he was honest with me and not pushy. Great place to do business.

the sales people were very nice .there was a little dent on the car and thay were glad to fix it for me . i love the car it was a great find. i would buy a car from them again.
